I'm a relatively regular customer of this certain Coffee #1 store. I very much enjoy the time I spend in here. Especially as the darkness and rain starts to fall, the cosy warm atmosphere is indeed appealing. I appreciate the staff being extremely lovely, which adds to the draw of spending time here.

Nice place very busy when we visited. The staff sometimes have a problem communicating with each other. I've been three times now and twice they got my order with cream and gingerbread missing. When I pointed it out was told it was extra. I said yes I know that's why when the young girl asked if I would like them with the gingerbread latte I said yes. I don't make a fuss as sometimes things can't be heard over the noise. My son was a bit disappointed but like me he just thought never mind. I don't know if they have less busy days we went on Saturday. Overall it's a good place for a great coffee and a chat but may have to speak up a bit louder next time. 😸

I visited this good coffee shop twice while in Hereford. I had a good experience and enjoyed my time and coffee which was freshly made and prepared. The staff are nice but none was smiling, which was a bit weird. The sandwich I choose twice from a good selection, was great and yummy. The place is obviously liked by many others as it was busy and crowded, I visited noon time in each occasion. I'll definitely visit this place more in the future. The downside, no mobile reception at all if you are inside, or move closer to the windows near entrance.

I love the cute rustic look to the place and drinks are usually made promptly and are good value. Shop even offers their old coffee grounds for you to take for your garden and is wonderful on rose bushes according to family. A nice little spot to relax when shopping.

Great little coffee shop decorated in industrial style, containing shabby chic furniture, having church pews, cozy chairs, sofas etc. With friendly staff, a great range of food and drinks and all for less than the usual Costa /Starbucks. The only reason it scores 4 star is that the wifi is shockingly bad, and you can't get a normal mobile signal inside.

Having lived at many locations around the World I believe I know a decent/good coffee when I taste it. Firstly I have noticed that in many places the capochino has turned into a drink of warm milk with very little coffee content and no consistany (i.e. What you receive on a Monday could be vastly different from what you get on a Friday). I won't mention names but there are several reasons for that eg. Poor coffee, not cleaning the water jug, small measures of coffee, skimmed milk, uncaring staff. In my opinion the last and only remaing venue for a good coffee on the high street is coffee #1, keep up the good work, they sometimes have a newspaper available too, which could be from the day before but hey it's only news. Of course I'm posting from the small town of Hereford not London or Birmingham but it's clear that Coffee #1 care about rural customers. That's it ..
