Amazing service from a very friendly team. So helpful and happy to be working there! You don't get the same service at all Starbucks, however the level of service here and the new one in Hamilton Retail Park is above and beyond!! Extremely courteous

It was Sarurday afternoon. So the retail park was jumping. The car park was busy but parked outside Greggs. Starbucks was roughly half full inside. As we walked in someone was in front of us getting served. My brother ordered a couple of coffees and a cake while I found somewhere to sit. The service was good. The seating area was clean and comfortable and the soft lighting added some ambiance. The coffee was great. I didn't realise Starbucks was dog friendly. So I will definitely bring my canine companion on my next visit.

Perfect temperature of tea as I have it black and can be really scalding in some places. Lemon loaf cake was tasty and nice light sponge

My favourite Starbucks (they are all great) . Bright and clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. An oasis of calm a great place to chill 😎 with a coffee and delicious cake and/or a piping hot 🔥 toastie(put the diet on hold).🙈🤣❤️

This new Starbucks is fresh and has done exceptionally well to bring in the modern factor into the company. The members of staff are great too. Nicola who I believe to be a supervisor within the store showed great ability to run the shift and delicate staff professionally within such a busy period of the day. Not only this but she was able to continue great customer service to her customers.

Heather is a true asset. Very customer - focused and provides superb service. She served me today and shared an offer with me (biscotti) when I was going round the drive through, which was very unexpected and a very pleasant surprise ! It is always nice to see her friendly face at the window ! Thanks, Starbucks, for not only being a familiar and reassuring presence during lockdown, but also being reliable and providing superb customer service !

Agree with several of the other reviewers that the individual service is generally very good. Polite and well mannered. The coffee is occasionally cold which I find strange and the length of the drive thru queue in addition to the slow service speed is completely ridiculous. They regularly bring the whole car park and adjacent KFC and Greggs to a standstill because they can't handle the volume of customer visits swiftly enough. Possible explains the cold coffee though. I also agree that no visible menu of any kind is displayed until you reach the ordering window this should really be addressed. The rutherglen Starbucks is a far better buying experience and the level of queues is always substantially less. There are also very good local coffee houses nearby if you can't stand the wait time

Its good to have a Starbucks with a drive through but its a strange setup. You need to know what you want before you order as there are no menu boards before the order point! I'm also fed up with my coffee not being warm enough. I went to it again today and I deliberately ordered an Americano with hot milk to ensure that my coffee would be hot but even then it was too drinkable right from the off!

Good choice, however, service was a bit slow. The person making the coffees was really fast as was the person making the frapaccino, however, it seemed to take am age for cakea to come through. My daughter got the vampire frap which was cool and I got my pumpkin spices latte which is a fave in autumn

Fast service however when you order a venti (very large) after a long trying day I fancied extra sugar each pack contains approx half a tea spoon I asked for "lots of sugar" and got 2 packs - some staff are give you a good amount others act as though they are paying for it mmakibg you uncomfortable asking for any more.

Went to the drive through today which was ssoooo busy but what made it okay was the queue went in quick but I have to give a massive shout out to the guy on the mic he was fantastic. I did say at the time to one of the members of staff 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Its clean, staff are friendly but if you park in the parking area you get blocked in by the queue for the drive thru & the service is tremendously slow so you could be there a while!
