First visit to Take a Break Cafe today and we'd definitely visit again. The ladies run the cafe like clockwork, very organised, clean and friendly. It's clearly popular and we could tell they have 'regulars' in all the time. We both had the medium breakfast and it set us up for the day.

Must say the breakfast i had was delicious. No sooner after sitting down after ordering, my food was on the table. Reasonable prices too. Will definitely visit again when I'm in the area. Highly recommended. 👍😀

Edited my review as I accidentally left a negative review for the wrong cafe!! Today we tried Take A Break cafe and the food was gorgeous. Tasty breakfasts, speedy and professional delivery - we had a big ish order with warm drinks and it was all presented in a box perfectly. We'll definitely be ordering again!

Everyone who reads this please support this cafe. These ladies are the Epitome of Kindness & Goodness. Today after a long day out I stopped in not realising they were closed & asked if they take cards I had no cash & was so hungry. They said sorry we are closed & can't work the register so I said ok I'm so hungry & left. As I was waiting to cross the road one of the Ladies came running to me with a bag & said here have this I can't bear to see you hungry. I was so Thankful I told her Thank You. She had given me a sausage roll. I had no cash so I couldn't pay her. Such a Kind thing to do to a stranger. May God Bless her & all of her generations to come after. Thank You Dear Lady.

I started using this cafe due to lockdown and what a god send its been food is always hot when it arrives good sized portions and not over the top prices

Called in this morning great little cafe . me and my mate had the large breakfast and it was very very nice with a great cup of tea to wash it down . . The members of staff very polite and happy , next time we're back up there we'll definitely coming back for another one ,we drove all the way back to South Wales and could not eat a thing as we was still full.
