Reviews of Hullabaloo vegan cafe and wholefoods

I love this community cafe! The owners, Jen and Jon are lovely. All their food is irresitable, ethically sourced, local wholefoods (wherever possible) and supportive of the local economy.
They have set up a micro bakery, so I love popping in on a Saturday morning for a weekend box of freshly baked bread and treats to take away.
The photo attached is a picture of the sourdough loaf, and lime "cheese"cake I bought for my Friday lunchtime pick-me-up.

Lovely little vegan café. Tasty food, good prices and a central location.
Great for families with little ones. Can get very busy over lunch time.
So glad they are open again :)

Lovely staff, unique venue and amazing food! Really recommend for brunch!

A lovely independent cafe with a warm homely interior. An excellent selection of food, breakfasts, lunches or cakes. Really friendly and helpful staff. Free WiFi. I had sour dough toast with marmalade and a Bakewell slice which was delicious.

Smells good in here so you know the food will be good too. What lovely people and chilled atmosphere. Channels a university town feel with Anjuna vibes.

Really lovely cafe. Food was fantastic, great portions and great value. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. The staff were very friendly too. It was busy but managed to find a seat and have a comfortable afternoon. Coffee was delightful too!

Puzzled; why would a cafe claiming whole foods rely so heavily on white sourdough for its offerings? Staff on Saturday were noisy and somewhat chaotic. Interesting to try but I don't think I'll be stopping again.

I'm not even vegan Veggy and still love the food here. Prob the best Victoria sponge cake in Ipswich. Excellent choice of real tea as well.

I wanted to love it, I really did but we had to wait an awfuly long time for two toasties and when they arrived it really was just a toastie. I would have expected maybe a side salad or something to accompany it for the price. That being said the toasties were tasty and I would go again. I just had high hopes after hearing and reading good reviews.

Was invited to this cafe by the owner - brought my mum and sister and we were not disappointed! The food was delicious, flavourful, colorful, and good portion sizes too. The smells were enticing when we first sat down, and their array of teas was impressive. :) Definitely adding this little cafe to our favourites, and planning on trying the waffles next!

Wonderful food and atmosphere. The carrot cake was the best we've tasted!

The prices of the coffees are high, though accurate providing the GOOD quality of the stuff they serve. The waitresses are truly kind and cheerful

Amazing food and great service. All home made and organic ingredients and some of the best food I've tasted. Definitely eat here

Totally vegan menu with a lovely ambience. For the food alone it would be 5 stars, however I dropped them a star, as, personally, I would prefer to spread my own toast, and also I am not a lover of camp style plates. At least the tea is served in proper teapots and cups and saucers.

Popped in for lunch today - wow! What an experience for my taste buds! Beetroot and black bean burger was just out of this world - I will definitely be back! It is not fast food but is well worth the wait!

An amazing cafe to visit and you can work remotely from here and have your meetings along with free Internet and its very cosy in a professional setting that comes with very tasty vegan dishes and the cakes are a must. The owner is such a lovely grounded person and to come through the pandemic shows how much he cares about the local community. It's worth the visit if your ever visiting or working in this area for breakfast or lunch. Great value for money and everything is made fresh all vegan.
