B. D.Good food, pretty clean sauce bottles were a bit dunged up needed a wipe. Staff were very nice and friendly. The prices were moderate but worth it for a nice quiet cup of tea and a sandwich :)
B.Lovely coffee shop with a good selection of snacks and drinks. Coffee was well made, served nicely hot and tasted lovely. Toast was very nice, served already buttered and cut. Service was friendly and efficient and the shop was tastefully furnished and very clean.

D. H.WE always use on match days as the staff are friendly and helpful and the range of lunchtime offerings never fail to hit the spot. My baked potato was so good.
S. E.I don't know whether this is part of a chain but, if it is an independent outlet, it nevertheless manages to incorporate the soullessness of a major franchise. If you get a seat near the counter it can be quite noisy. My most recent visit took place on a fairly warm day. On this occasion I chose to sit further inside the cafe where I found no evidence of active air conditioning which made my stay quite uncomfortable. Seating is also available outside the cafe where one can watch the world go by in the indoor arcade in which the cafe is situated.
The cafe offers a selection of the standard fare: baguettes, jacket potatoes, some breakfast options, which I have never sampled, and a selection of teas and coffee. Whilst there is a good choice of fillings for baguettes, the selection of available jacket potato fillings is distinctly uninspiring The menu options also seem to be quite inflexible so, for instance, if one asks for a baguette filling in a jacket potato, don't be surprised if the computer says no :-).
At the time of writing, they only accept contactless or card payments in excess of £5 which, these days, when many stores seem able to accept such payments for small purchases, seems unacceptable.
