The Staff are wonderful. Very helpful and efficient. They even wrote happy birthday to my hubby on the cake away box. Delicious lunch. Very filling. We enjoyed our visit very much.

Reasonably priced with a good selection on the menu. We went at 12.30 on a Friday and managed to get the last table so it was quite busy although there were plenty of staff working and food arrived relatively quickly. Setting is bright and airy however I’d avoid ordering via the app, it’s over complicated, confusing, as for too much info and takes longer than queuing at the counter.

Very nice Garden Centre but the cafe is the real star of the show. Great coffee (200 Degrees) and a great selection of fresh cakes. Always enjoy a trip out to Pip Tree and very happy to recommend it.

Wow, it never disappoints. Staff always very courteous, very good customer service, coffee just right and the cakes OMG. If you don't want the gorgeous, flavoursome lunches, go for afternoon coffee, tea and CAKES fabulous. Lovely surroundings, somewhere to sit sun or shade. Well done . Go there and enjoy.

This is a nice cafe, I had a fantastic ploughman's it was one of the best I have had in a while but a ploughman's should come with apple, no exceptions. it's traditionally served in ploughing season when apples are being harvested. I would have scored it higher if I had apple and the cold drink was actually cold. I would still recommend a visit here.

Nice sitting areas inside and out. Not good service, waiter said she would bring out the condiments, ten minutes later I had to get them, my coffee and meal was almost cold by then. Worst jacket potato I've ever had, very very dry and powdery and completely tasteless, would definitely not recommend having it. Not good prices ether, quite expensive in fact .

Attractive place but overpriced. Felt rushed by Staff, think they'd had a long day. Asked for hot water for very small teapot for three people, given the smallest milk jug of water, not enough to top up! At over £6 for this pot of tea, hot water or larger teapot would have been appreciated

Weekend visit to garden nursery. Stopped for coffee and surprised how busy the cafe was. It was very pleasant inside with good range of sweet and savoury snacks and hot and cold drinks. Well worth a visit.

Went in today and they were full inside but the lady with the purple hair was amazing and let me sit outside and called me in as soon as a table was available. Had a lovely lunch at Pip Tree Cafe. It was very busy, so that tells you how good the food is. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. They also have gifts to sell. It's worth a visit. They close on Mondays.

A great little rest stop just off the M1. Found this place as we were looking for a half way stop for lunch that wasn't a service station and was child friendly. This was a great little find. Good coffee and serves paninis, soup, sandwiches, cakes and has a kids menu. Friendly welcoming staff and fast service despite being very busy.

Visited again Feb 2022. Good value garden centre cafe. Ample parking. Garden Centre well stocked ready for spring season. Number of tables increased in a converted poly tunnel which is great if you're out walking and particularly if you have a dog with you. From table ordering now available if you have a smart phone. My experience is that using the from table ordering app( details at each table) service us prompt and accurate.

We found this little gem of a place by mistake. My daughter is anaphylaxctic to many things and I never usually take her anywhere without lots of planning first! Im so glad we found this place. This is a very good and lovely cafe. Coffee is good and so is the food. Many varieties of delicious cakes and last I went they had a gluten free one as well. It does get crowded and very noisy on the weekends but that is how it is. Overall very much recommended!

Lemon cake was disappointing a few weeks ago, not tangy enough, but today cakes were good. Also my salad was top-notch, interesting leaves and nuts and delicious hot roasted veg 10/10 thanks. I also spilt a bottle of milk under the table and waiter came and cleaned up promptly with no fuss or comment. Thank you. So many cafes have become mediocre since Covid, but Piptree is not one of them

Today was my first visit to Pip Tree Cafe and, based on my experience, it won't be my last. Service was quick and courteous and with a smile. The toast and jam I ordered arrived quickly and was very tasty. The disabled toilet was clean and well-stocked. I highly recommend this place.

A bit caotic first thing this morning, the young lady at the door let way too many people in without counting how many tables were available it's not difficult because they only have around 10 tables outside anyway!
