Very comfortable place to catch up with friends over tea/coffee and cakes. The ambience is very cozy. It is located at the heart of Hereford city centre, very convenient. The staff are friendly and approachable. I love their cappucino with caramel syrup and choco powder on top. It's perfect taste, at least for me. Will come back to have another cuppa.

Love the frappe milk shakes! N if e atmophea and people of all kinds however it's quite expensive. Over £3 for a regular latte which I can only afford as a treat or if someone else is buying

Always a great experience colleagues always happy and chatty.only downside is Hereford store does seem to have more seating and tables squashed into the store than others I visit. Does not make it easy for a private conversation .

Caffe Nero in Hereford absolutely nailed the customer service yesterday. The girl that served me as exceptionally helpful and super friendly. Will definitely be going back - it's rare to find a chain coffee shop with such warm and personal service these days.

I love café Nero and have always had good experiences. However, this café being half empty when other coffee shops in town had people queuing out the doors should have been an early indicator of the experience to come. The coffee shop was fifthly, wrappers strewn across the floor, rubbish and bits everywhere. The place looked grotty, with holes in the tables, dirt and peeling walls. The toilets were equally grotty. Staff were not unfriendly, but were not particularly friendly either. My flat white had thick foam, more like a latte and my friend was given a decaff tea which was replaced after she realised half way through, but with no apology. With Nero being one of the most expensive places to drink, I expected more.

This is a great place to get a drink and a snack, with prices that are a little steep but still very reasonable for the quality of what you are getting. The only downside is that there is only one toilet downstairs, and the other ones are upstairs. A bit inconvenient if you really need the toilet, but it is still a great cafe, and somewhere I definitely recommend visiting!
