Staff have always been helpful. Once the manager was kind enough to explain the various offers there were on. In doing so, I found great vaule and I returned multiple times. The taste of the coffee depends. I know that sounds odd, but the last time I purchased a drink the bitterness was quite strong in comparison to the previous drinks I have bought in the past.

Friday 13th May 2022 at 12:15pm, I was going through the drive through and was waiting for my food mac and cheese toasty and strawberry frape. A lady shouted “mac and cheese toasty” next thing I hear is a male voice in the back one of the member of staff say “the only best thing about the mac and cheesy toasty is just the bread may as well just get mac and cheese” I felt this comment shouldn’t be spoken by employees especially when I just paid for my food. Making me think am I getting my money worth. I feel that person should be delt with. I didn’t ask for a name but is disgusting how employees can speak like that and that loud about their company should be proud to work where they work. Not happy about this at all making me not enjoy my food!

It's a brand new drive through with the same basic lay out inside and outside. Nice seats though, but because of Covid not all could be used. My four stars is because the staff were a bit slow and couldn't make the drink I wanted. Otherwise typical Costa fare.

Costa has a good selection of drinks and foods. Iam vegan so I would like to see a larger variety with vegan selections. Pleasant staff a very relaxed clean area and atmosphere. Just me and family in the cafe ~ although near to closing time. Thankyou

Visited today and observed good customer service from Leah who observed a wheelchair user outside. She opened the door for them, pointed out an appropriate table, removed a chair to accommodate the wheelchair and made sure they were ok

Great place. Light and airy, comfy seating, nice food and great coffee. Staff were welcoming, and I got my toast and coffee quickly. They were good at clearing and cleaning up tables after other customers' mess too. Will be going again.

Nice staff and hot drinks are very reasonable. Slight negative is the fact that I Asked for drinks to be extra hot and they where hardly luke warm which doesn't make for an overly pleasant drinking experience. However in the scheme of things when so many people have lost their lives to covid over the past 12 mths this is a very minor thing that I shouldn't whine about.

This is by far my favourite costa. The staff are all so happy and nice. My favourite one is Mandy also Simas makes the best flat whites and hot chocolate, a credit to costa.

Nice and busy, friendly service and an overall good experience. My only criticism is one particular member is a bit 'shouty' and needs to tone it down a little. Other than that, the service was great.

Can't fault the staff. Never have an issue always polite and curtious with a smile. I don't mind if there is a wait at the drive through, my large skinny latte keeps me going through my nightshift.

One of the new design of facilities. More staff space and more customer space but still not enough staff and still no self clear tray trollies so you end up clearing the table you want to use onto another cluttered table. This is typical of UK customer service. Companies putting dividend payments before service standards... 🙁

Brand new sparkly Costa in Chellaston near the new supermarket and housing estate. Very clean and pleasant with nice friendly staff so presume previously mentioned staff have been moved on.... Good coffee served with a smile in a pleasant environment. Catch it quickly before the laptops and virtual reality offices arrive and take it over !!

It's nice to see a Costa selling Filter coffee. Because Coffee should be coffee and not variations of it. That's my personal choice. However when it arrived it was lukewarm at best. It was swapped to an Americano with no fuss, however it should be correct in the first instance. I do believe that the staff may not have had Barrista experience before starting working here , and with more experience and a little more training this could be rectified.

Fabulous staff! Unassuming and customer oriented - Amanda and Danielle, Phil, Ashley, and Harvey just to name a few! Xxx it’s lovely and clean and the staff aren’t falling over each other. I’m sure because they have more room it makes them more efficient and happier. The layout is great. I’ve been to every Costa in the area. I love Costa but this Chellaston location, is far and away the best in the area. Thank You Costa!!
