Excellent breakfast and coffee. Menu changes regularly and always has some interesting stuff going on. Sandwich was so big we saved half and shared it for lunch. House poached eggs sounded like it could be a bit too much from the menu but all pulled together really well. Delicious!

Definitely THE PLACE to get great coffee. The coffee had huge fruity aroma and flavour, that is something unusual to get. They also get tons of options for their bakery and food. We got a Pain au chocolat and their signature sandwich. Both food were so niceeee to have! Do not miss that out if you are around!!

A pitstop for a bite to eat (toasted cheese and broccoli sandwich) and a flat white to break up a 5 hour drive. If I was local to the area, this would most likely be my go to. Had a piece of coffee and pecan cake takeaway which was so lovely. A cake where I could taste the coffee!

I appreciate that there’s been a national rise in food prices but I expected more from a £6.25 toastie. Really disappointed as it’s so local to us and I know the coffee is meant to be brill. I just would think twice before getting lunch as the toasties were thin with little filling, much less decadent compared to the likes of Fed303/Fed1b, Spicer & Cole and other toastie places.

Its fine but as a sitting in customer don't think you are a priority over people popping in for a take away. You will be waiting for the in and out queue to clear before getting yours so at least don't be in a real rush about it.

Great coffee at pretty decent prices. Cosy atmosphere inside, and the staff and friendly and helpful. This place also has a range of alternative milks (including oat milk, which is rare in a lot of coffee shops). Would definitely recommend this place for a casual coffee.

Lovely little place, always try to use these little coffee places instead of the main chain ones, coffee was nice (Flat White) girlfriends drink was also nice (Hot Chocolate) but by the time we got to the car the drinks where only just warm and we didn't park that far away. If drinks where abit hotter would have been a 5 star. If visiting again we will sit in. But definitely worth a visit if passing and keep these smaller independen places going.

Nice place to stop for a cuppa. They also do freshly-prepared hot food alongside their sandwiches, cakes and pastries. The menu isn't too big and every dish I've tried has been nice if slightly over-priced. The atmosphere is relaxed, staff are all very friendly and service is pretty quick most of the time, but you might struggle to find a table at peak times, especially on Bristol City match days ... takeaway's always an option though. I've updated my review from 5 stars to 4 because I've had quite a few bad coffees from Tincan lately where it's either been too cold, tasted burnt or just... wrong. Unfortunately they were all takeaways and I'd already left before I noticed but I'm sure they would have fixed it had I been able to take them back. The hot food has also declined a bit. Still good, but not great like it used to be.

There's no shortage of coffee shops on North Street now but this is a goodun. Decent coffee served in proper cups (if you're having it "in"), and whilst there's a whiff of "hipster" the place actually has a nice mixed clientele and vibe to go with it. Limited brunch style menu and cakes etc but what I've had has been really good. Worth a trip.
