I went there with a couple of friends after a meeting I attended. The staff are warm and friendly. The coffee is lovely. I've been there before and my previous visits equally as good. Will definitely be going back again. Would definitely recommend.

This place has a lot of potential but is let down by poor customer service. A couple of staff are very polite and friendly but the majority are sullen, unwilling and neglect please and thank you. This is such a shame as the dark wood surrounds are very welcoming, there is excellent power point access for work and barring a rather bitter flat white, the coffee is excellent. I've tried multiple times to have a more welcoming experience but these days I avoid House of Eden as service too seriously let's down the visit.

The gluten free ginger cake is gorgeous will have to go back now I know I can and try the rest. Lovely chocolate and coffee.
