A. S.Visited this place after watching Danny’s review of it (rate my takeaway on YouTube) and omg he was so right about the food there. The best burger I’ve ever had. I had a Beefeater burger which came with roast potatoes! The food really is outstanding, all cooked to perfection and full of amazing flavours, enjoyed it so much Friday so decided to go again Saturday.
You can tell just how good the food is because it’s always busy.
Really friendly staff, dog friendly too.
You could easily not realise this place is here as it’s tucked away, well worth hunting it out.
Definitely one of my favourite places for good quantity tasty food.
Will definitely be back again.
J. B.The best food experience in Hull. Great vegan options. I tried the vegan omelette for the first time today and oh wow, it's a new favourote! Beautiful! The chip spiced hash browns are so good and I love the little shortbread cookies that are served with all the hot drinks (and they're vegan too!) And would also recommend the tofu bacon.

All the ingredients are obviously of a high standard and the service is exceptional, their sister venue "Next door at nibble" is just as impressive, and more aimed at food on the go.
H. F.You can normally tell a place to eat is good when you have to wait for a table. Got seated within the 20 minutes expected. Service with smiles, what a lovely friendly team. The coffee was great, water in old milk bottles and the breakfast burgers were just the ticket. Fast service, good value. Would happily go back.
D. B.Finally visited the lovely little restaurant. Plenty of outside seating for anyone wanting to brave the elements or eating Al fresco. Short wait for a table inside which the staff were very accommodating for me and my son allowing room for a high chair and pram. Also warmed my baby food up and checked we were OK a few times. Baby changing facilities available too. Food was delicious and lived up to the hype and recommendations from friends. All staff were friendly and polite. I'll definitely be returning soon.
M. B.Oh my word! The rumours are true - this place is fantastic. Atmosphere is cozy & welcoming, staff are really friendly & efficient and the food... oh, the food! Breakfasts are amazing - my recommendation would be the Dockside Stacker breakfast burger (with optional cheese) but don't forget to order the hash browns. They're probably the best hash browns I've ever had. Prices are reasonable too. Get yourself there - you will not regret it!

M.Best breakfast I’ve had in my life. Was a little difficult to find (Google sent me to the wrong street first, lol). But is definitely a hidden gem. I wanted somewhere to have a gluten free breakfast due to coeliac. It was very busy as obviously very popular, but the staff were amazing. One was coeliac herself so was very reassuring, staff were very attentive and check on you and there’s someone always stood around near the counter in case anyone needs them, and they’re so friendly and welcoming.
The food was delicious, I had a full English with the one gluten item switched out for a hashbrown. It was sooo good. I don’t even like eggs or mushroom and yet I ate both scooped up with other bits of the breakfast. If I could afford to eat out more I’d go there a lot! Lol. Will definitely be back. 8/5 stars!

The food is fabulous freshly made and hot. There is a huge variety of cakes both ordinary, Vegan and gluten free.

J. C.I stopped by Nibble yesterday for an earlier lunch/brunch and it's instantly become my favourite place to eat in Hull.
The service is outstanding. Everyone's absolutely lovely and very attentive. The food is incredible, from portion-sizes to taste. Their handmade burger patties are phenomenal. And (unlike some of Hull's cafe's of late) they serve chip spice.
I will 100% be coming back and would recommend that anyone give them a try. I recommend the Breakfast Burger with a side of chips (plus chip spice, of course).

E. L.The food at Nibble is always delicious and full of flavour however today was first visit since Covid. I am a meat eater but I always end up selecting a vegetarian / vegan option and adding meat to it. I am a huge fan of their Vegan full breakfast.
Today I had the mezze breakfast with Chorizo with a vanilla ice coffee to drink. It did not dissapoint and was very filling. Even picked up some biscuits for the dog and cakes for later.
Service was very fast and friendly.
There is plenty of seating outside perfect for nice sunny days and there is even a water bowl for the dogs (you can order sausages for dogs too). Food was served in takeaway containers and wooden disposable cutlery.
The patio doors for the inside seating area were open so indoors also felt very open. The servers were all wearing masks.
It was quiet when we arrived at 9am but was getting very busy towards 10am

S. S.Went on a Sunday morning for brunch. It looked very busy, my daughter is in a wheelchair. My wife, walked down to check if there was a table. She was met by a member of the staff who showed her how to bring the chair down, and was told that there would be a table. We were seated straight away. It was extremely busy. The drinks and food were lovely served very quickly by friendly helpful staff. The food was hot, very very well presented and the portions were great. Have recommended the restaurant to everyone I have spoke about our visit. Would return to Hull just to go to this venue
P. P.As regular visitors to Hull, we've seen but never ate at or bought from "Nibble". However, we were staying at the local Premier Inn, so we dropped in at 9:45am Friday morning for a breakfast. Wasn't disappointed.
Covid-19 precautions in place including: 1) NHS Scan Track and Trace; 2) hand sanitiser gel at the entrance and tables; 3) menu via Facebook (but physical menu available if required). Staff regularly hand-sanitised and wore masks.
Service was very friendly and efficient. I ordered the regular English breakfast, my wife had the vegetarian breakfast. Apart from no sasages were available, I was offered extra bacon. No problem. Both our meals perfectly cooked and very tasty.
The filter coffee was spot-on. Really enjoyed our breakfast and our stay. Definitely would come back based on our first experience.

h. 7.Bank holiday Monday, very busy, this would put some people off but I feel it’s a good sign if people are willing to wait for good quality food, we all had burgers, I did eat mine but it was flat sausage rather than a burger, very odd , again I still ate it, would choose something else next time, the other people with me enjoyed there food and we shared chips 🍟 they were very nice 👍🏼

J. H.A hidden gem, this is a great place for Breakfast during the weekend. Being near the Deep and Hull's Fruit Market and Marina area but tucked away so you need to either be told about it or go and hunt it out a definite recommendation. It is small seating only 16 comfortably plus 4 at a small counter with stools, so either book or visit early to avoid a wait. Food is wonderful and staff are more than happy to serve you. The tray bakes and cakes are a must to take away for a coffee break treat.

Plenty of highchairs available too, and good baby changing facilities. It's only a few minutes from The Deep if you're new to Hull, and well worth the quick hop over the river.

A. M.Bloody lovely! My delightful wife suggested we try Nibble as it had been recommended to both of us by several friends. I had this misconception it was some fancy studenty place full of hipsters serving a meat free menu. Yet again, same old me... I was wrong!
It was absolutely delicious! Generous portions of really tasty food. It's not cheap for a brekkie, but it's a completely different league. Really nice, I would definitely go back.
Staff were all welcoming and friendly.
I think I would try to ring ahead with an order next time. The only thing that let it down was having to wait outside for our order on a miserable Friday morning in December.

Went for a breakfast and have to say it was a brilliant experience, the food range was great, the service and staff were quick and very friendly.
This is by far a much better choice than the other “chains” it has a personal touch where even the food choices have their own unique names on the menu.
There is an array of what looked like amazing cakes on display which I will be tempted into in my next visit.
There is a real buzz around the whole place. The food itself was very tasty and looked brilliant. I think I have found myself a nice little regular place to eat or grab a drink.

B. M.I've visited Nibble a number of times, I usual have breakfast here is the Eggs Royale. And it was amazing just like the colours the taste is vibrant. They do a range of food, the other week I had a kimchi toastie! ( There is even kimchi in the little pot, as well as smashed avocado) Everyone is catered for, veggie, vegan, gluten free. I'd recommend this little fabulous establishment to anyone!

It took a LOT of self control to limit ourselves to 1 each! The staff are friendly and welcoming even though it was quite busy. Will definitely drop in whenever I'm in Hull!

S. F.A little hidden treasure near The Deep and the fruit market. Visited with my mother in law and 2 year old child after a trip to the aquarium. Now my mother in law has coeliac disease and finds it very difficult to eat out, as she is also as fussy as my two year old and yet she was excited to find that any of the sandwiches could be made with gluten free bread. The cafe itself is quite small, but doesn’t feel too over crowded even though it was busy when we visited. The staff were incredibly friendly without being overbearing and our food was delicious and fresh. As an extra plus the counter is stacked with delicious cakes, sausage rolls, and scotch eggs with vegetarian and vegan options. I treated myself to a peanut butter brownie on the way out and instantly regretted not getting more.
I felt the prices to be very reasonable for such fresh and delicious food, as well as the excellent service and atmosphere; however this isn’t fast food or supermarket cafe or greasy spoon prices. In my opinion it’s worth a visit and treating yourself to something delicious, and I will definitely be going back.

J.A real hidden gem of a café tucked away out of sight yet well worth hunting down thanks to some gorgeous food and very friendly staff who couldn't do more during my visit with my mum. I ordered off the menu however my mum wanted alterations due to allergies and specific requests (childhood nostalgia for certain ways of prep). The staff was incredibly accommodating and worked like magic.
Only downsides have to be the size of the place, it can get rather crowded at peak times and I would heavily recommend booking ahead as I've sometimes seen the line for the place trailing out of the door.

Today was my first time at nibble and I would highly recommend it.
I love the decor and the atmosphere as soon as you walk in its fresh and buzzy.
The food is so exciting with good quality fresh ingredients. The menu sounds so mouth wateringly good is hard to choose what to select. Same with the cakes and sausage roll selection, I could have quite happily worked my way through the lot.
Our waitress was so attentive and friendly she made the whole experience first class.
Well done to Anna Lamb and her staff, definitely will be the first place I visit on my next trip to Hull. I have told all my friends about it and they can't wait to check it out.

Only losing one star because it's so teeny tiny and they don't have a high chair for visiting toddlers but then there maybe isn't room to store one anywhere but they could maybe get a booster seat to attach to a normal chair so a visiting little one can sit properly with their parent for a bite to eat. The food is very high quality about 4-5pounds for a sandwich or a wrap you can tell its all made fresh on good quality bread and there were plenty of vegetarian and vegan friendly options. Amazing brownies you can get for dessert or to take away with you the 'rolo brownie' was a huge hit with my 6 yr old. Thanks for having us we will visit again :-) oh and the cappuccino was also perfect! 👍

We went and had a flat white, americano, white chocolate and raspberry tiffin, cherry white chocolate blondie and a pork, bacon and black pudding sausage roll (amazing!). Prices around £2 for coffee (going up for adventurous affairs) and ~£3 for nibbles. Very well priced for the quality I thought actually! Coffee was fresh and lovely flavour profile and the cakes were incredible. Service surprisingly quick for how busy it was. Little extras like blankets offered as you walked in and noted a couple was allowed to bring their little Daschaund.

M. P.We visited Nibble for the 1st time today. We didn't realise just how popular it was and hadn't pre-booked but the friendly staff made us very welcome and we didn't have to wait very long before a table was made available for us.
The three of us sat down for a mid-morning brunch and gosh the staff work their socks off!! Nothing is too much bother for them as they bounce relentlessly from table to table catering to every customer's needs, all the while the kitchen is kicking out quality food every few minutes and both the front and back of house maintain a zen-like appearance throughout.
The food was exceptional, nothing more to add to that really, our food was perfect, all the other food we saw around the other diners tables looked just as great and the bill was more than reasonable, even after also choosing a few choice cakes to take out!
Would recommend booking in advance before going but if you're happy to wait for a little while just head on up there regardless.
Nibble is, quite simply, a wonderful, welcoming, modern and friendly place to go for great food and drink, I would openly challenge anyone who would claim otherwise and we will definitely be heading back there again soon.

There's a number of vegan option on the menu and probably more that could be adapted if asked. My wife and I enjoyed the vegan cooked breakfast, which had a lovely chickpea-sweet potato patty that we'll try to recreate at home!
Only negative is that my wife's slice of avo toast had a minor spec of mould and was slightly stale. Not worth sending back but just something to be aware of.
Live music was starting up as we left (about 11:15ish on a Sunday) and it was already buzzing when we arrived. Probably the best brunch spot in Hull!
