When I arrived, there was a short queue but it took a long time to be served. They ran out of tapioca pearls and then told us we'd have to wait 45 minutes for them. The mango popping bubbles were recommended which personally weren't to my taste. The staff were friendly though.

My go-to bubble tea. Love this place! amazing flavour range, fab in store products, lovely staff too!! shame it’s placed quite out of the way as this would be a huge hit if more people knew about it!!! I recommended to all my bubble loving friends and they cannot get enough ☺️☺️

Come here fairly often. I usually get a Slush fruit tea and it’s good value at £4.70 as you can choose 2 flavours and toppings . Also they have a great assortment of ramen, baked snacks and various other grocery products. There’s also a fridge section with crepe cakes which look yummy. They also have loyalty cards which you can ask for at the till so you do get rewarded for visits which is good.

Miss coffee is a great shop Everything tastes nice, the staff are amazing. Its a small shop but its nice like that as its quite a cozy environment. Also the bubble tea is bliss. Every time I've had it I've really enjoyed it :) 100% reccomend it if your passing through

I think the process of ordering drinks can be a little intimidating for people new to bubble tea, but Iooking over the menu to get general idea of what you want before helps. I let the woman at the till know it was our first time there and she was very helpful and patient guiding us through it even when it was busy which was appreciated. I grew up getting boba in a lot of different places and I can confirm it's pretty authentic and good quality. I always get cravings for jasmine bubble tea and every place does it differently- but theirs was delicious! It really brought me back to my younger days. Not too sweet and a really nice pronounced jasmine flavor. Husband and I really enjoyed it, even for his first time, and will be back.

I've been here a couple of times and it's the best bubble tea I've had! Also the first time we had the Korean pancakes and they were amazing!! Last time the staff were so helpful especially helping me with vegan options and the vegan cherry vanilla shake was really epic (photo attached) definitely worth a visit 😊

I’ve never ordered fresh food or drink from here before, but I’ve been a few times for their snacks. I can highly recommend the Shrimp Flavoured Snacks and Rice Crackers! The store itself is cosy and well-organised, and the staff are always welcoming. It’s a shame that the store isn’t a little roomier, as it can become quite crowded and uncomfortable when busy, but otherwise it’s a perfect little shop!

I felt like some bubble tea today. So off I went to the best place to go in derby - Miss Coffee! I brought a Taro Tapioca milk cold drink and it was delicious!! I savoured every moment and can’t wait to go again 😍 If you don’t like milky drinks you should try the fruity ones, if you have a sweet tooth you’ll love it! I love how they offer a variety of foods from a diverse range of Asian countries. Plus they serve the best hot chocolate.. And bubble tea... And milk shakes.. And tea... AGH! Everything is too good.

While visiting Miss Coffee for my partners birthday we ordered the Matcha Ice Tea and Matcha tea crèam cake, needless to say we're fans of Matcha tea. During our visit the owner asked us if we liked the Matcha Ice tea as they're using a new brand, and here's my review of it and the cake: As some of you will know Matcha Tea can be pretty bland and flavourless if done wrong, this wasn't an issue at Miss Coffee, it was creamy, sweet, full bodied and refreshing. As for the cake, the portion isn't exactly small and to say it's smooth, super flavourful and creamy would be an understatement. For those who haven't been to Miss Coffee before I'd suggest you visit as soon as possible, you can't go wrong with a simple milk tea or something more adventurous, they also have a stock of different Asian snacks, and my favourite: ramen. Staff are super friendly, and the environment is warm and inviting, they even have little cute shopping carts for picking up those delicious snacks (Just as a side note, I don't live in Derby and I don't know the staff personally, my review is solely from my experience so I have no bias, other than being an avid fan of Asian food and drink)

I had a chocolate milk tea. The flavour was nice. But the balls (boba/bubble tea stuff) was a bit much and I think they put too much in. It was close to a 50/50 ratio. Was alright overall. Was done very quickly within a minute to so for multiple drinks. So I'm not sure it's done fresh. But i could be wrong. I would go again. Was small but clean and a tidy place.

Often very busy so don't expect a table and be disappointed. Never had such nice bubble tea, I've been coming for years and got through umpteen loyalty cards. I really recommend the matcha, coffee or taro milk tea with tapioca pearls. They sell various snacks and noodle cups which are hard to find elsewhere and at a great price. I also recommend trying the pancakes, especially cinnamon or red bean paste

I really love this place, the atmosphere is really relaxed during college times, although gets busier around 4PM. They have managed to decorate it in a very welcoming and homely way. The staff are really helpful for people who have never had this type of Asian drinks, noodles and sweets etc, if you ask for help the staff will guide you through everything, they’re very polite. You can buy a big pot of noodles for 1.69£ and they will cook them for you with no extra charge which is great for long breaks. If you’re student you also get a discount! :) The range of snacks are really intriguing it’s a good place for people who like to engage in learning and trying cuisine from other people’s cultures, it’s really nice for me to try new things, especially from Asian culture. The drinks are reasonably priced for what you get, it’s 3.75 For a hot milky bubble tea, but again I get that for 3.50£ with my student discount. Is it more costly compared to English tea and coffee? Yes but you are not buying English tea or coffee here keep that in mind. I really recommend this place for anyone who likes Asian culture and for college students as it takes you from a busy environment into a nice almost burrow like small coffee shop which is really welcoming and warm.

Great coffee shop with an extensive drink menu including all the usual teas and coffees plus more unusual (and very tasty) options most notably bubble tea,it's the ONLY place in Derby that serves this that i know of. The cakes are gorgeous,so light and fluffy and everything is beautifully presented.The staff are friendly and helpful if you're not sure what to order. The decor and size of this place make it a cozy hideaway from the main hustle and bustle of the shopping centre!
