The best Karak Chai that I have ever tried. I love the sweet taste. So the sugar balance in this drink was perfectly fitting my taste. Amazing small selection of cakes a d sweets. Great atmosphere. Open till late night daily. Till 1:30 a.m. Makes it one of the best places ever to meet for late night out away from Pubs .

Nice place. Mint Karak chai was not at all minty!! There were 2 mint leaves floating in the chai but it did not taste of mint. Quite a let down as compared to mint karak chai in other Chaiiwala outlets.

I really loved the chaiwallq concept. They have a great variety of food and drink selections available and they are good at what they do! The desi breakfast and the bun omelette were extremely delicious. Make sure to try out the omelette since it has spices added to it making it very unique. The paratha, chicken tikka sandwich and the chilli chips butty are all items I really enjoyed. I tried the mango falooda and didn’t really enjoy it since it was just sweet and didn’t have too much mango flavour but bar that everything else was enjoyable. The logo chips are a great snack too for those who have never tried it. Highly recommend anyone looking for a good breakfast or brunch!

Excellent value for money. I love the different colours and fragrance in tea. You can treat yourself adding nuts in it. Cold drinks, cake and sweet or savoury treats available too. Relaxed atmos, perfect for a chat with friends in winter!!

She is always smiling and extremely helpful. On top of that she certainly goes the extra mile to ensure I have the best experience at Chaiwala! I’ve been to many resturaunts and cafes but I’ve never felt so welcomed by any more than this, our server Labibah made us feel very welcome when we came in and was very friendly. I had a large karak coffee and it was divine. Chaiiwala is a very modern and trendy cafe that offers very new tastes and will draw you back to try something new again and again. We found this gem after moving into the area and have had weekly desi breakfasts ever since! The staff are always lovely and, in particular, Labibah is always so happy and helpful - to the extent that she now knows our order without us having to say a word! Every time I’ve been to Chaii, I’ve received excellent service from LABIBAH! She was very warm and welcoming and not to mention extremely helpful too! Always made me feel at home. Knew my orders off by heart and made sure I was happy with my order. Her smile is also very contagious! I always hope to receive service off her whenever I go. I have not yet met someone as lovely as her in food places. She is actually the BEST and she is the reason as to why my chaii experience has been so great so far. We placed an order for collection and we all loved the food. Food was fresh and hot. Best karak chai by Chaiiwala Cardiff and also received the best customer service by this girl name Mon. She was really nice to us and very welcoming, suggested faloodas and desserts for my daughter and she loved the mango falooda. I am giving 5star as we were very satisfied with everything today. You guys need to hire more people like her who got this chirpy personality to give the best service to your customers. Lastly we want chaiwala in Bristol please😊😊

Chaiiwala restaurant is so good. But Allo paratha, Chickpea, the serving plate is so tinny, pink tea colour was not pink. It was tasty. But they need baking powder a little bit to increase the pink colour. Gulabjuman was very good, carrot 🥕 k halwa was not good. We can't see the carrot 🥕 . the people who have no teeth will eat easily. But the people who know about actual carrot semolina can give the remake better like us. In chickpea, they need a little bit of Maggi cube or Kashmiri chilly to develop a better taste and mango pickle and fry onion, and chaat masala. If they also add lasi with food like (water +yogurt and sugar. It will more tasty. Plss make Allo paratha in a big size..or molie paratha. But make proper paratha .dont cut that in 4pieces... Overall good. service.

Where to start... This is the BEST place to eat in Cardiff! Whether it is for breakfast, lunch or dinner, they cater for all and the food is absolutely fantastic! One of my favorites is the Desi breakfast, which you can have at any time of the day. Their Karak tea is to die for and don't get me started on the Nutella wrap! Be mindful however, as the place is often crowded and the queue will be long, so do be patient! At the end of the day, what’s not to like... it’s Chaiiwala!
