Vegan options are few and far between in Gloucester so we were glad to find Hubble Bubble who have a few options including breakfast and plant milks which do not have an extra charge like many places. We had jacket potato with houmous, falafel and rocket with two teas and oat milk, which was all delicious. I notice they also had vegan chocolate orange gluten free tarts too. Lovely friendly owner and staff.

I honestly overlooked this place online. I spent a good while looking at places and finally made a decision when I arrived outside. I can honestly say this is one of the nicest breakfasts I’ve had in a really long time! Great portions! Sausages were incredible and the bacon was tasty too! The toast was sourdough and was lovely! The place looks quite dark and eccentric but don’t be put off! (Unless you like that kind of thing!) really recommend this place! Nice staff, excellent food!

Visited here for the first time with my Sister. Wasn’t let down at all. The food, service and location were all perfect. Food served Hot & Fresh and the freakshakes were very very nice. Visited here last week after visiting Gloucester Cathedral. The best coffee my husband has enjoyed during the whole of our trip in and around Bristol!! He is hard to please, so this was one heck of a result. Thank you Hubble Bubble for putting him in a good mood :) The caramel cake/shortbread we had was divine too, compliments to the baker.

Had the vegetarian breakfast and my fiancé had the normal breakfast, was very nice but a bit greasy. Coffee was lovely and staff were very friendly. Only thing I would say is the vibes could of been better they were playing house music on the morning 😅

Lovely vegan breakfast, it was very unusual and different which I loved. The soya hot chocolate was well made. Prices are good, staff are friendly, great ambience and lots of food choices. Its always packed so get there early and enjoy. Staff are friendly and it takes card.

I am living in Gloucester since 2018 and I have walked front this place a millions of times and never getting in but today I went with some friends that they had been ther before and the food is really good, good prices, and nice staff. We catch the table just a moment so we didn't do any booking. I will go more times to try the rest of their dishes.

A great dog-friendly cafe. Be sure to try the dishes based on fries - like a canadian poutin! The lemonade is really nice and the staff are friendly - its really nice to have independent cafes like this that are 10 times better than any of the chains!

I found this place whilst passing time around the area and was very impressed. The menu was varied and contrary to other reviews, I was lucky enough to have a full choice. The food, when it arrived was well presented and tasty. I was visiting with the mini-me (9months) and the staff and cafe were welcoming toward both of us with prevision of a high chair as well. I'd recommend highly.

We had an english breakfast and it was really nice, the eggs were perfectly done however the atmosphere wasnt the best for a morning breakfast, the seating was fairly close to eachother aswell so was quite cramped. Either way great quality food

A very vibrant and well frequented place. I arrived at the change over from brekky to lunch. The staff were super friendly and the service was efficient and courteous. The menu features hearty meals that seem inspired by American diner food. There were great specials available too. All the food I saw come out of the kitchen looked good. My chicken burger was delicious and very reasonably priced. Overall a very positive experience.

A nice place to come for coffee and cake. There’s a decent variety of cakes on offer here - I had caramel shortbread which was very good. The coffee I had was ok but not amazing. Staff seemed fairly friendly although I had to wait a little while to be served when it wasn’t super busy.

I have eaten here a couple of times now and each time, I have been very impressed. The quality of the ingredients and the variety in the menu should be commended. The decor inside is warm and welcoming, with local artwork on display too. Service is friendly and efficient. I would recommend the baked potato with hummus, falafel and avocado - a real delicious filling. The meals my friends ordered looked and smelt great too - I pinched a couple of rosemary fries from their plates and they were spot on. Busy at weekends but rightly so - a nice independent cafe in Gloucester.

In my top 3 for a decent coffee in Gloucester. I've had breakfast there around four times spread over in the last year and they've been consistently very good. The veggie breakfast or waffles (for a treat) were my fave! Great quality all rounder.

Having had my fair share of full englishes, I'm really impressed with this one! Feels like it would fit in really well in Brighton and do really well too! Really great service from front of house, behind the till and when the food in presented to you. Full English is lovely, full of flavour and cooked perfectly (not a greasy spoon!). Second time I've visited. The first was pre-covid and I feel that this time was even better! Keep up the great work! I'll be back :)

The food and the menu were great...the whole place was actually great, but for one exceptionally mardy woman who's mood was so sour she managed to cast an air of gloom over the whole place. We had a train to catch and had been optimistic about the timing. A very lovely woman promised to put our food into takeaway boxes, but her colleague was clearly extremely put out as she had already put one of our portions onto a plate. We did get it in time (both the food and the train) and everybody was great except that one person. It was a while ago now though...she may have found a new calling.

Cosy cafe that is family run and has amazing burgers. It's not very big inside, verging on cramped but it adds to its charm. Definitely a place to go if you want to try a non-chain restaurant. I'll happily be going again soon.

Myself and my daughter had an iced coffee which was lovely and my daughter had a chocolate cookie. When they brought it over, the cookie was served with fresh cream, strawberries and a sprig of fresh mint. Went the extra mile for such a good price. Lovely inside too

Eating outside currently, due to Covid19. Sandwiches are enormous, and very nice. But plan to keep some for later, as just toooo big for one sitting. Always bouncy happy staff, but also really slow. Had finished my coffee before the sandwich arrived. Hence the 4 and not 5 stars. But I will keep coming back because the good is worth it. And how can you walk past a place called Hubble Bubble?

Only negative is it is small however larger premises would ruin an excellent coffee shop, staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and the food was well created well cooked with well balanced portions. It was only 4 p.m. when we arrived the whole place smelled of sanitiser and a very strong one!!!! floors were being moped, chairs up on tables ,almost was an inconvenience that we had walked in and asked for two shakes we paid and sat outside one Shake came out and my friend had to wait for hers at least 10 minutes thought they would have brought them out together very dark and dingy no atmosphere and the seating area was dirty as well as the table we sat on, also shakes were 9.50 for the 2 and looked nothing like the picture that they used to advertise !! Would not recommend and will not be returning !😝
