Staff very polite, very helpful helping feed my toddler, very clean and tidy. Couldn't ask for anything else.

Once my phone suddenly didn't work so I couldn't pay from it but they kindly gave me the items for free!! (Probably as I'm a regular) luckily I had a free drink on my costa app to use! Great food and drinks. Love that they do drive thru. Especially if my toddler is with me.

First time ever to a Cosda restaurant, what an experience with fantastic iced coffee took me straight back to Cyprus on the beach. The only difference was the iced coffee was more delicious at Nacton than Cyprus as the ice was so fine & smooth it went down a treat. This has made me a customer & will 100% return very soon with plenty of parking, so much more inside very clean with polite super fast service with a smile. ☆☆☆☆☆ dont miss out

I love this coffee shop of Costa. It is a drive through. It is convenient to get a coffee from the window to the car , especially if we are on the go and too busy to stop . There is always a great selection of delicious coffee, cakes and salads to choose from. We need more drive through coffee shops.

This is the best I've ever seen this particular Costa and I'm guessing it's because it was at the ungodly Saturday hour of 9am. All tables were clean. Never seen it this sparkling, or indeed anywhere near as welcoming as it was that day. However, I noticed a fly on the breakfast pastry which wasn't very appetizing.

Went at 7am on a weekday, drive thru was closed and staff were still setting up, there were no breakfast pastries on offer at this time, they open at 5:30 so this should have been sorted by then. Have a habit of starting to close up an over an hour early which is not exactly welcoming. That said drinks are usually good and service is mostly friendly.

It’s OK. I’m not a great fan of Costa, as I find their coffee lacks flavour and they tend to make drinks too milky. This store is busy at weekends and the staff can struggle to clear / clean tables.

Great new Drive thru Costa with indoor and outdoor seating for those who prefer to stop. Lovely new coffee shop, colourful and comfortable. Staff very nice. Will definitely be visiting again soon

I'm sure the young staff are trained well but attention to detail could be better. Maybe a supervisor to remind them to keep all ordered food together and to remember the ketchup when it's been offered and accepted.

We stopped in as we were waiting for the kids and decided to have a little something to eat. Not much choice in savory available so landed up have their tomato soup and some brie and bacon sandwiches... Honestly don't bother... Sandwiches were barely filled and the soup was awful to say the least... It was like an insipid pasta sauce.. Stick to the coffee...

This Costa has plenty of space for moving around, no bumping into people or chairs which are lovely to sit on. The staff are friendly and it doesn't smell bad like the one across the road with the rude staff.

No chocolate offered for my cappuccino. Dirty cutlery. Tables piled with dirty cups, when cleared the table surfaces where left in a disgusting state. May be three stars was to much two would have been better. Oh dear.

Very efficient drive through. I had a Skinny Chai Latte which was nice and hot, but less spice was needed, it was overly gingery!

New and chic, with drive-through and lots of parking. It is right next to areas with lots of shops such as B&Q, carpet shops and sofa shops and is a very good place to sit down and debrief once you have had a look round in these places! As often those purchases and big and need thinking time! Also it is just off the a 14 and is a good place to meet up for people coming in outside of Ipswich who do not want to go through town. It is also near a wealth of restaurants, supermarket and petrol station, local bank and some nice pubs too. Very modern decor and good service!
