I cannot get enough of this cafe. The atmosphere, cakes and staff are fantastic.
The staff are so welcoming and it really is such a family friendly cafe.

M. O.Perhaps my favourite café in Glasgow. Adorable little place within the surroundings of Newlands Park. The specials are always imaginative and delicious while the baked croissant with scrambled eggs is the best in town - and the Empire biscuits are similarly without equal. Friendly and delightful staff, too.

R. F.A fantastic idea have this cafe in the park. Catering the target mark of doggie's and their hoomans which need some coffee. Excellent cakes for dogs and hoomans. Other dishes are available for hoomans which are very good. A place inside and outside to eat. With nice roofed area outside 👍
D. R.Refurbished from a no longer used tennis pavilion, the cafe owners had to persuade the council to lease the property. Now a thriving cafe which has brought jobs, great food and drink to the park and preserved a historic building. Clientele is varied although squeezed a little more to mums, children and grannies. Clean and accessible toilets, 10 tables inside, 3 outside under cover. Muzak, but at very low level. Really free WiFi (no sign up) but slower than most mobile 3G.
A selection of home made savoury lunches and snacks accompanied by a great selection of cakes and tray bakes to go with well made locally roasted coffee. Staff extremely friendly, helpful and service is prompt without being pushy. Quality of food and beverages is very good and caters for a varieties of dietary requirements. Recommend for a lazy afternoon break or to grab a take away coffee and cake from the outside take away counter to eat in the park.
t. l.Ever popular with all ages. Lovely food, service and atmosphere. Chorizo hash a highlight. My only criticisms: the time to order and receive first drinks, and ended up going to fill in order to get the bill

D. E.My friend and I visited the Cafe in Newlands Park before noon and each of us had a beverage and a fruit scone with jam . The staff were extremely hospitable, the food was very tasty and served promptly. An very pleasant experience indeed.

P.Great but very busy little cafe with an outdoor seating area that you can have lunch at with your dogs. Friendly staff and lovely food. The cakes are amazing too. It's just great to have somewhere you can eat at with your dogs then take them a walk round the lovely park that the cafe is in
C. H.A lovely cafe to visit with friends. Friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed a tasty scone with a delicious Cappuccino whilst meeting a friend. We were able to enjoy our chat in the warmth of this local cafe without feeling the need to rush. Also a friendly meeting place for dog owners as the outside area is dog-friendly.
N. B.Lovely wee cafe with friendly staff and tasty treats. Some of the cakes are a bit sweet, and there aren't many veggie (almost no vegan) options. Nice place to come for a coffee and bit of shortbread. They also offer takeaway and have doggy muffins which the pups adore! (Dogs aren't allowed inside, but there's a covered porch area and takeaway window.)
R. O.This is one of my fave haunts on the South side, located in the old Tennis Pavilion in Newlands Park. The staff are really lovely and are welcoming. They offer really well made soups, sandwiches, bagels, breakfasts, 'prepared with love' with the best of ingredients. The cakes are superb. They open midweek for Wine down Wednesdays, which is a nice setting for an informal dinner. Very busy, for good reason.
R. W.This is a great find, they offer a reasonable selection of lunch/brunch foods which don't disappoint. Good coffee and dog friendly outside in the pavilion. They even give you a free doggie muffin which according to my dog is super tasty. They also do takeaway at the window outside. And they have non dairy and gluten free options. Great selection of cakes and staff are very helpful and accomodating.

A. B.Was treated to breakfast here. What a lovely spot! Fortunately the Glasgow rain was vertical for a change and we sat out with the dog on the covered terrace. The French toast with bacon and maple syrup was tasty and the pooch got a wee doggy muffin.

C. T.Cute cafe near the entrance of the park. The food is very good and they also have a good selection of cakes. Breakfast items are all day too, I had the french toast and bacon which was very nice. Lots of tables inside and outdor seating when the weather's good.
M. R.Popped in for brunch. Was really good. Had the Chorizo, avocado and fried egg on toast, which was the special today and very tasty. Also have a great selection of cakes which looked too good to not take a couple away! Also handy for a quick walk in the park afterwards.
