Great cooked Breakfast and wonderful atmosphere. Very fast service even though it was really busy. It was my Birthday and I loved all the Scooter enthusiasts being there and we saw 3 people we knew. Such a popular place !

Absolutely cannot fault the food here ever! I've been coming here for years and if anything the food just gets better! Staff are mostly lovely and able to help with anything. Unfortunately the lady usually at the till is quite dismissive and seems annoyed when asking about a food item and makes me feel quite unwelcome. Family and friends have said the same too. Other then that it would 1000% be 5 stars!

Only ever come here when my bike is in for servicing at T K Cope Motorcycles. Very well organised for Covid 19. Table service if you eat in or queue for takeaway. Tables and chairs are sanitized between customers. I felt very safe eating here and the staff are always very welcoming and friendly. The food, as always, was excellent as is their coffee. Highly recommended.

My regular spot for a belter of a breakfast - they do get absolutely packed quite often (because the food is top notch) but it always gets to your table in no time at all. I challenge you to find a cheaper breakfast in Colchester with such quality produce. To address any comments about rudeness... I have been here countless times and have never been treated with anything but the utmost respect. The Ladies that run the place are always friendly but are rushing around at the speed of light so forgive them when they don't answer your beck and call immediately... I quite often take the plate back at the end to give them a hand because they are lovely people! Keep making beautiful brekkies !!

As we come out of lockdown, I'd like to take the time to promote Eat Inn Diner (Eat out, help out). This is the holy Mecca of toasted bacon sandwiches 🥪 and awsome Cups of tea ☕; ( believe me, I've been to many a greasy spoon, a connoisseur of tasty tea); that is definitely worthy of a pilgrimage to satisfy ones need of a sublime treat. If one decides to traipse in Colchester and support the local businesses in this area; definitely feel free to try this place out and see if you agree. Thank you EID for reminding me why its worth eating out. 👍👍👍

Good service, and good food. Whether your a Mouse or Eddie Hall they cateer to all appetites. Good selection for meat eaters or veggie or vegan requirements. Parking a little restricted at busy times. Currently a good selection of festive yeasts and drinks.

Great cafe , nice people, nice lady Clare served us ( Clare Bear ). A good experience all round. Busy Monday Tuesday Wednesday because of the subsidy, but we have been there before that was brought in and it’s great value for money. Gets my five stars for sure!

Service was very poor, only managed to have one coffee with my breakfast and no chance of another one as the staff dont even acknowledge you. They get you to pay at the table before you even get your food which threw me off! Food was fantastic hats off to the chef
