Had a lovely experience at Jimmy pigs, staff could not be more helpful and super knowledgeable, and just lovely. Great selection of alternative milk including lacto free and vegan cream which is a massive win for me, for the first time I did not have to say no and could experience a drink in its entirety. Applie pie latte out of this world. Excellent selection of light bites and cakes, and they taste amazing.

Met friends there for drinks/food. No need to book, but they do get busy at times. Love that they have oatmilk and gluten-free items on the menu. Staff friendly and efficient. Highly recommendable.

EDIT: I came in a month later and absolutely no improvement, still crazy crazy slow service. Cafe only a third full. 3 folk in front of me in the queue (ordering coffees only).... Still took 14 minutes wait! The coffees lovely, staff are lovely, cakes are lovely but Oh My Goodness the service is slow. Like crazy slow. There is no urgency whatsoever with any of the staff apart from the Owner. The staff seem to not care about how slow they are and will even stop for a chat when the queue is enormous.

Usually go every morning before heading out to work. Coffee is always amazing, much better than the large chain coffee shops. Not had a cake that's not been lovely, crownie is a favourite :)

This is lovely cafe and well worth a visit. My only gripe was we were not asked if we'd like butter (well margarine) on our bacon butty and it was swimming. Thats the only reason fie 4 🌟 I really didn't enjoy it and the bacon was a little under done to my liking. It was cooked tho. Staff lovely place is spotless

Great selection of cakes, including Gluten Free options. Fantastic customer service from a friendly team providing brilliant hot drinks. The baby changing facilities went above and beyond with a selection of nappies and accessories if you needed any. I did not try the wider food menu but it looked to have plenty of choice and I will definitely give it a go on my next visit.

Lovely feel to the coffee house. Nice coffee and Amazing cheesecake. The staff are really friendly but the service is so slow. I have never had to queue for so long even when the queue isn't a long one. I would go more often if i wasn't stuck in the queue so long! That's the only reason i scored 4.

Brilliant customer service, due to social distancing we couldn't sit inside which is fine, we were there for take out anyway. But aside from no seating, it felt "normal" and that's down to the friendly staff. Warm cookie dough 🤤 would recommend, enough for 3 in all honesty, although we battled through and ate it between 2 haha.

Only cos made my own for a change. Even mine didn’t match up!. Jimmy Piggs is The lightest ever & full of fruit and flavour! Not stodgy and heavy like some. Went off the rest & now I have the best. These guys make cake that is out of this world. Every now and then we require business platters for meetings and Lydia and the team do a fantastic job of supplying assortments of their wonderful cakes. As a sweetener we offer Jimmy Piggs cakes at all of our schedule meetings now and it is now a talking point within our industry. Great great company and great food.

Bloody love this place. Fantastic service with a smile and they even do Lacto free milk not just soya so that is perfect for my Lactose intolerance. I don't think I've found any other coffee shop that does Lacto Free milk. It will be our go to coffee shop from now on. I have travelled the world over 20years and drank coffee from every kind of coffee outlet including the major players in the coffee industry and they are very good but none of them in my opinion come close to Jimmy's and what is really refreshing is you can ask for your coffee to be blended to your taste and you get it to your taste .
