The staff was very friendly and nice. I have been asked about my allergies before I bought my bagel. The price was ok. I’d like to suggest improving the selection of plant-based milk. They only have Soy and Almond. I didn’t like the taste of the coffee. It was too bitter and mild for my taste. I couldn't drink it and I had to bin it before I finished half of the cup.

All stars are for the guy working there. Amazing service, quick, professional, and polite. I got a tuna melt bagel - unfortunately I didn't like see the tuna come out of a store bought tub looking like paste. The bagel itself was average but the employee is top notch - clear example of how great customer service can affect your business.

I had the halloumi melt from here and it was amazing, so fresh, warm, and tasty. Personally I thought it was great value for money but maybe I'm too used to London prices! Highly recommend, will definitely visit again in future.

Lovely fresh bagels! Special thanks to a guy who works there: I think his name is Levent. He's fast, professional,polite and always smiling! Just what you need when you're hurrying in the morning!

Extremely disappointed in my order today. Any other time myself and partner have had bagels from here they have been amazing, so you can imagine our excitement on discovering they deliver through Uber Eats now. Ordered the same as I always have, smoked salmon and cream cheese with added Halloumi. The bagels have always been perfect and delicious, however on this occasion I have to say I was very unhappy. The Halloumi I had added on to my bagel was very obviously stale. It was rock solid, and not just inba way where it had art from being cooked and cooled. It looked like it had been sitting out for days and when I went to take a bite it actually make a cracking sound. Given that every other time has been amazing I have left 3 stars but serving stale (and very obviously so) food is entirely unacceptable.

Skip the lines of the major chain coffee joints and pay this place a visit! Great bagels and coffee to-go, at the right price. The staff was very kind and even gave me a bag to carry everything in.

Got a delicious fresh vegan bagel from Edinburgh Waverley this morning (03/12/18) and the gentleman working was polite, kind, efficient & very hardworking. You are lucky to have him! What a star! Thank you for my delicious breakfast!

Wonderful service. Super fast and friendly! The bagel was lovely except that the scrambled egg was slightly rubbery, but made up for by the speedy service.

They do gluten free sandwiches for unfortunate souls like me that can't eat a normal sandwich. They do normal sandwiches too for those lucky people that can.

Less of a cafe than a hut on Waverly station waiting area... But nice friendly helpful people making some tasty bagels such as smoked salmon etc. Good meal deals available too. Seating is... the station benches.
