Excellent service, great outdoor seating, nice food. What more can you ask for? When I am in Cardiff again, I would want to go there. The staff was the best. They took so much care in getting everything just right, came and asked questions and gave options. And showed patience with me, I ask a lot of questions. It was a wet day and they set up another table for us under the awning. We took our time to eat and hang out. They didn't try to rush us at all. Lovely place. I forgot, reasonable prices. Loved the latte there.

Queued a few times for a chocolate ice cream but they were out of stock at that point, so they gave a 25% discount because they didn’t have change and threw in a free flake to my amazing salted caramel ice cream. Also had a very delicious and fresh mozzarella, tomato and pesto lunch roll. 10/10.

This was my go too for breakfast. I couldn't fault it, the food was incredible and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Yes the price is a little more expensive then you would pay at a tyoical greasy spoon, however with here you are paying for what you get, which is excellent food with a great service. I also want to say to the waitress who served me and my friend when we first went in there, a massive thank you, she was awesome in helping my friend who gets anxious easily in choosing what pancakes to have and did her a lovely surprise, which was very appreciated. I highly recommend this place.

A great café tucked away down the shopping arcade. Friendly staff that give a good service. Food is good too. Been a few times and have had multiple items from the menu and they have all been good. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a bite to eat

In a great location in Cardiff, food tasted great too. Would be a 5 star review except our order somehow got lost between table and kitchen and no-one noticed! The guys got our food out and we got some complimentary drinks by way of apology, so not the end of the world.

Really nice quaint place. The breakfast was all cooked to perfection. My only criticism would be they need to have plumb tomatoes not fresh. Oh and the large waiter needs to pull his jeans up so his Boxers and arse not on show..

Nice and warm escape from the cold, well heated and lit, and very friendly. Unfortunately largely out of stock of most food items when visiting but atmosphere and music more than made up for it!

I arrived at servinis for breakfast with my daughter and grandson on a visit to the city as soon as we sat down the staff were attentive cheerful and friendly the food arrived quickly was great quality and we really enjoyed it my grandson didnt really like what he had ordered as it was a slightly different version of what he had been used to ?! The waiter that served us was there in a flash and replaced his meal as quick as lightning free of charge !! How good is that ? Well impressed that they went the extra mile i would go there again and recommend this venue five stars to you all well done ☺

I have worked in many amazing kitchens/ restaurants and hotels in my life in the chef industry ranging from wales to London three rosetts to 1 Michelin star and I have to say this has to be the best breakfast I have ever seen and eaten in my life so far set in the best atmosphere of moderen and clean fernishings with fantastic music in the background and very helpful and happy staff, my breakfast was fresh and tasty, big enough to amaze the eyes but not to big I couldn’t finish and my moca coffe was the best I have ever drank I don’t write reviews on restaurants and things I think this is my very first review so beleave me when I say this is so worth 5 stars and well worth the stop and even deatore while you are shopping or commuting to work in Cardiff Thankyou very much for bringing a smile to my morning and the next time I’m in cardiff I will be back
