Food is good, I requested extra chocolate sauce for some munchkins which they did! I went in once and there were many queues. Not very well priced and we usually get dunkin on uber eats and they usually forget basic items such as straws for drinks.

Never had a bad experience at this store. The donuts are always so fresh and the drinks are beaut❣️ The girls at this store are always so friendly and provide a great service. I'm aware Dunkins are franchises, so to the owner of this store; you have some great staff, look after them❣️ I know myself how hard good staff are to find🍩🍩💖

Love the donuts, the staff are great and store is very clean. The reason for 3* is the hit and miss with the coffee. Some times it's hot other times cool and the cups are full, other times less than full. There appears to be no consistency in the serving of the coffee which is a pity because when it's good it's very good.

Empty store but still took ages to serve us, didn't have ANY of the cold summer drinks on saying they didn't have any of the purees. This is terrible store and stock management. Donuts were nice though.

Absolutely lovely experience, my first time at dunkin too and it was absolutely delicious, will definitely revisit!

Been twice now, first time was very pleased. However on our second visit at 8pm on a Saturday night (don't judge, we needed pudding) we walked in to find empty shelves and to be told 'sorry, we ran out at 6'... so a shop that mostly sells donuts, and at the point of terminal pastries still had 5 hours before they closed (11pm), chose not to rectify the situation by presumably defrosting more?? Also...side note, to the two lasses sat inside when we entered....why?

Best donuts in the universe. We went via drive through. Not a massive queue, and service was quick. Window staff were masked, but spoke clearly & were polite. Nice selection of donuts. I ate one about 2 days later from my selection, and it was still fresh and tasty. A great birthday treat, that's nicer then a regular cake.

Ordered through just eat and the driver didn’t pick up the whole order. Phoned the restaurant and they very kindly got the rest of the order sent out, and included a lovely card with a sorry note on it. Food was amazing also, so win win. This restaurant has the customer focus that more should have. 5/5 and thank you again to the team at the restaurant.

Drinks and food is almost always good. I have had extras I've paid for missed on a few occasions however. The wait in-store can also be a little long as the focus is definitely more on the drive through. I've had situations where I've had one drink handed over then waited ten minutes or so for the second one meaning the first has gone cold! Quite happy to go when quiet but if it's busy, I wouldn't recommend.

All the staff that work here are absolute divas, they're all super hardworking and always so friendly. Had an issue a while ago with some drinks and they fixed it right away, no issues and super polite. Always a joy visiting, the drive thru might be mega busy at times and the offers are few and far between but it's worth the wait for an Iced Coconut Latte 💖🤩💖

This place always serves good coffee and donuts. I love coming here when I'm that side of town. Friendly service, though not always quick; but there are only a few people working there at a time, and the wait is always worth it. Just wish they had chocolate munchkins left every time I went - but you can't have everything :) 10/10 good place. Don't close pls.

Great little coffee shop in the wheatley centre. I thought it was an indepent but it turns out its not. However, the coffee is decent, the cake to die for and it does a good breakfast too.

Very clean and airy inside, and plenty of outside seating which is also kept clean. 2 toilets are open inside as well. Staff are really friendly and there is always a good selection of donuts on offer (although they still don't do gluten free options!)

Fair to say they're still finding their feet as a branch, but the coffee is great and love the donuts. The morning deal for dark roast and a donut is dangerous. They currently don't open until 10am missing commuters, but chatted with the manager and he said ultimate goal is to open earlier.

This is our Saturday afternoon treat. Always good service and happy staff. Always use the drive though and there's never along wait. Bigger queue than usual today but that will be due to tier 3 rules at the moment and still got though in a reasonable time.

Amazing kids loved the doughnuts , I lived the slightly crazy woman out side who told us how amazing the doughnuts are and it was 14 pounds for 12 on several occasions oh she knew because she looked like she'd tried every one at least twice that day before her carer's had caught up with her and taken her back to the home ......

Good for a quick donut, I mainly use the drive thru. At the moment it seems to be a victim of its own success at it seems to be running out of donuts on a regular basis, so if you have a particular donut in mind you may find yourself dissapointed. All the donuts are great though, so when you do get a hold of one they are worth it.

Generally very good, love the drinks and donuts and the staff are very nice and smiley....... except today when I used the drive thru at 12:10pm the young guy serving seemed to lack some courtesy when I handed over my loyalty card which said I was due a free drink. He said rather tersely' You shudda said on the tannoy!' Didn't realise till I took it out! As a regular paying customer I don't expect to be spoken to like that! Would have be 4 or 5 stars but marked it one down due to that guy! Think he needs some customer relations training! 😑 Following day.... Was served by a lovely lady called Amy, always nice n pleasant, jolly voice, lovely smiley face and nice manners..... Came in today with my family. I have a cast on my leg and as soon as we entered a member of staff Alex approached us and helped us to a table and pulled out my chair. He asked if we needed any assistance to ask. We placed our order when it was ready bought it over for us and asked if we needed anything else. Very impressed with the service today. After reading the bad reviews I was a bit wary about visiting but I'm glad I did. 10:30am on a Saturday, coffee was good enough to not have to get a Costa next door, donut was tasty and I recommend dunking in coffee if you're that way inclined. Constant stream of customers but they managed to keep the queue small - could have done with another body behind the desk in case there was a rush though. I think the large number of bad reviews are because of the opening rush it got. To expect them to handle every one of the customers I saw in cars queued up 20 long, or the stream of people lining up out the door at a fast pace, and to expect top notch customer service in those situations is crazy. Complaining that they're low on donuts when you were in a queue that long? Didn't you expect that? Hence why I waitied to visit until the madness subsided. I will end this by saying that while it was very nice and I will be visiting again, I still wish it was a Krispy Kreme - sorry DD, but that's just how it is...

Visted around 11am Saturday 04/05. Great value. Very busy as it hasn't been open long and is a new establishment. A couple in front of me, early thirties no children were making an unnecessary complaint, something to do with the gloves that one of the servers was wearing. Totally selfish holding up the queue, which was out of the door at this point. They asked to speak to the manager and requested the head office phone number all for the sake of a £6 refund. The food and drink were excellent. One improvement would be to not use plastic stirers. Wood would be better for the environment.

Only just opened here and very busy, very popular, the staff are very patient with customers and how busy they were getting and were still polite when serving. The doughnuts are really nice and drinks spot on, once the hype dies a little it will be a great place to grab a snack and drink over summer.

Wow! Fantastic. Was kinda hoping for somthing other than donuts. For some reason I thought they would do other foods but that's on me. The donuts are great and have interesting flavours. I would reccomend going in for a box of donuts and a drink if you like a good donut. Overall excellent experience.

Great place to go for a treat, I expected it to be more expensive than it is, it's actually reasonably priced. Only disadvantage to the establishment as a whole is that they only have 1 toilet shared by men and women, so could get busy during peak times.
