Reviews of Warmley Waiting Room
C.
A nice selection of hot and cold vegan snacks and cakes and vegan hot drinks. Lovely little place to relax before continuing your travels
Pros: Good quality vegan food, Reasonable price, Polite and friendly staff with a good vibe
Cons: No access for cars😉
C. W.
Lovely outdoor venue, perfect for spring summer and great if you have dogs. Outdoor tables and pleasant food, some more sheltered semi-indoor spaces if you feel the cold. Love the flowerbeds, someone has worked hard on those. Staff friendly and kind. Will be going back.
j. f.
Nice spot to stop to take a break from cycling on the Bristol to Bath railway path great for hot and cold Food as a made up Doctor Who police Box as a toilet 🚻 as a fix pump on site if your tyres need pumping up as a Free car park next door
R. P.
On the Bath/Bristol an excellent place to stop. The coffees were good value and some of the best fruit scones I have had in a long while.
There was plenty of seating available (both in the garden and converted railway carriages), good bike parking and toilets.
G. M.
This little garden cafe as really improved over last couple of years.
Good selection of food including vegetarian options. Nice coffee and cakes. Plenty of outdoor seating and some covered areas Would definitely go back. Friendly staff.
B. B.
Lovely garden, plenty of seating and some undercover too.
Lovely selection of hot drinks and delicious cakes.
Unfortunately my bagette must of been left from yesterday as it was hard and mostly inedible, and the cheese was tasteless and thin.
P.
Went here over the Platinum jubilee weekend.
It was extremely busy, but the staff were doing a wonderful job and the ice creams and coffees were well worth the wait.
Well definitely come back again.
J. B.
Lovely little spot with excellent food and pretty good options for those with dietary needs. The sitting area is quite big with lots of tables and lots of interesting things to look at.
S. P.

What a lovely cafe, at Warmley on the Bristol & Bath railway path. Top up your water bottle, grab yourself an exquisite cappucino or latte, perhaps a banana, a vegan treat or tasty cake or sandwich. Then be 'relieved' in the unique TARDIS (Police Box) toilet! Indoor an outdoor seating and a good place for all ages. Bike hire is available here too. A really lovely find, and the staff are so friendly!
A. R.
Charming railway themed outdoor cafe serving excellent drinks and snacks at reasonable prices. Chai latte was yummy.
V. H.
Lovely friendly atmosphere staff/owners very pleasant food Lovely. Try the carrot and walnut cake
I. V.

Love coming here on my cycle rides! Friendly staff, great coffee and cakes plus the gardens are beautiful
N. W.
Very friendly staff who were very helpful with dietary needs. A lovely quirky place to visit on a dry/sunny day as there are more seats out doors than in. . The food was good and value for money. I loved the experience. Will definitely go back .
A. F.
Beautiful, quaint & picturesque. Also being Victoria sponge fans. This was one of the best ones I've had.
We have a 5&9 year old, theres a Dr Who loo, space for kids, great. We parked by the cycle track down from staple hill, & cycled 15mins to it, a perfect stop off. It has a gorgeous pavillion for wetter weather.
Will definitely visit again.
M. J.
Nice place for a coffee and sandwich. Handy if you are using the cycle path.
S. “. H.
Another stop on the Bristol to bath path or just popping in from the street, looks in keeping and kept in a nice state.
F.
Really nice little cafe using one of the old station buildings as a kitchen. Can get very busy when it’s nice out with walkers such as ourselves stopping in. Food and drinks were very tasty, I recommend the brownie! Quirky little area to sit outside with an old police box that has been converted into a toilet! (We called it the Turdis) 😂 would definitely come back!
S. G.
Lovely staff serving lovely food & drinks
A. D.
Lots of outdoor seating. Enjoyed the food.
S. H.
I want to express my complete admiration for all the staff at this amazing cafe. Whilst there yesterday a young woman had an horrific bike accident. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. They provided first aid, reassurance and a calmness that really supported the injured cyclist. They even took her and her broken bike home. A top service over and beyond duty. Amazing beautiful people. Well done guys. We will always stop at yours for a cuppa and cake and support your charming cafe
m. C.
Great stop when walking this old train line. It's apart of the NCN running from Bristol to Bath
K. W.
Absolutely lovely experience - I arrived at 5 minutes to 5pm on a Sunday and there was still a coffee and cake waiting for me. The lady that served me was polite and friendly. Definitely recommend!

This is a little outdoor cafe along a cycle path with tables in the beautiful garden behide. Very popular with passing cyclists or locals in the area on a walk.
They served breakfast, lunch. Hot & cold drinks. This place is open mainly dependent on the weather so if it is raining heavy they most likely won't open. On a dry sunny day you'll find they can become quite busy.
L. M. S.
This is certainly a very good place to go to on a fine day☀️ particularly if you're on the cycle path🚵🏻🚵🏼♀️.
The staff and the food and drink on offer is really good. There were people queuing to get served.
Sadly we went on a very wet and windy day and had to sit under one of the flapping gazebos to start with. We noticed that they had like a shed with tables and chairs which was locked. They told us that under current restrictions they couldn't keep customers distant enough in there. I think they could have removed a few chairs and tables and still have up to 3 tables of people with the door open for ventilation.
Fortunately we managed to get a seat under a firm and lovely gazebo which had heating.
J. K.
Great staff and lovley to sit after a long walk 🚶♂️ 👍
E. H.
Lovely place to sit, friendly staff and the scones are delicious, but the clotted cream to scone ratio is criminal and the crockery is beautiful but heavily chipped. Star dropped for these facts, I'm afraid.
S. R.
Lovely little place. Great coffee and cake. 🙂
K. M.
Great spot for a stop on a bike ride or dog walk. Nice, simple drinks and food and friendly staff
J. K.

A nice stop off along the Bristol to Bath railway cycle path.
Well organised from a Covid perspective and loads of seating out the back.

Great location & good food.
Open for takeaway and also has outdoor seating area with most tables under shelter (sun umbrella or small marquee/gazebo type structures) which is ideal if it's raining.
K. M.
With a wet and rainy day we were super pleased with the warm welcome at the cafe. Lovely staff got us sorted with soup and seats where we could see the bikes.
T. H. (.
Went to celebrate my daughter's birthday as she has been isolating and they have outdoor eating. Food good, location beautiful and the option of a walk down the old rail line which is now s path.
