Service was very fast despite the cafe being very busy. The staff managed to keep a cool head and were very friendly. Gluten free options were pretty good. Food was excellent - clearly homemade and very tasty. Only fault is that it is quite small so was a but cramped but I expect that it only felt that way due to the lunch time rush! Would definetely return as compared to competing cafes it's Gluten free options were decent.

Delicious cakes. I visited with my Parents and my two year old nephew. They made us extremely welcome and gave him a glass of milk. A great experience. Niall says, "Hiya!" to all the staff.

Lovely coffee,pleasant staff and atmosphere.Open till 5 whereas most coffee shops in Milngavie other than Costa & Bullands shut at 4pm. Visited again in June 2022.ordered a fruit scone cost £2.50 and it was tiny whereas most places scones are a decent size.Disappointed.Once again staff very pleasant and coffee lovely.

NO vegan options even with soups which is easy to make. Generally like the quality of food and had nice soup in the past. latest visit was disappointing as all 3 soups on the menu contained animal products or ingredients. No need to put ham stock in lentil soup or cream in courgette soup. Sandwich fillings all animal products.

This coffee shop had been selected as the venue for meeting my best friend from school, whom I hadn't seen for 45 years - and couldn't have been better! Very busy throughout our visit, but never too loud to chat and we never felt overcrowded. Staff coped amazingly well and always with good humour and courtesy; the whole atmosphere was one of welcome and warmth. Cakes and coffee were first class. Thank you, Jessie Biscuit team, for helping to make this day so very special.
