A. H.My favourite cafe in Cardiff. Coffee is fantastic, food is delicious, and they cater to veggie and vegan too which is good for our friends. Always vigilant and helpful with my allergies - can't fault them. The staff are all lovely and the atmosphere is chilled and happy. Not too pretentious, and doing their bit for the community. Also dog friendly, and they even deliver coffee or alt milks to your door! 6/5 stars if I could!

A. P.A quirky independent, with a thrown together feel, just off the main drag of Queen Street. I had decent coffee, though on the small side, and very good vegan carrot cake, sat in a comfy 1980s armchair, looking out on to the street. The clientele seemed to be mainly students and trendy young professionals at laptops, so the place was devoid of chatter, the only sound coming from the serving counter and some 1980s music playing quietly in the background. It seemed a nice quiet spot to read a book or just watch the world go by.
A. P.I was surprised with the size of this amazing BLT sandwich! I was expecting it to be small, but I was happy when I saw this! It was delicious. I don’t give it 5 stars because I would’ve liked the option of warming it up.
It was great though! When I come back to Cardiff I will be coming to this coffee shop again!

N. M.One of my top five breakfasts of all time. Chickpea and avacado bagel. Bacon roll also exquisite due to perfectly peppered egg and well cooked bacon.
M. E.As I write this, I'm currently sat in the shop having eaten a delicious mozzarella, pesto and sun dried tomato toastie with an oat milk latte to drink. I love this place so much; independent, brilliant food and drink at good prices and a very relaxed atmosphere. Loooveee it! Definitely recommend.
2. 2.A great, chilled out and low key coffee stop. Somewhere that you can switch off from the noise and sit in peace with some quality coffee.
They offer a all you eat fresh breakfast/cereal option with filtered coffee. Great if you have some work to do and need an hour somewhere quiet.
I had a small issue with my food and they put it right with care, another reason why you should use the 'little guys' and not line the pockets of the giants!

He was happy to answer my coffee-related questions and told me about the history of his shop and Cardiff coffee shops in general. He’s warm and passionate and a great people person, the coffee is really good too, and they offer oat and almond milk for us vegans. I’ll definitely be back when I’m next in Cardiff.

A.One of my favourite coffee shops in Cardiff, Speciality coffee (right beans, right brewing, right temperature, and of course right barista), what I like about this place is the consistency, you will mostly drink the same quality of coffee all the time, delicious pastries, professional friendly staff, and lovely atmosphere however chairs and tables can be much better.
f.Good vibes, decent coffee and lovely staff. I didn't eat however it all looked splendid too. Would recommend. Music was a good level in that you can still have a conversation and relax.
b. k.Basic Description - A tea and coffee place that specialises in making coffee but also serves brunch food. They also do local deliveries of alt milk, coffee beans and sell reusable cups.
Personal Experience - They have a cosy atmosphere and comfortable table and seating arrangement with an interesting but not overwhelming interior style and decor.
The space uses its exposure to light well making it the perfect place to chat, use your laptop or read the newspaper or a book.
Their coffee tastes consistently delicious and they have a good range of food options.
Their staff are friendly and attentive.
Overall experience - A pleasant Independent cafe establishment. Great coffee with wholesome atmosphere. Have enjoyed many a drink here with friends and family.
Close by the St. David's mall and carpark.
It's ££, but you get high quality for your money. Worth a visit whether you're a local or a tourist.

I ate it up like a good girl but it was definitely too sweet for me and I had a sugar headache afterwards. I'm sure lots of people would have loved it..

Filling in for a colleague, Lily said it was the first time she had led the course. She was friendly and informative, thoroughly explaining each part of the process and offering tips along the way on how to find and make coffee best suited to your taste. Amazing tutor!
N. R.Great new arrival to the Cardiff coffee scene and nothing pretentious about it - just great drinks and tasty food at a reasonable price.
One issue I might flag is that there aren't really enough power points for those using it at a working spot, and it's got a fairly minimal aesthetic that might not work for some. But as it's still fairly new, I look forward to seeing how they build on an already solid start.

The real reason I’m leaving this review is for the coffee experience that they do.
If I could I would give it 10 stars.
Tim was such a great guy and so knowledgable. He really knows coffee. He taught me so much and I’m putting it into practice! Tim was so good I would pay for the coffee experience again just to make some great coffee and chat. If like me you enjoy coffee and want to make great tasting coffee at your home don’t hesitate book in a coffee experience today!

It looks quaint and cozy in here, a nice relaxing atmosphere. Walking past I usually see people on their laptops doing work.
I asked for a soya flat white which is what I always go for but they didn't have any soya which was disappointing but they were able to substitute it for almond milk. The flavour of the coffee was quite tasty, I'm usually a fan of origin coffee but their coffee didn't live up to the origin standard.
I went in at the time for breakfast and I thought it was cool and different to have a self serve breakfast bar consisting of filter coffee, fruit, savories and pop tarts.
Staff were friendly. I will pop back here to read my book one day because it was nice and quiet.

'.Helps if you have a Mac to sit with (it’s that kind of place) but that’s because it’s such a pleasant place to work (or be seen to work), have a meeting or just enjoy a quality coffee and the natural light and street views from this busy corner location of central Cardiff. A proud independent coffee shop (with a sister branch and workspace in Riverside too), there’s a fully equipped breakfast station, wall space devoted to art, and a couple of bookable events and meeting rooms downstairs. Coffee making experiences are also run down here.

C. V.Cosy place, very close to city center. I had a nice and tasty bottle of fresh orange juice. I was disappointed though because I chose this place as a recommended café for digital nomads and online workers, and Wifi didn't work on my laptop nor on my phone. The waitress just said that it should work as the payment terminal was using it. Too bad that she didn't even try to help a little, while the place was clearly not too busy. I had to stay to finish my drink while unable to get work done.
