Just popped in here for some lunch. Food was absolutely amazing! Halloumi flatbread with side salad….stunning! Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

First time eating here. Tables were sticky and the staff weren't very happy. Everything else was ok though, we ordered Latte and Flat White which were really nice. We had Carrot Cake which was a generous size and had a nice thick Frosting which was gorgeous and very moist. We had the Lemon Drizzle which had a shortcake base and that nice but it was a little dry. We had the cake between three of us and there was plenty. Would of had scones but they were uncovered in a fridge above pies so this put us off.

Milk & Honey is a bit of a comfort lunch treat for me, and my favourite place in town for lunch. The food is always delicious and freshly homemade, and there's always a great choice of tasty cakes to tempt. Sarah, Mike and the rest of the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. They also have a nice range of different teas, a deli full of different cheeses to try, and lots of gifts and homewares in the shop to tempt (well, they always tempt me!). The takeaway sandwiches et cetera are prepared to order and customisable, so even if you don't fancy eating in, there's plenty of choice.

Such a lovely little Deli and Cafe. It's only small, but it's quiet so it's perfect for getting away from the hubble of the noisier venues. They offer a good service and a selection of cakes. The Deli is at the front and the cafė is behind it. They have a wide selection of Preserves, Cheeses and fresh Pies, amongst other things. I love this place, so I'll be going back

Superb food overall (very good focaccia & amazing cakes - lemon drizzle bakewell & cinnamon “swirl”). We also bought (to take away/home) artisan bread and it was very tasty as well!

We had one of the picnic boxes as a takeaway, it did 2 of us for lunch and dinner and still had to freeze some of the cake afterwards. Not only were the quantities generous but everything was delicious and clearly made by someone who cares. I'd definitely recommended them to anyone.

Well, we ha e been going there ever since they opened. Great place, lovely staff and good HONEST food. No being a spoiled brat I don't expect gourmet food at every establishment that I do not pay an inflated price for!!! One of the nicest outlets of its kind s in Derby and they are after all primarily a delicatessen!

What a fantastic little find on Sadler Gate. Incorporating a cafe and a deli with some of the counties delights including the Hartington Cheese and bread from the loaf at Crich. We had tea and a piece of the millionaires shortbread, it was very tasty and so light. Usually millionaires shortbread can have a dry base, but not this recipe. Excellent and can’t wait to return!
