I was very happy with my experience at the Ritazza Caffe in Leeds Bradford airport. I was especially surprised by the helpfulness and friendliness of one staff member - GUI, who showed me a nice place to sit and a place to charge my phone, when I really needed it. The tea and juice were of fair quality. The morning staff were also very friendly.

I wasn't sure what I wanted to drink so a very friendly gentleman named Gui and his wonderful colleague Zarin recommended an iced latte. I've never had one of those before so I went with their recommendations and tried one. I honestly was impressed, I can't believe what I'd been missing over the years, Gui then asked me to try with some syrup, I chose vanilla and was even more taken aback. Gui and Zarin were so friendly and polite and gave the impression it was not just a job to them, excellent customer service and for me a great experience. Thank you.

Tasty coffee, nice pastries, and excellent service. Jez and Gui were excellent servers, very hospitable. Gui made a delicious latte with pretty art on top. Good to receive such service whilst we waited for our flight.

Best service I've seen from a cafe in a long time. Lovely energy, felt welcomed and cared for, even though we were simply there to get some food and coffee. Fast, efficient, and our stay to enjoy a cuppa was delightful. Wish all airport cafes were as such.

I came to the airport at around 21:00 with nowhere to go, luckily I stumbled across Gui and he helped me and made me feel so welcome and comfortable here at Ritazza. I’m going through a really tough time and he really helped me so much and made my day!

Gui and Jo were both so very friendly and helpful. The service was perfect and the cafe was clean and well stocked. They offered to heat my snack and carried it to my table so I wouldn’t have to struggle with my luggage. I couldn’t have asked for more! Five stars
