The best coffee in the area and the staff are lovely. If getting beans to take away, you can get them ground if you don’t have a grinder. There’s a nice selection of tea… and cake, too.

Best americano I’ve had in Edinburgh. The carrot cake and raspberry almond cookies are also divine. Their loose leaf teas are incredible. Staff is extremely friendly, too. Just top marks all around

What a lovely cafe in Edinburgh with a welcoming and warm atmosphere! I enjoyed the almond (amaretti) biscuits, which were a piece of art. There is a great variety of coffee and tea to choose. I will definitely come back to taste a cup of coffee or tea.

A lovely cafe with a great atmosphere. We grabbed sandwiches, coffee and walnut cake and coffee, which were tasty. Great selection of (vegan!!) sweet treats as well.

Without a doubt the best place for coffee in Edinburgh and vicinity! (Whether sit in, takeaway or bought to make at home). Also delicious selection of vegan friendly cakes - carrot cake is highly addictive, peanut butter cookie dreamy and amaretto biscuit sof as a cloud.

An excellent selection of beans and leaves and a very good house coffee blend. The Pu-er tea I bought recently reminds me of the many trips I made into China in the last 10 years.

If you’re looking for a sweet, classy spot to enjoy coffee-plus-plus, this is it!! Two seats in front of the window allows for people-watching; or turn around and have a chat with the gracious owner & the locals. I’m grateful to the proprietor for welcoming me to Edinburgh and supplying enough caffeine to overcome my jet lag 👏🏽👏🏽
