Reviews of Costa Coffee
C. P.
Lots of steep stairs to get to the cafe and another flight to get to the toilets . The coffee itself is standard Costa but the whole place was tired and messy . It needs a good refurbishment . The best part was the location with views of the castle . It’s a shame that the actual cafe doesn’t match this .
A. D.
Quite a busy place. Loved the sunny window side with a medi glass of hot cross bun latte. The view was excellent to watch sea of people walking across the Princess street. With the castle on the hill!
M. O.
Nice castle view and plenty of windows tables. It's lovely to be sitting there in a cold a sunny day.
L. 2.
I had been in this Costa a few years back on a visit to Edinburgh and remembered it as a bit of a disappointing experience - quite busy vibe, noisy, difficult to relax.
I still went in again on a recent visit, more for old times' sake then for anything else, and actually it felt the same - a tourist trap with airport atmosphere.
I. F.
Great view of the castle, even in the rain. Coffee and service is the same as most of Costa coffees
A. S.
Tried their new Columbian bean for the extra 20p in an Americano. Really good coffee, definately worth a try next time your asked. Went well with their dark chocolate nuts & sea salt bar.
Situated on the first floor it has great views across Princess Street and towards the castle. It has plenty of seating and around a dozen window tables.
Service was really excellent seems like a really good team. Noticed tables were quickly cleared and it was clean despite being busy. Obviously popular with tourists, lots of happy voices from many countries.
P. G.
Service was fantastic, but good coffee ☕ it was quiet today, but plenty of friendly staff, making sure you had a good experience.
r.
Nice cafe on the first floor overlooking Princes Street with usual good coffee and snacks. Stairs at entry and to toilets are quite steep.
Z. W.
Nice view with a quite good cup of coffee!
Clear and reliable.
Also you can take a selfie in front of a huge mirror!
S. K.
Best Costa I've ever been to!!! Gorgeous seating area upstairs overlooking Princes Street and Edinburgh Castle. Comfy chintz period seating! Really worth it!
L. V. G.
What a view!! One of the most beautiful views from anywhere in the center. It seems clean the coffee is always brilliant, I just wouldn't recommend their toilets.
A. M.
Coffe, food and service first class as always, but the toilets are a mess 3 of 4 out of order and they smell hopefully this will be resolved quickly
S. H.
Coffee and city views great as always but place could do with a revamp.
R. O.
As an costa addict i can simply say that this is one of the Best costa coffee places in Edinburgh. It is not only the location has some kind of a secret entrace where you wouldnt expect to have such a nice view till you get in, but also the coffee itself facilities such as toilets are in good condition.
A. M.
Good spot for a coffee and staff are lovely
F. K.
I was searching for this place whole week. Fabulous view on 🏰.
R. B.
Very friendly staff and clean and tidy .The service was quick and the food and drink were good
H. F.
Staff were helpful but
the coffee shop is definitely in need of decoration. Toilets were 🤢
M. D. C.
Nice staff, but I don't like that you have to shout to be heard or vice versa. Also I had to clean my table because no one was paying attention to go and clean after a customer was leaving.
U. B.
Been there a few times after lockdown, really lovely employees, always smiling and really helpful. A friend of mine has a peanut allergy and after checking the item she wanted had no peanuts, they got a new one ready after cleaning all their equipment to make sure there were no traces of peanuts, and brought it over to our table.
Really really lovely staff, delicious hot chocolate.
M. S.
Excellent location and great size for a store. Unfoetunately due to high turnover of customers drinks don't always come out as good as tbey should #notthebestfrochino#notthefirsttime
J. B.
Great coffee lovely helpful staff
T.
Its a Costa coffee cafe with nice views to the portrait gallery and the castle.
v. H.
Fine but no where does it tell you that the number for the key pad for the toilets is on your receipt so you climb the stairs then find out you can't get in the loo. Hope no one was desperate lol
G. 1.
Nice Christmas Edition Hot Chocolate, namely Blueberry and Hazelnut. The carrot and walnut cake taste good too!
m. p.
Upstairs cafe - no lift so not for oldies like me!!
a.
We had a nice cup of coffee and a sandwich at Costa Coffee. The staff was friendly and the place was cosy.
J. O.
Only 2 staff but very organised
B. T.
It's Costa decent coffee at this one at least
W. A.
Friendly service in a great location in the centre of Edinburgh with great views of the Mound, the Castle and the National Galleries. My parents found the stairs pretty steep so maybe avoid if that would be an issue. Otherwise great.
M. G.
Great little place. Very nice view. Good coffees. There's a blond female manager who means well but doesn't realise her yelling & snapping at customers only increases the already high levels of anxiety that come with public spaces. She could use a little chill. But all was redeemed when Barista Girl Squad came out in full force to block a self absorbed money wearing middle aged woman from entering without a mask, without desires to socially distance, and without carrying to be a customer. Her shrill cackles and empty threats fell on deaf ears with the baristas and they made swift work of her. Out with the rest of the rubbish.
S. N.
Great costa, friendly service as you'd expect and a good view
P. H.
Coffee was OK. If you get a seat at the window you have a really great view though.
K. M.
It's a costa, the coffee was good but it was so busy & slightly slow the day I visited.Tables packed & they were not able to keep up keeping them clean.
As suggested in other reviews it has lovely views of the castle.
It's up steep stairs though so not recommended for people with access issues or prams.
J.
Reliable Costa and cosy cafe. This place can be quite busy at peak times but there is lots of seating and a view of the castle to enjoy. the staff are friendly and helpful, and are pretty quick at preparing your order. The very central location makes it a good stopping point when in town.
L. M.
Lovely French style cafe in Edinburgh with a really cute shop front. Cakes look beautiful and glossy but kind of look like they’re all style and no substance. I had a cream cheese bagel which was delicious though, and hibiscus tea which was to die for. So sweet and tart. Would love to try more from here next time I’m in the area.
J. M.
Great views out but can be difficult to find a seat at peak times.
T. L.
Nice cafe with great views of Edinburgh Castle! Coffee was good and the raspberry and almond cake was very tasty! Bear in mind it is only accessible by quite a lot of stairs, so might not be appropriate for people with mobility issues. Also, the toilets were not great: in the men's bathroom, one stall with no door and the other stall had no toilet paper. For these reasons I have knocked off a couple of stars.
R. B.
I'm not a fan personally. I feel that it would have been better elsewhere, perhaps where there is suitable access for those who may find stairs a challenge. That said the views are great, especially whilst sitting down to a nice fresh coffee. Layout in the main area feels slightly cramped but it is kept clean and to a reasonable standard given the turnover of customers.
G. H.
A good coffee and fresh selection of cakes. Friendly staff and plenty of seating.
This Costa was on the first floor so accessible by stairs, so not good for the less mobile.
However there is another Costa not too far along the street which is on ground floor level.
J. D.
Breakfast here on a Sunday morning from eight, when you could do worse than pick a cheese and mushroom toasted sandwich to munch alongside a swimming pool sized cappuccino as my husband did. Should you opt instead for a more modest espresso (thick, strong, reasonably hot) and croissant combo, ask for the latter to be zapped in the oven to restore its crunch. The view is spectacular but the cloth-covered seats all tend to have rather unsightly stains ...
f. s.
Staff very friendly. Nice coffee after shopping, but sometimes (with social distancing & less seating) you need to check you have a seat before you order your coffee.
R. S.
Typical Costa Coffee. Excellent views over Princes Street to the Castle Spoilt by being on the 2nd floor then another 2 floors up to the toilets.
C. R.
Good solid shop. But up some stairs. Coffee was Delicious
I. B.
Always great coffee ☕ plus stunning views 😍
C. F.
Would not recommend for anyone with any physical disabilities. As far as I'm aware there's no disabled entrance. The stairs are horrifically steep and there's no window so the lighting isn't great. On initial entrance there's a grip rail after the doors, as you proceed further up to the next set of stairs, it's too narrow to have a banister down the middle. It's barely wide enough for people to be going up over side and down the other side. There's a banister on each wall. I'm not even middle aged and I find the stairs intimidating. The main block of stairs to the barista, is extremely narrow, difficult to see due to no daylight and the steps are rather steep and small steps.
The toilets are a floor above the barista, again with any physical disabilities, I must stress this branch is not going to accommodate your circumstances on numerous counts. The toilets are generally of quite a good level of cleanliness, although I've not used them many time's.
The accessibility or inaccessibility rather is so unfortunate as this location is really good some picturesque views. With the barista being on the upper level (which is why you enter on to a set of stairs) is above all the shops. The windows are large and as it's on the corner the lighting is good and the seating is impressive. The seating is varied, there are different styles of tables and chairs accommodating different customers requirements/ preferences while being in branch. It can be incredibly busy at time's so often you don't perhaps get too much of an option where you're going to sit.
As it's a level up, on the corner of Hanover Street/ prince's Street, you get a phenomenal view of the art gallery and even prince's st gardens. I think it's the ideal place to meet a friend (or 2, but probably no more than that) for coffee and a catch up. Is also conveniently placed where a break in shopping is needed when I get to this point of prince's street 🙂
Staff are helpful, it's hard for them to get my order wrong as where you wait is extremely close to them making it, closer than their colleague's at the til. So you can watch everything they do. Often the staff have asked/ confirmed what I wanted, while they've been waiting on the coffee machine.
If the entrance/ toilet accessibility is an issue, it's unfortunate as this branch is stunning inside the seating area. It's often quite busy, but its kept clean and staff are helpful.
P. V.
Located up on the second floor, this coffee shop was busy, but service was fast and friendly. An abundance of seating is available, including seats next to windows overlooking the streets. Great place to stop in for a break, or to warm up. Coffee was good, and prepared quickly. Toilets located downstairs.
T. T.
Ive always been a fan of Costa Coffee, but this one is my favourite, simply for the View of the Castle. The staff are always friendly. Products are always hot enough and the place usually is quite relaxed even during busy times.
R. A.
Lovely Place, amazing views, coffee is really good as expected!
S. J.
Nice place and friendly staff, however the Air conditioning is too high when there's no reason to.. I mean, we are in Scotland with 3 degrees out and the Aircon inside the café makes it almost as cold..
Seriously?
I'll change my review when I'll stop freezing anytime I come here!
H. K.
Best coffee, iced teas, and so much more, love it!
E. M.
Nice chai latte. Slow queue to be served.
H. L.
Good coffee with a view
B. S.
A standard Costa coffee shop - always busy due to location. It's one floor up and overlooks Princes St The Mound Hanover St junction. Good views of the Castle Princes St gardens and National Gallery. Staff do an excellent job keeping everything moving. Occasionally groups of tourists descend (or should that be ascend) for a coffee and a queue is inevitable - just need a little extra patience.
K. T.
A good big Costa, which if like me you like their coffee, will hit the spot. Be warned though its upstairs, and I didn't notice a lift. (Not absolutely ruling it out, but I didn't spot it.) So if you're weighed down with shopping or a pushchair life might be awkward.
Z. S.
Great coffee shop with lots of discounts on the coffee just now lots of space inside to sit in as as well and lots of space to charge your phone. Quick service even though there is a small queue .
A. M.
Had a lovely relaxing cup of coffee and a bun with my husband. Great view of Edinburgh castle and no pressure to leave before we chose to. Very light and airy premises.
D. G.
Enjoyable visit. Pleasant staff, good service and the usual excellent Costa coffee. However...the stairs up to this branch are lethally dangerous and need attention to prevent injury to customers.
W. C.
Coffees are delicious. Staff could be a bit more friendlier and forthcoming. Our table was a bit wobbly (which was annoying when you're attempting to balance cups & pour hit tea.
L. S.
Lovely place to meet for coffee with superb views of the city. I had a day in town recently and got home to find my bracelet had fallen off. Without much hope I called around all the places I had visited. Much to my delight, one of the Costa staff had found my bracelet by the table we had been sitting at! It was placed in their safe for me. They even offered to post it on to me. What brilliant staff!
R. H.
Decent coffee. Nice blend that's not as bitter as Starbucks. This one gets really busy due to its location. If you want more peace and quiet head north to the coffee shops up there.
A. C.
Busy, busy spot and probably not one of my favourite/standout Costas for their drinks.. but awesome location overlooking the busy areas of the city which makes for great feet-resting on a day of shopping. Expect queues out of the door and long waiting times during Saturdays/across weekends, annoyingly as people sit around on laptops with empty, cold cups. Quick service when you are seen to, though.
E. L.
We always come to visit this Costa, when we come to Edinburgh. Lovely views,if you are quick to get a window seat. Great Staff, Coffee & Food. A very popular place. We Love it 😊
P. B.
Favourite coffee outlet, favourite coffee. This Costa outlet in particular is very vibrant, beaming with travellers, students and office going people alike. If has a fantastic view of the castle as well as the mound owing to its corner placement.
C. S. (.
Service was good (camp and friendly, just how I like it :D), food was fine and pleasant views from the top, but it fell down a bit on the main reason I went in, which was to use the WiFi. Normally that's pretty good at Costa and Starbucks. Then again, maybe it was getting overburdened due to the Edinburgh Festival?
K. Y.
Hot chocolate very good taste
M. R.
I was really impressed with the staff here. While I was having cinnamon sprinkled on my chai latte a woman interrupted and asked for a glass of water. The barista said "one moment" and respectfully finished serving me me before asking the woman if she would like ice. It's a normal costa but plenty of seating, great views and is located on the first floor of the building. It is up a couple of flights of really steep stairs though.
R. C.
Costa is not making the most of the interior. While the Coffee is great as with all Costas this location deserves to be a little bit better inside - especially as it used to be better. The windows are not sparkling clean all of the time, for instance, which is a shame as the views are fantastic. In comparison the Starbucks down the street is nicer indoors whilst not really benefitting from as good a shaped space. It feels like there is not enough space and the choice of furniture could be better.
Good coffee, but should be better!!
K. S.
Despite living in Edinburgh for, oh about 100 years, I only discovered this Costa recently. (Yes, if you're asking, I do wear glasses.) The staff have always been nice. One girl so nice she freaked me out a little bit. The views are great, and despite it being busy, there is always one going. I'd imagine this being a great place for tourists as you get the full view of princes street and a rest from all the hills we so lovingly failed to tell you before you booked to come here :p
i.
We went here to get hot cocoa after getting rained on at the Christmas Market. The cocoa wasn't overly sweet but the cream and gold-dusted marshmallows had no sweetness at all. The gluten free Christmas cake was a surprise. We had never had it before so we got it along with the two gluten free mini pecan pies. The Christmas cake wasn't my thing but it was good.
J.
I really like this place.
If you are looking for a coffee bar with a nice atmosphere where you can chat with friends with a nice hot drink, you just found it.
This place also offer a great view of Princess Street.
Great for tourists!
W. E.
I want to thank and highlight Andrew and Mags today for kindness and professionalism. I care for a profoundly disabled lovely young lady and they, especially Andrew who served us mainly, could not have been more attentive despite being extremely busy. Thank you. (Thursday, 13th, March) Wendy x
J. M.
Views are very good with the National Museum across the street and the castle. A warm place (sometimes you can find window seats in the sun) to people watch and sip on a cup of coffee.
S. H.
loadssss of seats, good views of princes street. Toilets aren't good but I've seen worse. IMO their best coffee is flat white, as the lattes are too weak and cappuccinos aren't smooth
A. M.
Fairly large but busy Costa. You have to climb a steep stair to reach it and a further flight of stairs for the toilets. The cafe itself is on the first floor (above the shops at street level) in a corner location with wonderful views from the large windows that stretch from knee level to the ceiling. Views right along Princes Street, over to Edinburgh Castle, the Old Town, the crown of St Giles Cathedral on the Royal Mile. The food and drink are standard Costa offerings.
A. M.
If you've ever been in any other Costa, this is exactly the same as it. Because it's hidden away upstairs, it doesn't get much passing trade so doesn't generally get as crowded as the other coffee shops in the area. If you can get a window seat, it has great views over Princes Street Gardens.
Y. L.
Nice experience there, had the peach iced tea such a cute and fresh thing to drink.
V. X.
Convenient and with a good view over Princes Street and the Castle. Can be very noisy with teenagers, and staff struggle to keep dirty dishes under control. One assumes tables get wiped periodically but have never seen it.
S. C.
Medium sized costa with one big plus = a lovely view of the castle and beyond. Have been at various times of the day and there's usually always a queue but can normally get a seat no problem. The main negative is that it's up a couple fairly steep flights of stairs which is not great for buggies/wheelchairs etc. The queuing space is quite tight too, and staff have to squeeze past to get behind the counter etc.
A. B.
After stopping in for a coffee at this store before a business meeting it was a pleasure an i have have to say somewhat of a thing of the past to see the staff happy and getting along, people should take note and learn from this, if you are happy at your work then your employer should be immensely happy and proud of his/her staff! The staff in this store were generally speaking young, however tjey were very competent at their jobs, my flat white coff was one of the best i have had, from texture, temperature and appearance i would give this barista 10 /10 ( i Mia was on her name badge), her male colleague who was wearing a different coloured shirt was exceptionally helpfull, i presumme he was a manager? Overall if this is the case then i can see why the staff who were working with him were happy. I would certainly recommed this store going by the staff who were working there this morning. They never stopped the whole time i was in.....very hardworking staff!
P. D.
This is a great space large enough for groups or a quiet seat by the window overlooking the galleries and impressive skyline, the staff are friendly despite the queues I always find it a bit too warm and the toilets are up another flight of stairs which is too much for some elderly customers
G. M.
Best views in town otherwise quite drab.
6. 6.
Great coffee, but the service is absolutely hit or miss, which is customary in large companies I suppose. I would've wished for more vegan food options. Unfortunately it seems the Christmas selection is more suited to this!
T. P.
Very nice costa, good service and view, quite a hike up the stairs
T. M.
Definitely a must go location for a casual coffee.
The View is just magnificent and the Team is very lovely.
It is always busy so you may have to wait a little.
M. M.
Nice coffee but very busy
D. B.
I have spent here one cloudy, rainy afternoon, i was just sitting there, drinking hot chocolate with marshlallows from huge mug and staring at the window. Nice view to National Galery of Scotland, lot of people, friendly staff and good atmosphere here.
z. b.
The coffee was good and there were lots of treats to choose from.
J. A.
Nice place. The staff is really friendly and the drinks are really nice.
E. K.
A great first day in Edinburgh due to Costa! Amazing customer service with a nice view to the castle. Knowledge of their high coffee beans and do recommend to try the new Mocha Italia blend with caramel fragrances. Great ability to cater for specialised orders and the coffee and caramel syrup and milk frothing was in perfect balance.
With great regards
Coffee spoilt person
E. K.
Lovely tea and toast taken overlooking the Scottish gallery. Only drawback are the stairs up to the actual cafe. Very steep and I didn't see any disabled access.
s. b.
No surprises with the coffee and a lovely view over Princess street.
D. M.
Nice Costa shop, didn't realise it was there at first. Stairs up to it could be a bit steep for some., But lovely place to relax with a lovely view of Edinburgh.Nice coffee to.
J. S.
Costa coffee located within Waterstones Manchester.
M. F.
This is the busiest Costa in Edinburgh! Loud and full of used cups and trays, you can see how the staff struggles to keep things tidy. I would avoid as much as possible or just do take away...
T. W.
Costa coffee as you would expect served in a well cleaned and adequately ventilated premises.
B. H.
Good choice of beverages and great view of castle
A. s. d.
Nice costa coffee in Hanover street 2nd floor
You can have a great view.
Only disadvantage is that you have to go to toilets for 3rd floor.
Lovely staff
Tasty coffee.
L. Š.
This Costa Coffee is one of the best where I have been. Is situated on perfect place. If you are sitting by the window, you can see The Royal Scottish Academy or beautiful park. If you need rest, this costa is perfect choice.
J. R.
Beautiful views, great coffee.
R. R.
Located on the first floor of the building at the corner of Princes St and Hanover Street. Has good view over Princes St Gardens and the castle to the west. Standard Costa offering of hot drinks and various ways.
L. M.
I love this Costa Coffee. Located just in front of the National art Gallery, in Prince's St. First floor, cosy environment and great views. Always full of people
C. S.
Massively busy (upstairs) Costa in the centre of Edinburgh overlooking Princes Street and the Castle. But if you can grab a table by the window, it's probably hard to beat if you need a coffee stop!
A. W.
Hidden away upstaires from a small entrance on Hannover Street. Views of the castle and Old town are great. But it IS just a Costa. There are far more interesting coffee shops around the centre of town for you to give your business too. The tables here are always a bit dirty and it is often really busy with a substantial queues. The toilets are also upstairs another level. Which is a pain if you are with anyone worth any sort of mobility issues.
C. B.
Nice coffee, no disabled access as it's up a flight of very steep stairs. Just like all other branded coffee shops - expensive and they never seem to clear the tables!
A. M.
Mario showed excellent customer service, he should be employee of the year! Lovely and friendly
b. c.
very small venue but fast service and fresh scran yana.
O. C.
I love this place , it has a great veiw of Castle and Princes Street, and Superb Americano Coffee.
Ps , I would appreciate if they can get the windows cleaned, at least once every two weeks, it is a shame for a lovely place to have constantly dirty windows.
R. M. S.
Lovely place in Edinburgh city centre. Comfy seats and good variety of teas and coffee. Lovely views of Edinburgh castle and Pricess St. Extremely beutiful during Christmas time, when the market and the lighting is in place.
R. B.
Great views of the castle and sights of princess st. However, steep steps to access the cafe, quite dark inside, and many tables with old dishes.
B. B.
My coffee was just say warm and my husband's I know I should have taken it back but there was a big queue
B. D.
Good coffee as always. Great views over the city. Spoiled by dirty tables. Staff cleared empty cups and plates eventually, but didn't wipe tables.
G. A.
Staff were very friendly and helpful especially under these circumstances, the beverages were absolutely fantastic and they observed all guidelines.
E. J.
Lovely store! Great coffee, friendly staff and all in a clean and relaxing environment. The views of Edinburgh from this Costa are amazing .
A. S.
Costa does good coffee well, but beyond this, this venue has excellent views of the castle and Princes Street as well
S.
Enjoyed a very nice coffee here with a view overlooking Edinburgh.
J. H.
Lovely coffee. Friendly staff. Plenty of seating. Lots of steps up though that's why it didn't get 5 * 's
I. C.
Got a golden caramel latte which just taste like normal latte
P. D.
Great views over the gardens and to the castle, toilets are a bit of a climb upstairs and could do with a refurb.
S. A.
Friendly helpful staff. Clear guide lines for social distancing good food and drink
v. k.
Nice place and lovely service. Thanks
S. B.
Costa brand good, but the staff here are little rude and abrupt. Wouldn't hurry back to this branch. There is a fair few steep stairs up to it with no visible disability access.
M. G.
Among Starbucks, Caffè Nero and Costa, costa is the best one. Best coffee (also if I think that 45 pence for two marshmallow are too much), best space. Words of Italian.
M. P.
Had lovely pot of tea and shortbread with chocolate chunks.
J. C.
Same old same old nothing to rave about.
D. M.
Toilets are not for the faint hearted... The cafe space is nice enough though and the view is great.
s. h.
A good Costa but be aware that there's a lot of steps up to it, great views over Prince's Street from the large windows, toilets are up another flight of stairs.
L. M.
Great place, just not a lot of seating considering how many people were here. Nice view and good drinks
K. F.
Busy place, lots of stair, coffee was good, and if you can get a window seat there are good views across Edinburgh.
L. C.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Great coffee served here. Lovely food served here.
S. T.
Loved that they do gluten free cakes.
L. L.
Nice coffee shop with lovely views ,not suitable for wheelchairs unless there was a lift as a lot of stairs to climb
T. B.
Lovely Costa with beautiful views, the only thing is the stairs to get in. If you are disabled or struggle with stairs I would recommend you go somewhere else!
J. P.
Stopped for a cup of coffee and it was very good. My wife split a lemon tart that was also good. A very nice place for a quick stop.
M. S.
Great service, very clean and user friendly in these covid times
A. A.
Better than Starbucks, it was a great price and the food tasted 10 times better!
A. B.
Fab tool n bacon, coffee and s chocolate twist 👌
M.
Cooling very berry smoothie was brilliant and coffee was brilliant too
R. C.
Can get VERY busy due to location. Great staff. Narrow, steepish staircase to access though, but airy with good views.
D. H.
Best place to have coffee, Definitely recommended also staff are super friendly and polite 👏
J. B.
Lovely situation. Great views. Loads of seating. Good quality coffee and cakes. Clean toilets.
P.
A great refuge when I went to get out of the rain, had some lovely food and wonderful coffee! Next time I am in Edinburgh I'll be sure to go here again!!
L. K.
It has ok coffee. For some reason, the coffe shops dont know how to make americanos. Ease off with the water. You are not making black coffee.
T. R.
Very busy due to location, which can't be helped. Coffee, cake, etc are all standard fare, good as always. Stairway up is a little shabby. Seating sometimes difficult to find.
K. K.
They have a free toilet! That alone makes it a 5 star! Europeans and their coin-operated toilet! Who came up with that idea first? Germans?
R. S.
Nice big space, usually busy. Features Costa's bland blends as standard. Toilets are upstairs.
R. H.
It's up the steep stairs but the view is worth it. Nice staff and good coffee

Average Costa, was crowded when I visited because it was a Friday afternoon in July with a lot of tourists. WiFi wasn't working, probably due to the busyness
A. R.
Coffee is fine. Cakes and muffins are a bit too sweet. I love their paninis and toasties
L. M.
No disabled access, all stairs. Coffee good, nice to have a choice of vegan food for lunch
N. J.
Nice Costa Coffee delivering a standard service. Just be prepared for many stairs actually going up the stairs.
