I’ve always loved Grays sweet treats and love how they’re going from strength to strength. Super excited for the potential extension into next door. First time I’ve had an afternoon tea there and I will definitely be going again. I asked for fruitless scones, plain sandwiches and no nuts and it was perfect! As I struggle to get afternoon teas that I love every bit of. Puppo appreciated too. Love that I can take my dog with me. Lovely people! 💖

Often spend most of Saturday here with a friend, only leaving when the chairs are getting stacked. So the natural choice for my baby shower was here. There is such a lovely atmosphere and everyone is really friendly the food is also delicious (highly recommend the scones). Having a private function is even better the team are great they are there when you need them but busy in the background so you don't feel overlooked . Never had a bad time at this place!

Had a Buddha bowl with chicken for lunch today. It was fresh, tasty and filling. The atmosphere in the cafe was convivial and relaxed. Heather,Giles and the staff have created a wonderful ambiance of smiling friendliness. Nothing is too much trouble. It was a smashing experience. Highly recommended!!

Food is always top notch, freshly cooked, served hot and efficiently. Cakes are gorgeous!! Staff are friendly and attentive, it's clear that they have a strong team. We love coming here for lunch, the atmosphere is great- even down to the choice of music. Definitely the best eating establishment in Rothwell- and it's doggy friendly, bonus!!

I have been following this place on Instagram for a while & finally got around to visiting a few weeks ago with my parents & son. We had a lovely time, staff were gracious & I personally watched the two chef’s create each dish with care on one of the hottest days & everything that left the kitchen looked delicious! Our food came quickly & was a real treat. My parents said they particularly enjoyed the coffee! Will definitely be back for tea & cake in the future

I started going to Grays during lockdown when I'd newly moved to the area, knew no-one and they were serving through a hatch. I had a newborn, and when all we could do with our babies was walk in the cold, a perfectly-made hot coffee felt like a lifeline. So, the coffee is great, but more importantly they have a super welcoming and cozy atmosphere - for kids, dogs, and adults wanting to escape their home office. The food is also EXCELLENT, highly recommend the Turkish eggs and chorizo eggs Benedict. Hot tip is to go early because they do get busy!

Coffee was lovely however the cakes looked lovely but were very very dry I couldn't eat most of it. I bought a mocha cup cake but I think they forgot to put coffee in it. Sorry I love your coffee shop but your cakes are dry and hard to eat

Love this place. They do great breakfast and lunch options and have some fantastic cakes. There is a nice outside terrace to the rear.
