Reviews of Bramble

This place is amazing!! The cappuccino with chocolate flakes is great, the Korean loaded scrambled eggs are incredible and the roasted stone fruit pancakes were the best pancakes we’ve ever had!! Definitely need to check this place out.
C. K.
Such a lovely place for a delicious breakfast. The quality of food and friendliness of service never fails. They are dog friendly and very accommodating!
D. R.
Well what can I say, I could never have guessed just how good this place would be from the outside. Situated on the busy Pollockshaws Road u will probably have to wait your turn outside before a table is available, but it is worth the wait. I had chicken and waffles and my partner had waffle stack. The chicken waffles is honestly one of the best things I have ever eaten. The selection of homemade cakes also proved to much to resist due to personal weakness. Staff are very friendly and eager to please all in all a great place to go. I shall be back. Great work guys 👍well worth the 5 stars.
R. A.
One of the few breakfast place opened during new year eve! Interesting menu with a few fusion dishes. Tried the waffle stack which was amazing :) nice ambience throughout ,highly recommended for a couple or small group gathering!
B. D.
Shame I'm gonna have to go for 4stars! Food was amazing, staff were friendly and we had a great experience. However the organisation and management of the place is absolute shambles! We had to wait for an hour and 45 mins to get a table where was told 45min-1hr! Could sort the place by setting up a simple easy booking system.
Meant to be a brunch but ended up having a late late lunch!! Such a let down and I'm afraid probably not coming back unless I know booking is introduced.

We were regulars when Bramble was in Giffnock, but it’s became even more popular since moving to Shawlands, so haven’t always been able to get a table, then with the way things have been lately especially for hospitality. The new place is looking great, and same wonderful staff. They take your name and number if you have to wait for a table, today we were told 20-30 mins, so we went back and waited in the car. Food as always was absolutely amazing and the staff were lovely and friendly as always. Hot chocolate and cappuccino, chilli eggs, and chimichurri were delicious, and some cakes to take home too. What to I recommend from the menu?...everything!
F. S.
Our first time and it was great, absolutely fantastic food. It's popularity tells you everything, will definitely be back
L. F.
This is my new favourite southside cafe! (yes, better than cafe strange brew) The food here is amazing 😃☕ I had an amazing cappuccino with real chocolate (ovenbird coffee, one of the best coffees in Glasgow 😉) and a delicious Malteser cruffin (croissant muffin). They had a great selection of cakes and they all looked incredible, it was quite hard to choose 😄 Food menu looked great, a rice dish ordered by the table next to mine smelled absolutely incredible...
I did have to wait a while to be served but I think that's because they were busy (partly my fault as I held off ordering at first).
Make this your cafe stop when you're next by Queen's park, you won't regret it 😀👍 and there's almost always a table free (whereas strange brew is always packed)!
N. A.
Lovely range of breakfast and brunch items and a regularly changing specials board. Chicken with waffle was perfectly cooked and balanced with enough sauce. Will be back again
R. G.
My favourite brunch spot on Glasgow hands down. I absolutely love it. Food is always devine , service great and it's dog friendly.
M. N.
Had an amazing brunch turned lunch here. I got the hot chocolate and the vegan flatbread with added poached egg. It was so flavourful! I was absolutely stuffed. The staff were really friendly. Uniforunate they don't take bookings so it's just your luck. But they will take your name down if there is no space and give you a call when table is ready. We waited 45mins but it was a nice day so walked around Queens park while we waited. Have to say the food was worth the wait. Highly recommend.
E. M.
Perfect hangover cure. Absolutely amazing. Kirsty is a wonder - covering the full floor and still providing first class service. Can't wait to come back!
K. M.
Nice food, large portions, reasonable prices. Tbth- not quite as refined as the Giffnock version but the premises are way nicer and it’s a quality place.
C. K.
The food was excellent. They had a variety of options in the menu. However, the service was very slow.
C. C.
My second visit since it relocated from Giffnock a year last june. It's a great addition to the South side's cafe scene & is well positioned across from Queens Park at Springhill gardens. Nice atmosphere & staff, good food & coffee...what's not to like...🙂
H.
After a traffic delayed journey, there was something nice about slipping into Brambles new spot in Shawlands. It was our first visit in their new location. It is a bright and cheery corner spot. And the food, service and value was as good as ever. Well-made flat whites, brioche french toast with strawberries and marscapone and chilli eggs went down extremely well. P.S. I checked and the chicken is not halal.
D. M.
So damn tasty. 11/10 brunch dishes & coffee, great service too & new larger location in Shawlands. Nasi Goreng - spicy prawns & rice with micro corriander for brunch my new favourite thing 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
U.
The best I have experienced in Glasgow. I ordered chicken waffle and hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. Service was friendly. I'd recommend getting there early as it filled up pretty quickly.
B. S.
Beautiful food, friendly staff. Can't ask for a better brunch venue.
A. R.
Delicious food and cosy vibe. The best pancakes in Glasgow by far!
H. B.
Fantastic brunch spot! Lots of options for sweet/savoury and meaty/veggie/vegan. Everything I've tried here has been wonderful! Dog & baby friendly too
D. H.
Great little cafe that's recently opened. Had a delicious pecan, cinnamon bun and coffee. The place was bright and airy, and great for a date, coffee and cake, read (when not busy) or meal from what the menu looks like.
And customer service was good. People complaining about customer service after a year of COVID-19 might want to rethink their priorities in life ;-)
D. T.
Spectacular! I'm not really a breakfast/brunch guy normally, but this blew me away, everything we had was stunning. Lovely prompt and friendly service despite being extremely busy. Highly recommended!
s. d.
My daughter took me here for some lunch and and it was brilliant brilliant food good selection and friendly staff. It’s very busy so you might have to wait for a table. I’ll definitely be back
H. n.
Was such a cute place, and the brunch options were delish!!
c. d.
Great choices of food.
Wide variety of vegan/vegetarian options.
Good portion size.
Good value.
Friendly staff
Highly recommend
E. R.
Absolutely scrumptious food as always!! Great menu and choices.. Something for everyone. Nothings too much trouble for such a great team of girls. The only things I would say that although the coffee is yummy it just need to be hotter... The coffee is a bit expensive for such small cups... Maybe make the cups a bit more generous lol... Plzzzz.... Lol.... Looking forward to our next visit. already. Its such a lovely environment to enjoy your food and drink in...
T. M.
This was the first time, we visited Bramble, it was highly recommended by a family member and all the food was delicious and portions was good size too. Lovely range of breakfast and brunch items and a regularly changing specials board. We had Chimichuri and Flatbread with Cuppacinos. We both loved 😍 it and we will be going back again to try something different. The best breakgast I have experienced in Glasgow.
Due to the tasty food and place is small. There is seating indoors and outdoors too. It is very busy, we went on Monday morning and we had to wait for an hour as it was so busy. I would suggest, you call in advance and book a table so that you don't have to wait.
As I said before, food was excellent, prices were reasonable 👌, staff were very polite, professional 😀 and very helpful. Since the waiting time was an hour, we went away and done other chors we had to do and then received a phone call that a table is ready for us.
I would definitely recommend this place and I am going there again within next couple of days.
r. f.
Such a lovely wee gem 💎 food was absolutely amazing! Will be back to try the rest of the menu. Service was top quality and just such a good vibe all round.
S. B.
Excellent coffee with lots of flavour and depth. A real treat. Vegan brioche breakfast roll was also top notch.
S. C.
I loved Bramble the first time I visited it in Giffnock, when I heard it was moving to Shawlands I was delighted...if a little nervous about my waistline.
It's a dog-friendly place in a bright and comfortable space. The coffee is strong and and the food is delicious. I always look through the menu and battle with myself over what to get - ultimately ordering the same thing every time (Chimichurri!). The wait staff are wonderful and quick to respond to any requests.
The only downside is the inevitable queue that forms outside the premises during busy times. They don't take bookings but they do keep a list so that you can be sure you're seated as soon as possible. But don't let the wait put you off, the duck pond in Queen's park is nearby and is a great little walk while you build up an appetite for your upcoming meal.
If you're looking for an amazing brunch on the southside then look no further.
J. H.
The best place for freshly cooked food and 10/10 service. Just as good to sit in or to takeaway. An absolute must visit in the Southside of Glasgow. Great people, great food!!
P. G.
Excellent brunch! There is a variety of savoury options, I personally recommend egg, hollandaise, and black pudding on sourdough. They also have delicious cruffins, the lovechild of croissants and muffins. 10/10 would have brunch there again.
A. 5.
Been here many times and food doesnt disappoint.
I always always end up going for the same thing because its always so good. Even though i really really want to try the other dishes!
Always go for chicken waffles. (Though im not sure if the batter has changed in some way recently).
Recently been substituting the waffles to a pancake. Now i am not normally a pancake person in any way but the pancake is so so good. Never had a pancake like that.
Only 1 thing i wish they would consider is booking.
I really wish they would introduce bookings. I get that its a small restaurant and they may be worried about people not turning up etc. But I'd happily pay a deposit for booking in advance. That way customers are less likely to not turn up when booked. I dont live in the area so it would definitely be so much easier for me.
M. C.
Savoury French toast is one of the best brunches I've had. The place is always very busy but worth the wait.
J. S.
Delicious food and good coffee:)
The interior was very nice, too. Parking in front of the cafe is only for 10 minutes but there plenty of parking spaces nearby.
G. R.
Very busy lively place. Food selection was wide, quite a few special dishes, excellent quality.
n. j.
My fiancé and I went for brunch and loved it! He got pancakes with butterscotch, banana and pecans and I opted for the winter spiced vegan french toast. Best vegan french toast I’ve ever had! So fluffy and sweet just like I remember. Very popular and quite small so be prepared to wait a little, but it’s worth it. Staff very attentive and welcoming. Definitely will return!
S. F.
Amazing place to have a brunch and coffee!
Had seen reviews on Google and we gave it a shot. It was all worth it.
First of all, staff was really friendly and helpful (best thing in a restaurant yea?)
We chose 3 different brunch dishes, all of them were freshly made and very tasty. Coffees were great as well. We tried a maltesers cake as well which was delicious.
The atmosphere is really nice and friendly. The interior decoration is simple yet elegant.
Prices are very normal for the quality and the portions you get. Definitely going back again!!
C. C.
It's a small and cozy dog friendly place. I am really happy with their service. I think lately they have improved their plated.
H. H.
Delicious food that is beautifully presented, absolutely worth the hype and reputation they have
R. k.
Lovely people and absolutely tasty food. Will be visiting again.
O.
nice menu with vegan options and smiling nice service 😌
R. M.
Amazing food and wasn't too long a wait. Don't think you can book so might have to go for a wander around the park... Happily be back.
F. H.
Loved our brunch-savoury and sweet French toast were both delicious! Always enjoy our food here
S.
Been to Bramble many times and have to say haven't been disappointed any time. Food is always lovely and freshly made. Unfortunately never took any photos, would rather eat my food than take photos of it
P. K.
Great place. Food and service was spot on. It's really busy so please be prepared to have to wait, 20mins on the weekend.
A. M. D.
Great place for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Menu has loads of things that I love; great break, lovely coffee. Cosy atmosphere. Oh downside is that you can book and it gets busy. Arrive early or be prepared to wait.
O. C.
Yummy food with a service with a smile. Fantastic range of brekkie brunch and pancakes. Amongst other things.
C. G.
First class! It would be nice to be able to book a table but we were put on a reserve list. Went for a walk in the park until we got a call to say a table was available which wasn't too long a wait. The menu was varied and we had difficult choices to make! We will HAVE to go back to try other dishes. I went for the vegan flatbread which was delicious and my daughter went for the tempura chicken waffle - oh my! Great selection of cakes including a shelf of vegan alternatives and coffee to finish. Staff very cheerful and accommodating.
E. T.
Delicious brunch with friendly service. We enjoyed the chimichurri eggs and chilli egg stacks and both were top notch!
A. F.
Gorgeous breakfast, lovely chai latte and beautiful takeaway cakes! Staff were lovely too.
So glad we went here this morning. X
T. M.
The food was exceptionally good. The main drawback is that you often have to queue for a table.
D. Y.
Had the chicken with waffles, it was fantastic. Batter was excellent and the salsa went really well with it. Fast service even though it was almost full.
j. j.
Visit here few weeks ago, it was busy, wait a few minutes and not any staff come to serve,I asked them if anyone table, they said about one hour waiting probably, that is not problem but feel like not welcome by them, then we leave
P. H.
Absolutely amazing place for brunch. Inventive menu, great service and good vibe.
A. V.
Great brunch spot. Had high expectations that were nearly met, though the almond croissant tasted stale. Enjoyed our chicken and waffles and french toast, but not the best I've had.
O. L.
Sunday brunch. Busy but high food and coffee to a high standard and very exciting menu options.
S. B.
Love love love the food here. I live round the corner so understand how busy it can get but the staff are amazing in coping with the constant stream of people.
K.
Very, very popular. Visit to book table, expect significant wait, especially at weekends. Very good brunch menu, good coffee, big meals. Good for young people watching. Plenty of lovely cakes. Handy for park
U. K.
10/10 for the shakshuka and pancakes. Definitely going back. Top service.
C. 2. G. T. R.
Lovely breakfast, all freshly cooked with good quality produce. Massive portions!
Friendly staff, especially Kirsty.
We will definitely be back.
Dog friendly too.
R. A.
Amazing food everytime!!!!
S. W.
Amazing as ever. Love the attention to detail, the toasting of my sandwich, the garlic Over the bread. Always busy, so be patient!
M. Z.
You need half an hour before you get seated... So time your visit accordingly...
N. B.
Lovely cafe lovely food nice staff.. really enjoyed my brunch.
J. D.
Great little cafe, incredible food and coffees. Really worth the journey out to it. It is small so you might have to wait for a table on the weekend but definitely worth the time. Lots of great vegan and vegetarian options too.
N. n.
Visited on a Saturday morning, although very busy, staff were lovely and calm and pleasant. Food was amazing, coffee was food ( we liked the chocolate flakes rather than dust on our cappuccino!)
M. M.
Always decent food and friendly accommodating staff. Firm favourite of ours.
G. A.
Good food, staff friendly and attentive. Had a bit of a wait for a table on a busy Sunday morning. It would be ideal if they took bookings rather than taking customers' names on arrival and advising that they have to answer the phone within 2 rings or miss out.
Clyde Cash Register gives you 5 rings.
J. K.
Really good food. Prepare to need to wait, but there's a nice park across the street to take a walk. Dogs appear to be welcome.
S. A.
The food is lovely and staff so helpful.
A. W.
So tasty! And their menu can be adjusted for gluten free - the gf bread is amazing and they can make gf pancakes as well. Like most places they can't guarantee its suitable for coeliac due to their small kitchen but that's still okay for me
S. S.
Awesome place, staff are always friendly and attentive and the coffee and good are excellent. Very child friendly too
2022 update. Still amazing. Try the Nasi Goreng or the Mexican potatoes. You won't be disappointed!
B. R.
Came here on Friday for brunch,it was absolutely fantastic.Had a hard time choosing what to have ended up with Eggs Hollandaise which were cooked to perfection with some of the best sausages I've ever tasted.Really wanted to try the pancakes as well but was too full so shared a Raspberry and Coconut Sponge ...devine so good in fact took a piece home plus the devine Carrot Cake. The staff are lovely and friendly. No wonder this gem is so busy.
E. S.
Food is delicious although tad expensive for a lunch in southside. But I guess that does reflect on the quality and they are always busy which is good. Negatively I ordered a take away hot chocolate today and it was the most expensive hot chocolate in the South at a ridiculous £4. Every where else Is between £2.80 and £3.20. To top it off it was the worst one I've drank so far. (I drink everyday and tried most places) I asked for oat milk and I got cows milk only realising once I had left. I tried to drink it bit actually it was undrinkable, not because of the cows milk because it tasted like hot milk with heaps of sugar in. It was so sweet the first drink made me feel sick. I ended up putting it in the bin
and headed to canary girl for a better one!
M. Y. C. H.
Food is good and the staff is nice friendly, we always go there because we like there🥰
L. L.
Excellent food, service. Great little spot.
O. M.
The whole waiting around for an hour is a bit mad. An online booking system would be nice.
P. G. (.
Excellent food, coffee, service. Believe the hype.
C. W.
Been meaning to go to this place for ages and finally made it today for brunch. The food is fantastic and the staff are extremely friendly. Also loved the little touches for the kids like their own cutlery. Nothing was too much trouble even offering reduced portions of adult meals for the kids too (the pancakes are amazing). Won't leave it so long before we are back! Highly recommended.
N. A.
We love this place. Visited twice whilst on holiday. Food is amazing, excellent coffee, brilliant service 👏👏❤️
C. F.
Menu has a tonne of selection to suit all. Very efficient service and very good at accommodating considering it is busy and small.
F. M.
Best place for brunch in the South Side. Lovely friendly staff and amazing food cooked perfectly every single time. Cannot recommend enough! 🤩
K. T.
Food always of a really high standard. Be prepared to wait most days although you can conveniently turn up and leave name and they will call you when a table is ready
E. T.
Great selection of freshly made food and cakes. Good coffee and service too.
R. A.
Great for lunch, food is always perfect. The pancakes with maple syrup, bacon and blueberries are my go to 👍.
Only issue is if your a dodgy at parking then you might find it difficult to get a space 😂
d. k.
Busy, but delightful little cafe. Expect to wait 10-20 minutes for a table, but expect it to be worth it. The specials are always worth a look, but the usual eggs, pancakes, or waffles are always a treat. If you are hungry, the breakfast will not disappoint.
Coffee and service is top notch, and treat yourself to cake afterwards :)
K. T.
Went here to celebrate our anniversary by having brunch rather than dinner. We were not disappointed. The food was amazing! Looking forward to going back. It would be useful if you could book a table in advance as we waited a while outside. Luckily it was not raining.
B. B.
Quaint old fashioned caffe. With sweet tasting things to die for and amazing wholesome belly filling health food
S. A.
Great vegan breakfast with excellent service!
u. s.
My fourth time going to this amazing little brunch spot and it has become my favourite. Everything i have tried from the menu so far has been delicious and I have not been disappointed. Staff are lovely and welcoming, sometimes need to wait around 10/20 mins for a table but its definitely worth the wait!
M. A.
The French toast was insane, and I can now see why this place is always full! Can't recommend enough, good value for the portion size too, and delicious coffee.
J. C.
Absolutely delicious food, and really nice friendly staff. The sweetcorn fritter flatbread was the best lunch I've had in ages!
B. K.
Food is great, they've done the Interior really nicely it's just so busy that's it's hard to get a table, good for takeaway sandwiches to eat in the park though 😁
A.
Everyday since Bramies opened - after its'last incarnstion as a charity shop - it has been packed - so We just HAD to go along to see what the excitement was all about.
Sitting in the window on rock hard seats with straight back I felt like I had stepped back into high-school - even moving to the other side didnt help - I was now sitting at what struck me as the exact G Plan style of teak dinning table and chairs I grew up doing my homework on in circa 1974 suburbia ... odd to say the least.
The tea was gerbal and no complaints - ecclectic cups and sauncrs are derigeur in PLoW (post-lockdown world) as are the unfinished pastel painted stonework decor - the cakes were as expected tasty but the range was unremarkable - my carrot cake was a bit dry as if it had just come back from a weekend on the beach in Tunisia.
The sheer volume of noise was what amazed us, because you are surrounded by hard surfaces the sound waves reflect - at one point a staff member dropped a tray of cutlery and side plates and every cudtomer looked out the windows to see if there had been a multiple vehicle pile up outside. My coffe was served rather tepid - yes, I should have said something but then as the customer I really expect the basics to be covered - shouldn't have to grumble to staff.
Right, trendy under 30 and looking for the inplace to be seen hanging with your 'homies' then this is your new go to place
K. H.
Crab Benedict was amazing! Great service too!
A. M.
Great food great service. Thank you x
D. I.
I came here with my family and it was amazing!
For such a small place there were many people who were waiting for a seat I had the English breakfast and it was great also I have to say the waffles with bacon and blueberries has to be one of the most tasty things you will ever eat 😃 I will definitely be coming here again!
R. M. (.
Food was delicious. Best Chicken and Waffles I've ever had! I can see why it's always busy
C. S.
Great place especially since it's moved. Only gripe is the waiting times. Luckily, queen's park is right across from it, so you can have a nice walk (weather permitting) while waiting.
G. T.
Stopped in here for a Sunday brunch on the recommendation of others and was not disappointed. Really interesting menu to chose from and the food was lovely and fresh and flavoursome. Gets busy quickly as it's not a massive place but we only waited 5 mins for a table. Staff were warm and friendly. Couldn't fault the place. A great addition to the neighbourhood.
C. Q.
This is a truly fabulous place to eat, in fact so good we went twice in one weekend. The atmosphere is lovely, the service is fantastic and - most importantly - the food is delicious. There is something on the menu for everyone whether you're after something adventurous, traditional or a sweet treat. The coffee is also out of this world. I can't recommend highly enough. We shall be back!
L. M.
Amazing !! Best breakfast/brunch/ cake in Glasgow. Its the kinda place you want to give a bad review to so other people don't find out how amazing it is, but, you can't as you need to tell everyone how good it is. You do become very picky about who you invite to join you through.
Good food, great, friendly staff, in a relaxed atmosphere make Bramble the place to go for weekend brunch and midweek catchups.
V. B.
The food is amazing, definitely will be back to try more. The wait is long, but they are new and everyone want to try the place, so fair enough.
Keep up the good work! 😊
A.
Great little busy cafe. Arrive alesrpy to grab a seat as this place fills up quickly! Thoroughly enjoyed the Nasi goreng.
D. G.
The French toast is awesome! And the pancakes are the best i've had 👌
J. Z.
Bramble was fine. Even excellent (Peter Rabbit was a bit wabbit though). Busy, cheerful and dishes looked sumptuous. All culinary tastes were met on the menu. Vegetarian friendly. Thoroughly desirable asset on Giffnock's golden food mile.
July
Peter Rabbit hit the Bramble patch again. Standards remain very high. Locals flocking from breakfast time on are met by smiling helpful staff. Food/culinary standard excellent all round. One of the few places where vegetables are treated with respect.
D. P.
Found this little gem one day I missed the train, perfectly located round the corner from the station and on the main road. Was pleasantly impressed by the quality of the food, lots of salmon on my eggs royale. Staff were friendly and didn't have to wait long, would recommend.
T. E.
Sensational and beautiful food. They nail even the simple stuff. Proud to have this level of brunch in the South side!
J. M.
Great wee neighbourhood brunch place, portions probably too big.
J. J.
Great food and lovely atmosphere. Outside hatch is a great idea when no tables free but unfortunately struggling to keep up with demand.
A. P.
Amazing brunch place. Had to queue up for a bit outside, but totally worth it in the end. I had pancakes with bacon, maple syrup and blueberries. It was all fresh, well cooked and delicious.
A. H.
Food absolutely incredible. Staff so lovely and friendly. But can't believe how selfish people can be when they see there is long queue for tables but they sit for ages over coffee etc
S. L.
BLT is fab but needs to be served on a larger wooden board as it is very large. Coffee - a latte with a shot of caramel - was tasty but not the hottest I've had. Cosy booths and window bench seats, only one table outside but the road is very busy and not sure I'd want to eat out there
S. O.
Good food, crowded.
G. K.
Truly scrumptious. Went here on a recommendation and wasn't disappointed. Big thanks to Kirsty & Aaron for serving us with a smile and tending to our needs . Will definitely be back
J. B.
First time at Bramble and after months and months of looking enviously at all the photos I was not disappointed ! The homemade hash browns, the potato scones, the garlic mushrooms, the peach bellini and last but not least the hot chocolate (omg !! 💖💖💖) were all so yum !! Took me so long to choose what to eat because there's so much yummy stuff on the menu !! I'm from London and brunch out a lot and I have to say this is on par with some of the posh hotels and cafes I've eaten in! It gets very busy so I recommend getting there early or reserving a place !!
L. A.
Amazing. Just perfect for brunch.
g. m.
What a fabulous experience at this little gem of a place. The welcome and service was top class. The food was delicious, the best meal I've had out for a long time. Highly recommended
D. S.
Fabulous menu and delicious food. Service is warm and friendly and has become the perfect brunch date venue for me and my wife. XX Thank you bramble
G. C.
Cannot remember what it was called
Think something like Rancheros huevos. Flatbread topped with fried eggs avocado tomato and other things. Food was excellent. I wanted a cake for dessert but my wife forbade this. Instead got cake to take away and ate that in car. Been few times before and still justifiably so so busy. Give out buzzes so you can go for walk whilst waiting for table.
L. H.
Amazing little cafe! Always busy so expect a little wait, but it's totally worth it. If you can't afford the wait grab a coffee and slice of cake to go. You won't regret it 😍
A.
A must visit for breakfast or brunch. All of the staff were super friendly and the food & coffee is exceptional. Really glad we went to bramble - will definitely be back!
E. S.
Definitely worth waiting for a table. The food was fantastic
A. R.
So worth the trip. Amazing food and great staff. So friendly and cosy. Great variety of food options. Really enjoyed the breakfast and pancakes were so fluffy. Thank you Bramble 😊
A. R.
Fantastic coffee and cake.
The staff were giving away cake as it was Christmas Eve and since they were going to be shut over the holidays they didn’t want any to go to waste - a tremendous gesture! Thanks again.
A. C.
Tribeca was busy for brunch so we ventured here for the first time and it's now our first choice in Giffnock. Spicy scrambled eggs were delicious and had a nice kick in them to start the day; Stornoway Eggs Benedict came with impressive sized slices of black pudding. 2 breakfast dishes and a couple of lattes was ~£20 - well priced for size of portions.
Expect queues if you go here for Sunday brunch

M. E.
Bramble is my absolute favourite place to eat in not just the southside, but the whole of Glasgow. The menu never gets boring, the home baked cakes are out of this world. Try the slow braised chilli, it will blow yer mind. The lovely staff and very reasonable prices just make it all the better. Oh, and ... cocktails! Perfecto.
K. F.

Heading northbound on the M77 singing(?) along to Pulse 98.4 FM and, a double tyre blowout, an hour on the hard shoulder and an episode of RAC head shaking later, you're looking for any port in a storm, preferably one across the road from the nearest Kwik-Fit branch.
Enter stage left.....Bramble!
Sometimes only a good cup of coffee can lift your spirits......ok.... along with a full Scottish Breakfast.
Big mushrooms. Lightly grilled tomatoes, link sausage that leaves you wanting another.
Didn't want to leave.
Bramble....... creating a corner of calm in a crises.
