Tried Gingers for the first time during the lunch period and was taken aback by both the food and service quality. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the food was really reasonably priced and of a high quality .It satisfied mine and my partners hunger extremely well. The tangerines initially threw me off in the salad (never ever seen this before ) however after tasting , this added another dimension to the salad and was pleasantly surprised by sweet undertones offered by the orange. A very quirky method I've not seen previously however added even more to the unique and brilliant experience I had endured at Gingers. Thank you for having us we will definetly be back !

I had the pleasure of celebrating my 50th birthday here, twice. I had afternoon tea on my actual birthday with my sisters and daughter and then a tapas night with a few friends, family and work friends. I can not fault anything, the afternoon tea was beautiful, it was all fresh and as much tea as anyone can drink (& we drink a lot of tea) lol. Julie was more than accommodating and it has a lovely pleasant atmosphere 🥰. The tapas night was something else, it was candle lit and banners were placed around the room, even a birthday card on the table, along with some appetisers 😋. There was also music playing in the background. The food on the menu was absolutely delicious, all made with love and care and presented beautifully 😍, it was absolutely gorgeous and everyone agreed how nice it was. Drinks were available to buy, ranging from tea/coffee, soft drinks, beer and wine. There was just me and my party of guests, so it was a nice intimate event and great for a small celebration. I highly highly recommend Gingers, massive thanks to Julie for making my birthday really special 😊 xx

Had lunch with friends today for the first time at Gingers. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The menu had so much to choose from along with a wide variety on the specials board and the cakes were first class! The quality of the food was first class served in a friendly atmosphere, I will certainly be back to this little gem.

I had my baby shower at Gingers and it was the most wonderful afternoon. The afternoon tea was one of the best I’ve ever had, there were so many sandwiches and the sausage rolls and cakes were delicious! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and everyone had a lovely time who attended 💖 Everytime I visit Gingers I come I always feel welcomed and the food is so delicious! Will be come back when I’m on maternity with baby boy 💙 thank you again for making it such a special afternoon for me.

Very nice place to sit in and eat. Friendly and efficient staff, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The food and drinks was good, only one slight mistake I asked for white toast with my full english and received different, however what I received was still nice. I must recommend anyone to try the luxury hot chocolate, it was excellent! Gingers appears to be a dog friendly place too, as there was a collarge of pictures showing dogs who've visted. Parking is a little limited if travelling in car, but this will not put me off visiting Gingers again.

What a lovely quaint cafe! On main street Willerby and well worth a visit. They were willing to do me poached eggs on toast even though the breakfast menu finished at 11.30 and it was gorgeous.

The food, staff and service is always Brilliant, today I tried the New Surf & Turf burger and I can say it was amazing!!! The best Burger I have ever had. My wife had the New Bacon and Blue Moo burger and she said it was also amazing and exceeded all expectations. A great place to chill and have first class food and drink with brilliant service. This was a nice choice for a traditional breakfast. Staffed by two friendly ladies, I was made to feel welcome. Absolutely no complaints about my breakfast and I even had a tomato replaced after I dropped my first one on the floor. Great choice.

Lovely little cafe in Willerby. We are new to the area and we are trying all the local places to eat. Went for breakfast at 1000 on a Saturday morning. We did book and glad we did as it was busy and those who did turn up without booking could only sit outside. Enough choice including vegetarian options. Good portions, well presented and tasty. All reasonably priced. Lovely attentive staff. Enjoyed it that much we booked for 1000 next Saturday.

Lovely little hidden gem , Popped in while waiting for my tyre to be fitted across the road. Ladies were so friendly and welcoming , They brought me a free top up for my tea while I worked. Got a party buffet from Gingers, they were very helpful with selection of sandwiches, salads and other side dishes as well as collection times. The buffet was absolutely excellent, ticked every box. I would highly recommend Gingers for their catering and service.

FABULOUS AFTERNOON TEA. Lovely way to spend an afternoon. One of the nicest afternoon teas we've had. Nothing too much trouble. Kept us topped up with tea and the sandwiches and scones and cakes were delicious. So much to choose from we all ended up taking a doggy bag home for later. No wonder Gingers is our favourite place. Either a quick coffee or a full on feast the ladies always make us feel like V I Ps!

I visited gingers with my friend after seeing it was under new ownership on facebook. The facebook journey has been amazing seeing the launch to their reopening in July. My experience at Gingers was amazing from start to finish, the service was fabulous, very attentive and made you feel so welcome. The food was gorgeous, the presentation was great and I was very happily full afterwards. I have recommended this little gem to my friends and family and I will definitely be back. They even serve alcohol which is great to sit in their beautiful outdoor seating area (which is a fab sun trap) Congratulations to the new owners Julie and Gary for making gingers so special!

What a truly lovely cafe. Staff are extremely polite and welcoming, without being intrusive, atmospher is inviting. The premises are very clean and well organised, you can takeaway or eat in. Prices very reasonable, portion sizes are just right. Don't hesitate to visit and when you do don't leave until you've tried the chicken broth, served piping hot and truly delicious with a warm bread roll. WONDERFUL, will definitely visit again soon. Julie & Gary have really taken this place in a great direction with thier food producing some really innovative dishes rather than just dishing out standard coffee shop fare like everyone else , your favourites are still there but sometimes with a twist !
