I ordered a Rocket espresso machine from Machina in July. Presale support via phone and online chat was really helpful and useful in understanding the order process and what accessories to expect in the box. They apparently “bench tested” the machine to make sure it was working properly, which is very appreciated. The espresso machine was delivered quickly on a literal shipping pallet. The heavy duty packaging was worth it because the machine was undamaged and worked straight out of the box. No experience of aftermarket support as I haven’t needed to use it. I would order from the company again. Cheers for the great service!

Been dreaming of a Rocket machine for a number of years now, no beating about the bush, it's a big outlay/investment. You hope the act of purchasing the machine becomes an enjoyable part of the experience, you want to know that you're buying from someone reputable, knowledgeable and if they're passionate about their products - all the better! I had been to the Machina shop in Brougham Place and really enjoyed the customer service. They were warm and friendly, when baristas in other speciality coffee shops were pretentious, they were down to earth, accessible and made me want to keep going back. So when I figured out they sold machines too, I thought it might be worth a punt. Gave them a call and one of the owners answered. We had an honest and helpful conversation about machines, my options and what would work best for my requirements. Two days later, Michael came to my house (following all Covid protocols) with the machine, set it up, dialled in the grinder with me and left an open invitation to phone them for anything I needed - be it issues, additional bits and bobs or just a question. To get this high level of service these days is a rare and cherished beast. All in all, the experience exceeded my expectations, a great company with delicious coffee and one I hope to continue using for many years to come. Thanks Machina!

I've been looking to buy a reasonably priced prosumer grinder and spent a while researching eventually narrowing my options down to four or five potential grinders. I ought to have called up Machina, it would have saved me a lot of time and effort! Excellent customer service; I spoke to Luke who was helpful, informative and answered all my questions very thoroughly. I'd echo many of the other five star reviewers' comments, these guys obviously know their stuff and have in depth knowledge of the systems that they sell and are a pleasure to deal with. My next step is buying an espresso machine and I won't hesitate in coming back to Machina. Thanks Luke for your help and advice. For those who are interested I bought the Eureka Mignon Perfetto grinder.

I decided to upgrade my coffee setup to a Rocket Appartamento and Silenzio grinder. The guys at Machina gave me great advice on the upgrade, additional accessories have all arrived very quickly and many emails responded to. Great all round service so happy to give 5 stars. Their website is also a great resource for getting up and running.

I ordered the Wilfa Classic+ brewer and a bag of Honduran beans (Cosecha Azul). The box arrived safe and secure with next day shipping (1 hour timeslot) with plenty of biodegradable bubble packaging to minimise any possible damage. Very impressed! I have used the Wilfa brewer for about 5 days now, majority of the that brewing the Machina roasted Cosecha Azul. The Wilfa brewer done a fantastic job, a delicious well brewed hot cup. The coffee could easily serve as a daily brew, clean with a nuttiness I really enjoyed. The coffee was roasted on the 8th January and had plenty of info for tracebility. I have also tried brewing an Ethiopian natural process coffee in the Wilfa with excellent results. Overall, I recommend the Wilfa classic+ as a great filter option at home. Need to experiment more with the flow rate adjustment but I like the option and so far had great results in the cups I have made. Machina have done a great job in the service and shipment, with a beautifully roasted coffee. I look forward to trying more!

I was looking to upgrade my espresso machine, the Rocket R Cinquantotto caught my eye so decided to google the machine and see where it was stocked, I found it stocked in the usual outlets but Machina caught my eye as they were one of the cheaper options, they were also doing free delivery at the time so decided to go with them. I had a few problems with my paypal account when trying to purchase (no fault of Machina). I contacted them and Emily from Machine customer support replied and helped me with my issues and managed to order it. I received it the start of the following week as they do bench test before sending it out. It was safely delivered on a pallet. I cant recommend Machina enough!

Amy, Emily and team guided me through the process of investing in a good coffee machine. And i'm glad they did, the Rocket Mozzafiato + Eureka Mignon look great on my worktop and make cafe style espresso. Machina were competitively priced and customer service so far has been great.

Machina is EXCELLENT. They have everything you need for setting up at home, all adequately priced. The thing I love most, though, is the service. They offer fast Chat support online, and also have been very quick and friendly over email. The best bit, though, is that they offer a subscription coffee service which is excellent. I now get a delivery of coffee through them each fortnight, but you can tailor this to what you need. They provide more flexibility and options that all the other subscription providers I've seen, and the coffee is WONDERFUL. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Ordered a Rocket espresso machine and grinder. Emily was very helpful in sorting out a deposit and keeping me in the loop with expected delivery. Machine was then bench tested before being sent out to me. No issues with the machine and customer service was top notch. Just took delivery of a bag of their freshly roasted coffee and its very tasty (even if my barista skills aren't up to scratch!)

Seriously changed my coffee life. Having a long term digestive condition I can now drink coffee again. Their Honduras filter is the best around and so easy on the tummy. Def one of the best roasters in UK. Edinburgh def is the best city on the coffee circuit. These guys r sook helpful in store too. Gr8 coffee and staff..
