Lovely Cafe, with a great selection of cakes 🍰. I had a nice cappuccino ☕ and Smashed Avocado 🥑 and poached egg 🥚 on toast, it came to just over 10£, it was lovely. The service was great 🤩 and they made me feel very welcome. Plenty of seating available and very clean inside. Toilets 🚻 area just around the corner from the entrance. AMAZING. Thank you so much to all of the team at the Cafe for their amazing service and food today. I sent a late evening message on whatts app to see if they could cater for 15 people for a birthday breakfast and was replied to out of hours with reassurance they would be happy to have us. We then showed up with closer to 25 of us which was not a problem for them at all. The table was ready, the waitress’s were on point and very polite and organised. Food wise we had a mixture of full breakfasts and other options from the menu which all came out in record time with no complications / mistakes and tasted fabulous! Highly recommend for group bookings as it’s a lovely big space and well equipt for all ❤️ massive thanks to all and we will be back soon!

Lovely food and lots of it. However we weren't acknowledged when we entered by any staff for about 5 minutes even though plenty walking passed us. We asked not to put coleslaw on our plates but they did but no chips and no condiments of any sort. We will go again but would ask for a little better service please. Maybe just an off day.

Very clean and spacious with relaxing decor. Tables are well spaced out, staff are attentive. Vegan and vegetarian options could be improved and this would draw more people in. Toilet facilities clean and tidy. Range of smaller and bigger tables. However the round small tables are too small and require removing the salt and pepper holder to create space. They ok if just having a drink but too small if having food.

Really attentive smiling staff - makes the whole experience even better Great value. Had the big breakfast - was almost too big for me. All cooked fresh, not drenched in fats, presented nicely, but most of all tasted amazing - crispy hash browns! Would happily use again. Check opening times, it was open earlier than expected.

Lovely food. We shared a jacket potato and it was plenty for a light meal. The coleslaw was gorgeous. Then we had lemon drizzle cake which was scrummy! The staff were lovely. We will be going again!

Always the same quality food at good prices, chicken and alepeno panni x 2 ( with salads and fries)1 toastie with same,1 soup of day, 3 pint/ large lagers, appletiser and soda, 2 slices of caramel cake.. 55 quid @ 2pm , well spent as for supper only had small meals at around 9pm.

Really enjoyed out visit today.... the food was really nice, well presented and very quick considering it was freshly prepared. The service was top notch, friendly and attentive but not like those places where you are asked 5 times if everything is OK. Will make this a regular drop in when out that way... recommended (if you hadn't guessed)

I previously put a review of this cafe on trip advisor and was made to be a liar with the response and I hadn’t got my facts right well one when me and husband entered the cafe we didn’t see the sign to wait to be seated all tables for two were uncleared we sat at a table for four were asked to move to a table fir two was not busy at this point! Sat near a door and back if ice cream machine I never said cold came from this which had been assumed I was referring to the view looking at back of it!! And the gentleman who sat at our original table had his food and drink and left the cafe!! Nobody else came in to sit with him. Also only a few couples came in after us was not busy and they were being told to sit wherever!! One couple moved from where they were seated and weren’t challenged feel like I got to explain myself. Yes staff are going to say different!!! Made to feel like a liar here!!! The food and young girls serving are lovely but your a liar if put a review on you shouldn’t make your customers feel unwelcome and annoyed not want to come back

Excellent value for money place. My wife and I have been coming for a year or two now, but my work colleague and I often work in Rotherham and on our way home to Scunthorpe, it's a regular stop- off place for a drink and a bite to ear en- route home. Great location, great menu, friendly, helpful, courteous staff...what more can I say...👌👏👍☕🍔🥓🧆🥮

Nice food but it's freezing. They seem to think they have to keep the door open to ventilate the space. I was so cold today. You have windows stick them on the vent option and get some heating on. Moving into these colder months it's going to cost you customers, I know things are tricky at the moment but I've not eaten anywhere else that has the door open constantly. I'm not having a go, I want you to thrive, maybe revisit the guidelines 😊

Lovely food and drink with excellent service. Very clean and tidy at all times with a good selection of different foods all freshly prepared on site and made to order. The kitchen is immaculate which shows a well run organisation. A good place for either lunch or a coffee break.

Revisited with a friend for afternoon tea. The food was delicious, our table was beautifully presented, and staff went out of their way to ensure we were happy! Will definitely go back again and again. Seeing other customers plates of food being served to their tables showed us that portion size and quality of food was excellent too. Lovely clean place, very welcoming and accommodating staff. You can book, but you don't need to. Food is super, you get a good sized portion, too. Had a tuna mayo jacket potato today, came with crisps, salad and coleslaw.

Came especially for breakfast as the last few visits have been excellent. However this time was poor. Waited 40 mins despite very quiet. Bacon overdone, cold mushrooms, forgot black pudding and tomatoes. So disappointed. Complained to waitresses who could only apologise.
