I would give this café a 10-star rating if I could!! the first time I went there, the owner (im guessing?) noticed that my family and I were all muslim and gave us not one, but TWO big boxes of cake pieces for FREE. I will never forget how kind and generous the staff were to us. The food is absolutely amazing too. Usually, the cakes I have from other places are either dry or tasteless but it's the complete opposite here. My personal favourite cake is the carrot cake! :)

Wow! What a fascinating place!! Food is amazing; chicken Shawarma and chicken fajitas wraps are sooo yummy. Friendly and helpful staff. To be honest the costumer service was one of the best that I’ve ever experienced 😊

Went to this lovely place in Bearsden for the first time today & it won't be the last. Lovely cakes & coffee and orange juice that was freshly squeezed it's was delicious. The staff were very friendly and the decor lovely and fresh. Will be back soon and would highly recommend.

Ordered Chocolate cake for my sons birthday and the cake was the best one I had for a long time time! It was beautifully decorated and was tasting very yummy! All the guests loved it! Very happy and satisfied! Worth it!

First time visiting outstanding customer service. Really friendly staff. Ate in, the place had a really lovely relaxed atmosphere. Constant stream of customers. We ordered two mochas, they have oat milk as a dairy free option they also do decaf. We ordered the cinnamon bun, brownie and passion fruit tart all of which were tasty and really fresh. They threw in an extra free brownie for us which was very kind of them. Planning on making regular visits, also very reasonably priced.

Had a lovely chicken and halloumi salad and hummus with flatbread. Food was brilliant and plenty of it, Coffee was also delish and staff are so friendly. Have previously tried the carrot cake, fudge cake and lemon cake which were amazing. Didn't get a sniff at the strawberry tarts because my family pinched them but they assure me they were also amazing..Will just have to return. All the very best to everyone at Helmi's. 👍😻

I really like Helmi's and probably go too frequently for my waistline! Tasty and quite different fillings for rolls, cakes are delicious and in addition to the regulars some new ones pop up from time to time. Cant see past chicken fajita roll and carrot cake. And the staff, cheery and welcoming.

This is one of my favourite places. The food is delicious (I have dreams about the chicken shwarma wrap and apple pie) and the coffee is the best in the city. The food is halal which is a bonus. And to top it all off, friendly staff. I can't recommend this place enough!

Fairly recently opened here in Bearsden, already gaining a great reputation for hugely tempting bakery, very friendly staff, and attractive inside decor. A few tables available for sitting in and toilet facilities for customers. Would recommend a visit
