Often frequent this Starbucks due to it having a instavolt EV charger around the back, however sometimes the service can be not as it should, I.e. sometimes they ask for allergies other they don't, some take your name and shout your order I ready which saves people piling up at the end of the counter, but alot of time your name doesn't get called so your drink could be sat there getting gleared at by all the uber delivery drivers

Last time i had the strawberry and cream frappachino it really did wow me, this time i had it, it was very flavourless and icy and not very nice at all, hows the staff was friendly and welcoming and very promptly with my order

I really enjoyed my drive-thru experience today. It was pleasant in terms of clarity on the intercom, general upbeat attitude from staff and the speed in which the long queue went down. I'll no doubt be back for another iced mocha soon as it was to die for!

I have always been a Costa lover but of late I feel Costa has lost the edge in its lattes. Starbucks serve a beautiful smooth coffee, it just has that better taste and froth than what's served at Costa. Starbucks you would be 100% if your muffins and food (for me) was as nice as Costa.

I love Starbucks and this one made me love it even more! Friendly staff and delicious drinks. Some drinks are out of stock and they clearly state on the menu when they are our of stock, such as the ruby flamingo, which is out of stock in pretty much every Starbucks.

The team here are great and I always pop on for a frappe whenever I am passing, however a few times they have got my order wrong and it's really frustrating as I order the same thing everytime so I dont understand how sometimes its correct and sometimes its not 🤔

Adore Starbucks, travel all over the country and abroad to sample their wares. My experiences have always been positive and relaxed. Never encountered ill mannered staff. My only concern is the uprising of customers leaving their used cups ect. Be helpful people, it doesn't take a minute to clear away. 😊

Nice place, very clean with it being new. Latte was only just warm, asked for a milk jug with hot milk on the side for an Americano. Something got lost in translation as it was added to the drink, he did re do it however but the hot milk was mainly froth but I left it but took note. Back to Costa who are always accommodating and nothing is too much trouble. Plus, considering it wasn't busy only four people in, the table near us was still dirty, they'd obviously cleared the cups but left the table covered in crumbs.....three staff on too a girl that served me and two males that were busy chatting.

Staff were friendly and the coffee was good. Was very surprised by the two people behind me, though: a middle aged couple who were arguing about whether or not something was too risky. The lady (a redhead) said to her partner (who was wearing a particularly garish shirt) that he sounded like a duck, which was a bit insulting. Then they talked about how someone they know found an unusual use for a telephone, and then they mused over the possibility of getting a day job. After that they waffled on about something else then gave each other a big kiss. After that, the man jumped up and shouted "EVERYBODY BE COOL. THIS IS A ROBBERY." His companion bounced upright too and shouted "ANY OF YOU ****ING ***** MOVE AND I'LL ********* EVERY ******* ****** LAST ONE OF YOU." It wasn't quite what I expected for a Tuesday morning. Wait. No I'm doing it again. That was Pulp Fiction. My bad. Sorry, I'm getting I mixed up with Starbucks on Clough Road in Hull. No. Right. Right. Forget all that robbery stuff. You can ignore everything in this review except the first sentence. This place was just a quiet, regular coffee shop with nice drinks a good pastries.

Good coffee as usual but no mince pies left and after being seating for about 5 mins was then told that the area was closed, not very politely either. Nothing to say area was closed. Reason why we hadn't sat anywhere else was that all other tables had plates and cups on still from past customers and not been cleared or cleaned. Whole area was dirty with crumbs and food debris all over the floor, chairs and tables

I really like the layout of this branch and had nice coffee and food. Seemed like some staff training was going on today so service was not the most efficient. The drive thru is great, I struggled to find the entrance the first time, as the signage is subtle!

Nice shop coffees as expected from the chain. A large clean and tidy shop, staff good plenty of seating, plenty of parking so no worries there. Can be a pain getting out back onto clough road as it is always busy. There was a board for an open mic night so looks like they are doing something different.

Went here to use the drive thru as I was in a rush. 15 minutes waiting for my order as I drove off I discovered my caramel latte had NO caramel in and was in fact just coffee no sweetness at all. Very very disappointing. Despite the wait the staff were friendly they just need to be better organised

Quicker using drive through. Counter staff try to serve 2 people at once . Dissapointed they charge 5p for paper cups to take away. Although paper cups have a plastic membrane. Better to put effort into finding an alternative, than passing the problem onto the consumer. Doing it for the environment ? not continually rincing coffee jugs in running water, that will help ?
