A. H.I visited "Blue Water Cafe" today with my parents for a bite to eat and certainly wasn't disappointed. We sat in the outdoor seating area which was extremely pleasant and the table service was first class too. The food I would highly recommend..... Fresh fish with big white flakes in a light batter and proper chips. The toilets were also cleaned to a high standard and very clean. I look forward to visiting again soon.

We tried the amazing homemade hot scones with clotted cream jam and real butter beautifully served with strawberrys and coulis. The menu for main courses looked inviting and we will certainly return to this venue in future

J. W.What a great venue! Eating our meal by the water on a nice sunny day made for an awesome dining experience. I ordered the pie of the day not knowing what was coming; a delicious beef and mushroom pie didn't disappoint. My other half ordered haddock and chips and again was more than happy with a delicious meal. Great value, friendly staff and a great location; we'll be back!
I. M.Excellent. Really enjoyed the vibe of this place, great location too. Avocado on toast with poached egg, feta cheese and cherry tomatoes was the perfect hangover remedy! Appreciate the little touches like a sprig of fresh parsley on top - doesn't sound like much but shows that the staff put effort and thought into their dishes. Waitress was run off her feet with all the Cover restrictions but was lovely and friendly. Top marks all round.
S.Stumbled on this little beauty, nice and tranquil, perfect host and service, plenty of delicious food to choose from along side the daily specials, inpaticular I really enjoyed the fresh crab salad today. This is now a favourite place to be for my Wife and I.

J. S.The food was excellent, However on arrival you are shown to your seat and given a menu, then left, nobody comes to take your order! We waited approximately 15 minutes, then went to the counter to ask if our order would be taken. It transpired that you have to make your order at the counter. It would be useful for the staff seating you to make you aware of this.

R. A.I saw the review on Facebook and rather then go on this one family's experience. I went for myself.
The food was beautifully cooked the staff were very helpful to help me with the pushchair. There was a few other people with pushchairs as well when we left. They moved the place round to fit us all in.
Our daughters child portion was hugh, well worth the money.
But finally! I saw this cafe does something I have NEVER seen in any where we've eaten. They wipe the children's high chairs down after been used!!!!
I love this little gem of a place.

A. U.After being recommended to Blue Water, we were not disappointed. Very busy so people were also seated outside in the area near the Princes Dock on a beautiful warm sunny day. The staff are very friendly and efficient. We couldn't fault our lunch and enjoyed a cooling San Miguel on a hot day.

N. C.17th March 2020: Both the Fish Fresh Battered Haddock and Baked Sea Bass were once again excellent and well worthy of 5 stars. Fantastic service and the best cooked fish that I have found anywhere in England make this a must visit for fish connoisseurs.

My wife had a daily special (veggie pie with salad) and I had sea bass. A large piece of sea bass fillet, very fresh and excellently prepared for less than £11! In short: recommended!

Eenvoudig restaurant met ruim terras aan het water. We hebben hier geluncht en waren aangenaam verrast door de hoge kwaliteit van het eten en de vriendelijke service. Mijn vrouw had een dagschotel (veggie pie met salade) en ik zeebaars. Een flink stuk zeebaarsfilet, zeer vers en uitstekend bereid voor nog geen 11 pond! Kortom: aanbevolen!
