M. F.One of the best places I have found for coffee (and sweet treats) in the area that is not a major chain. Great staff and the service is always warm and friendly. Not had a cake that I would not order again.

The food (Which I didn't try) looks amazing.. the cakes (Which I did) oh my they were great.
Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and a nice welcome.
Music a little loud but that's me being picky.
L. B.We were in a group of 7 - 4 adults and 3 little ones - but there was plenty of room. The staff were really lovely, polite and helpful. The food was delicious, especially the lion bar kronut, and served really quickly which is so helpful with toddlers. We'll definitely be back the next time we are at The Hive.

n. b.light lunch before going into wildlife park. i had brie ham and sweet chilli jam Croissant it was alot nicer than i was expecting. the hot choc came in a decent sized cup too

C. A.Nice selection of fresh food and coffee topped off with friendly staff, highly recommended. You can access this and the other shops and eateries without going into the Wildlife Park as well so worth a visit for lunch/brunch. Lots of free parking within 2-3 minutes walk.
A. A.Absolutely fabulous cafe just outside the Yorkshire wildlife park . Really friendly waitress and delicious fresh salads and quiche . Tasty looking cakes and pastries too. A real gem !

C. S.After arriving a little early for the Wildlife Park. I popped into the coffee shop with the rest of the family and was warmly greeted by the pleasant staff (Rich). After first purchasing my oat milk latte, I was drawn in by the array of sandwiches that they had on the counter. The sandwich was filled to the brim! After enjoying this so much, I topped it off with a carrot and walnut cake which left me wanting even more before I left. Whilst the park was great and the rest of the family thoroughly enjoyed it, we made sure to rush back to the coffee shop afterwards to pick up a much needed coffee and brownies to finish our great day at the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. I would highly recommend this new establishment even if you are not visiting the park, keep up the good work Rich
J. B.I visited Cornerstone not long after it had just opened and i had a great experience; the first thing i noticed was the independent feel of the place. The staff were helpful and attentive and the interior looks great. For me the food was the standout though, such a great selection which you don’t normally see in other coffee shops.
P.s You don’t even need to purchase a wildlife ticket to visit Cornerstone either, therefore i shall be a regular going forward.
G. S.After a long day wandering Yorkshire Wildlife Park this place was just what we needed. The staff gave us a warm welcome and the fresh food was displayed beautifully. I had a Soft cheese and relish sandwich and it was amazingly tasty. The milkshake was great I could very easily have had another. I am glad it is a bit of a trek from home or I would be visiting it far too often.
K. C.I’ve been here a couple of times now and it’s always amazing. The staff are friendly and the food is so good. Lovely atmosphere. Lots of choices for different diet requirements. No it’s not cheap but you really do get what you pay for. I never regret having a treat here.

Fantastic coffee (I had a flat white), prices reasonable considering they could charge whatever they like and a good range of other items to eat.
Worth a visit as part of the new Hive even if you have no intention of then going into the Wildlife Park.

T. 6.Here at the Cornerstone Coffee the waiters/ waitresses were extremely ignorant and were rudely interrupting and ignoring me while ordering. Although the food was nice but it was slightly cold and they got our orders wrong.
