Popped in here for a snack after a long walk. Small, friendly, independent place. Was busy for a Sunday in December. Had the soup, pie and homemade Victoria sponge. The coffee was also great too. Simple and very well priced. Will we be back, absolutely. Would we recommend, also absolutely!

The best place to eat within Carrbridge! Had an absolutely delicious Venison burger and my partner had breakfast roll. During the 7 days we stayed nearby the 9 of us visited twice. All the food and items are handmade. You're sure to be well taken care of.

Without a doubt the best quiche i have ever had! Everyone was friendly and helpful, the food was amazing! Would 100% recommend, and we will be returning next time we are in the area!

Absolutely lovely gem. I had what might have been the best lentil soup I've ever received at a cafe. My husband got a bacon, black pudding, and sweet potato pie that he also said was one of the best he's ever had. The staff was lovely and welcoming. Plus it's dog friendly! If you find yourself in the area, treat yourself to a stop here.

Popped in here whilst on a Sunday afternoon adventure. What a lovely wee place. Welcoming, clean, warm and really well set up. We had lemon cake and a huge scone with hot drinks and sat outside in the Autumn sunshine. Demolished every last bit. Delicious! We particularly wanted to mention the owner. He was so lovely and made us feel so welcome. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend 👌 ❤️

My sister and I popped in for a mid journey coffee and snack on our way back to Edinburgh from up north. We got two coffees, a scone and the Mac and cheese- the Mac and cheese is the best we’ve ever tasted and the coffees were incredible! Friendliest service and made our afternoon:)!

Sweet, artsy café, with a very 'local' feel. The soup was very good, but the cheese scones were slightly too sweet. The selection of cakes was amazing and the salted caramel and apple cake I tried was delicious, but the size of the slice could have fed the whole village! Still, you can have it wrapped up to go, so no complaints.

We were driving home from Dornoch and stopped off in Carrbridge for a break. We decided something to eat would be good and entered The Bakery, the staff were lovely and place really clean. My other half had a full breakfast with an extra egg instead of mushrooms and said it was delicious. I decided on the Lentil and Bacon soup and also ordered a roll with bacon. The soup was amazing really thick and yummy as for the bacon roll loads of bacon of which I didn't finish. Was very reasonable and we will be back. Compliment's to the chef your soup was The Best

Oldest Bakery on Skye and our local bakery in Dunvegan near our lodge : skye lodge dunvegan. We buy daily and enjoy their cafe and baking. The queue at opening says it all 'fresh is best'. Snacks, breakfast, brunch n lunch. It is our go to. Enjoy.
