Embracing Coffee and Friendship! This cute tucked away Caffè is such a delightful place to wind away time with friends. A must place to spend some time whilst visiting this great city .

It was alright but no more. The place looks tatty and could do with a refurbishment with more open views on its great location along the Royal Mile. The cake and pastry were a bit stale.

I love this coffee shop! As a former Starbucks, working closer to this coffee shop meant I was tempted to go to this one instead. I love it here! Great coffee and a great location. It gets very busy around morning tea time and I noticed the staff don't cope very well. Their interactions with customers are rather cool and could certainly be friendlier. When busy at the counter the tables just don't get cleared or cleaned. I think they need more staff for busy periods and maybe some further training.

This is a nicely located Nero. It is a bit small though and often you can struggle for seats. But it is quaint with a nice view onto the Mile. Unfortunately the toilet is very tired looking, not unclean though. Importantly, it’s good coffee!

Being in a very busy part of the city we did have to queue for about 5 minutes and the number of tables and chairs available were limited. It was also a little messy as it seemed the 2 staff were overworked with the volume of people coming through the doors to be able to clean tables quickly and efficiently.

I come here most days I'm in the city centre of Edinburgh, as the location is just so convenient, the service is always efficient and the staff are just the best!
