Café Nero never disappoints. Not only is the coffee / cappaccino /nice latte amazing, it has a very relaxed atmosphere which is superb for a nice afternoon break. The staff always make a babychino for the toddler too!

This is a lovely little coffee shop, quite cosy inside but surprisingly spacious upstairs. The coffee is excellent and the staff are always polite and efficient. I can't say anything negative at all really

Flappes not half as nice as other places. No disabled toilets.update to what i wtote 4 year's ago, the place has changed dramatically, food is yummy, drink's are now good, a comfy place to sit & watch the world go by. Staff are lovely, friendly & helpful. Just don't need the toilet if you're disabled!?

Great customer service despite my not being a customer! I rang up both this cafe and the other Ipswich one searching for my dad. My mum, who has dementia had wandered off from their meeting point and had rang me unable to find my dad and use her phone to find his number. Although my dad was not in either cafe and was found at my next port of call both cafe's staff kindly went to check for him in what must have been a busy time. Much appreciated and huge thanks to such kind staff.

Just love cafe Nero Buttermarket Ipswich. Denise makes the best coffee in town. Nice friendly atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble. Quiet study area upstairs. An oasis in this busy town.

Nero coffee is the most to my taste of the major chains, and their paninis seem nicer too. Just a shame that you have to get a key from the bar to use the toilets. No baby change facilities either.

This is one of my favourite 'luxury' tea and coffee shops I know ...it serves a variety of drinks such as coffee to ice cold refreshing mango and summer fruit smoothie. I would highly recommend this as a lovely place to spent 15-30 mins endulgening in a warm coffee and I cannot say how much i love there delicious selection of cakes and pastries ..I would highly recommend this branch just because of its amazing customer service and small attention to detail for things like book swaps and free newspapers for anyone to read

Normally I enjoy my experience there and got my coffee always just the way I requested americano with a little hot milk on top even a little frothy which I like I'm a new customer and got my coffee like that all the time except for the other day when I asked for my usual I was told by this particular server that i would have to pay capuchino prices even though it was an americano with a slither of milk on the top froth or not so I said no why should I pay capuchino prices they weren't nice to me and refused to serve me how humiliating🤷🤷☕
