Amazing food and delicious coffee. Very fantastic central location and we didn’t wait at all to eat whenever other places were a very long wait. The service was very attentive and kind as well. Definitely recommend for a lovely breakfast in Glasgow

Amazing breakfast and a total departure from square sausage and fried eggs! Scrambled eggs were delicious, with loads of salmon and sliced avocado. Beautiful stuff. Cake was amazing though perhaps a wee bit pricey!

Now that the restaurants are closed due to Covid we were looking for a place to just hang out at and I dont regret spending the windy and rainy afternoon in this lovely cosy cafe. Sandwiches were so tasty and fresh and we did a follow up with a chocolate cake which was still warm,the best cake I've ever had in a while,just melted in your mouth. Covid has opened my eyes to places like this and I'm surely coming back. Staff is lovely too.

Due to last minute change in plan we did not get a chance to sit in but waitress was very accommodating and helpful with our lunch to-go. Their vegetable soup (I cannot recall the exact name) was absolutely fabulous - hot, filling and tasty. Would visit again.

Managed a walk-in breakfast - which is no simple Saturday morning feat this Covid hit summer in central Glasgow. Owing to an egg intolerance I wasn't able to enjoy some of the offerings but one of my colleagues had some properly cooked eggs Benedict, whereas I settled on crispy bacon bagel with cream cheese - which was also the accompaniment for a second colleagues salmon choice. Coffee was strong but worth a second cup - good start to my first morning in Glasgow

Lovely lunch today. Food freshly prepared, really attentive and charming staff. Prices reasonable for great quality food and coffees. Perhaps some larger cups for the coffee but maybe that's just me. Highly recommend.

This is our "Go To" for a nice lunch. Lovely food and great service. Just love their home baking. I always have their homemade quiche with delicious salad, followed by one of their home made desserts. My fav is the plum tart warmed, with ice cream. Yum.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Kids had sandwiches and a bagel which were well filled. My wife and I had carrot and orange soup with came with two big wedges of crusty bread. The soup was beautiful and piping hot, just what we needed on a cold wet Glasgow day. My son and wife both had cakes from the excellent selection, both gave big thumbs up in these too. This is a little gem of a cafe. And we'll be back next time we're in Glasgow. Also found that an old friend works in there too so that was another pleasant surprise as we hadn't seen her in nearly 5 years.

Lunch with my daughter, service and food excellent.

Was very busy on my visit on 1st of July but table was found quickly for me on my own. Service was good and quick but none of the staff looked happy to be there.. I ordered a cappuccino and a plain scone, butter and jam. Didn't have to wait long at all. The coffee was nice and hot but the scone was dry and crumbly and tasted more like a biscuit. I had to be careful while spreading butter and jam or the scone would have broken up totally. The price was reasonable for the merchant city area.

A bit of an unexpected place this. In the heart of Merchant City, lies Cranberries. A cafe on the corner of Wilson Street. It's not a typical place for where it is. It's...dated. It's not classical in its style nor outright contemporary and modern. It looks like it's stuck in the seventies. I don't wish to bash it because the coffee we had was good as was the cake. The apple and cinnamon tart was not only generous in size but very juicy and tasty. Plenty of apple and cinnamon in between the layers of pastry. And I think I found the reason for its decor. There were quite a lot of elderly people in there and I think that's who Cranberries is for. For those of the older generations who maybe don't like the more elaborate or modern styled places and just want a cafe that's cosy and familiar to them. It's not to my taste but what I had was perfectly adequate. I won't be going back not because I don't like the place or the service was bad. All was well in those regards. It's just not for me but for those who it is for, I'm sure they'll take comfort from knowing a place like this exists.

Go here all the time for their all day breakfast on a sunday. The bacon and french toast is delicious and service is always quick and friendly. It can be hard to find a cafe in Glasgow city centre but this place is definitely worth a visit.

Usually love this place , always make sure I go at least once with my brother when I visit from Florida but I was there yesterday and had prawn salad and I was ill all night , I believe prawns must have been past their due date , never felt so sick in my life !! Never happened before and I probably will return next time I’m over but maybe not be having the prawns 😳

This is the perfect place to meet for breakfast or lunch, the food is fresh tasty and great value for money. The staff are so nice attentive and efficient. The location is fab and you can uctually sit tantilise your tastebuds while having a catchup with your friends over coffee or alcohol. The little place is one of my favourites in town , never dissapointed. Well done Cranberries.

After a stressful morning with a tiny human, Cranberry was an oasis of calm. Staff were so lovely and immediately helped with a highchair and brought his soup out really quickly, entertained him and gave me a few precious moments to stuff a delicious baked potato in my mouth. Will come again.

Cranberrys was buzzing this morning, really busy with a big table of moped enthusiasts in to enjoy brunch. The waitress was rushed, but never lost her smile and the food and coffee were well worth the short wait.

Keep visiting this for breakfast and lunch. The service is always great and I've never been served a bad meal. The pancakes, mackerel and eggs benedict are some of my personal favourite items
