S. P.It's a very popular place and has such yummy options for hot chocolates, coffees, teas and milkshakes. Would definitely recommend this place. It gets really busy during lunch and you might need to book a table.
C. S.Enjoyed a lovely meal at Coffi Co today. Great to be able to sit outside and enjoy the views of the Bay. Friendly staff and the food was exceptionally good value. My grandson had the fishfinger brioche and I have to say they were amazing... not your average fishfinger in breadcrumbs. Our only gripe would be that you have to use an app to order anything and as I'm not local I don't like the idea of my card details being stored. Should be able to use Google Pay etc. Looking at the app reviews others were not happy although we didn't have any problems once downloaded. Anyway would definitely return on another visit to the Bay.

The prices are reasonable and food and drink worth the money.
There are tables outside should you prefer and dogs are allowed inside on the ground floor too.
There is a menu outside though none available inside. You can see it on their app and then either order via the app or at the counter. Being old fashioned I prefer a table menu but that's just my preference!
My friends and I enjoyed our visit and will definitely return again.

The food was good however some of the chips were undercooked. It’s a shame as the rest of the food was decent. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a friendly place to eat with great views over the Bay on a hot summer’s day.

There’s a hot chocolate bar with numerous choices as well as a regular bar area where you can order coffee and food.
As a group we ordered a coupe of slices of Victoria Sponge, Peanut Butter Brownie, some coffees and a normal Hot Chocolate. All went down a treat.
Staff are very friendly and we were served very quickly. Atmosphere is cosy and comfy and is a must if you’re in the area and looking for a bite to eat.

Had lunch and some smoothies which were great, and stayed a bit longer for some more coffee and cake as it was so nice. Gem the manager was super friendly and gave us some local recommendations, and the other staff were all nice with quick friendly service. Good prices and can highly recommend the flat white and the white chocolate rocky road cake! Diolch!

Place doesn't take cash, so keep that in mind if you're going.
G. H.I’ve been to Coffi Co several times and normally service is great, however I went there over the weekend and received some rude service from one of the servers. We’d ordered a coffee which never arrived and after following up to see where it was 20 minutes later were told they couldn’t find where we were sat and that was that. No apology or offer to make a fresh one, awful customer service. However it is normally very pleasant and but it’s a shame when one member of staff can ruin a trip for you.

A. J.Lovely spot for a drink and food, especially when the sun is shining. Drinks prices are typical for Cardiff Bay, but the food seems just a touch pricy. It's also dog friendly which is nice. It's card-only which might be an issue for some.
My main gripe is that they shut so early, and the staff say that the place is quiet, so they shut. On Saturday evening with over 20 people eating and drinking I went to get some more drinks. At 17.45 I was told they were shutting in 15 minutes, so we went elsewhere. Another couple came in while we were putting on our coats to be told the same things; they left too.
The place is quiet in the evenings because everyone leaves because they're about to shut, or doesn't go there in the first place because they're always shut.

We usually come down twice a week after or before walking our him. Only thing I can really complain about is the tables are always covered in food debris, this has been the case all the five times. A. G.Excellent coffee in a glass-walled building a few metres off shore, connected by a ramp to the boulevard. The views are amazing, the staff are friendly and efficient and the baked potato was freshly cooked with crisp, fresh salad drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Around ten tables to sit outdoors when the sun is shining. Recommended, with reasonable prices for prime location. An added bonus-it was used as a filming location for the Doctor Who episode "boomtown".

T. W.Coffi co may we have the best location of anywhere on the bay. I visited with my girlfriend on bank holiday weekend (when it was pure sunshine) and sitting outside with a coffee was glorious. They also offer a fairly decent range of beers and wines. If you are in the area and the weather's nice you have to go, if the weather is less nice it's probably still good to be fair.

C. B.This café used to offer superb service, food and drink. Unfortunately I visited after a recent refurbishment and the food quality has declined massively. We ordered a fish finger wrap with no salad (due to dietary needs) and a tuna, cheese and red onion toastie. We had to send both items back as the wrap came with salad and the toastie had almost no tuna in it and an awful lot of cheese. Once we got the replacement food I had to send the toastie back AGAIN because the filling was stone cold.
I want to assure readers that the customer service was lovely and the coffee was just as good as it has always been. I don't know if the food issue is down to the ongoing refurbishment or because of the chef currently working, but it is certainly not good. I did notify the staff there and they assured me my concerns will be passed on to the manager, but I feel my concerns should also be shared with potential customers so they know what to expect.
