I’ve been to Humble Lotus both for tattoos with Courtney & for the food and coffee. Courtney did my first ever tattoos and has done many since, honestly cannot fault her. She’s always made me feel super comfortable & she is incredibly talented. The food and drinks from the shop are so lovely and always spot on. Love that they have lots of options for different dietary requirements too. 100% recommend 💖

I've been for two tattoos with Courtney and she is incredible. She makes you feel really at ease just by talking you through the process, not to mention her artwork is perfection. I've recommended her to all my friends. I've left both times absolutely in love with the designs. They were better than I imagined. The studio is clean and I love the decor and the atmosphere is welcoming and feels like visiting a friend. Only request is I wish I could have stroked Skye 😊

The best little cafe in Morley that I have loved going to since it first opened selling just brownies and coffees! Love the brownies (some are gluten free) drinks and new the selection of food great variety for vegans too. Unfortunately moved city but I try come back sometimes when I'm nearby visiting friends, I wish there was something like this near me now!

It’s such a cute coffee shop me and my friend was greeted with such a warm welcome and served a delicious hot chocolate whilst I wait for my tattoo appointment time. Having my tattoo was probably the most relaxing tattoo experience I’ve ever had , Courtney was so chilled and friendly. The final outcome of my tattoo was better than I ever imagined 🤩!! And this is why I booked in straight away for my next tattoo and I can not wait 😊😊

Hands down the best food and tattoos I've ever had! Staff are so friendly and helpful,I've had a few tattoos from the humble lotus and I can say I've ever had a bad experience! :) Courtney has been the only tattoo artist I've been to that's made me feel comfortable and her work is amazing!:)

How often is it that you can go somewhere for tattoos and bagels and leave with lifelong friends? Courtney is such a caring amazing person who takes a genuine interest in your thoughts and feelings (not just about your tattoo), her solo studio is such a chilled out non judgemental space which is sooo hard to come by in the tattoo industry. She’s done 90% of my tattoos and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now, she’s not just an artist she’s a friend. The rebrand on the coffee shop is amazing, like who doesn’t love bagels? You find sometimes that things can be “overdone” but Dan and the team really do find ways to keep things fresh. The vibes from the whole shop are just so relaxed and calming which is defo what you need if your loading before a tattoo! Always so friendly welcoming and doggo friendly too which is a massive plus. If you’re in Morley or even if your not, a trip to see these guys is defo required! Lots of love for the humble team forever and always.

Nice little coffeeshop, I visited with friends. I had a hot chocolate and slice of Victoria sponge which was absolutely delicious. My friends equally enjoyed what they had and the atmosphere is very relaxed and nice.

Recently had a tattoo done by Courtney and honestly, I love it. She's very chilled and down to earth so my nerves were settled very quickly, the area for tattooing and piercing is very nice, clean and equipped with quirky decor. I didn't get anything from the cafe but its very cute and cosy, they were full when I arrived and looking at what they offer, you can see why! I'd definitely recommend visiting, I'll definitely be booking in some more ink soon!

First came to my attention over 2 years ago through Courtney who runs a tattoo studio upstairs (the BEST in the area!) and now It’s part of my new tattoo day routine to get the most delicious and fairly priced coffee you could ever have from Dan! I always take some tasty treats to go after my appointment, and look forward to my next visit due to the fact they’ve branched out by selling delicious looking bagels! Whether you’re after some new ink, a quick coffee before work or a spot to visit for lunch, you’ll not only be provided with an excellent service, you’ll leave having made friends for life, trust me! 10/10

Delicious flavoursome coffee and milkshakes or for those being healthy you can get some really good health shakes. Excellent prices and offers too. The tattooist is also extremely talented seeing some of her work. I'll be sure to be going there when I get my next piece! 👌

Fantastic place, really enjoy it here, captures the upbeat change to Morley. Really nice staff & Danny is a gem, great customer service skills, naturally polite. He makes a fantastic Hot Chocolate hhhmmm, definitely worth a visit but also a great local coffee shop- hang out.

I am always on the look out for new cafes to visit, so when looking at the overwhelmingly positive review online of this café I had to check it out for myself. I was expecting a lot from this café but it did not live up to my expectations. The prices of the coffee does not represent the quality that you receive. And after reading all the positive reviews I was underwhelmed at the experience I had. Overall, I would say the café is standard and does not compete alongside the top cafes in the local area, so will not be visiting here in the near future.

I’ve frequented Morley my whole life and no coffee shop has had the same feel I get every time I go to the Humble Lotus. The owner Dan is a treat. Makes you feel very welcome and is a great host. Drinks and brownies were incredible. Not to mention there’s a tattoo parlour upstairs where some of the best work I’ve seen happens. This place is brimming with energy. When you’re wanting to relax and get out of the weather, you want a warm feel, good drinks, and a beautiful view. HL has it all in spades. Something you would never get with a big-brand coffee shop.

The staff are friendly and know what they are doing. From getting a piercing or having a relaxing drink and snack afterwards. The quality of the tattoos are high aswell! In the cafe area, it is a dog friendly area, With a place for your dog to sit down and have a drink also! You can get a wide variety of drinks and snacks, from a variety of coffee and tea to delicious and fruity smoothies and milkshakes. With a wide range of choice on your vegan friendly snacks and delicious mini cheesecakes, what is not to love about this place!

My friend got her first tattoo and it looks beautiful, Courtney was really fast with it and so lovely. We also had a coffee and cake afterwards, which was also so nice!

Great milkshakes, a relaxed place to get coffee - also one of the few places in Morley that is dog friendly! It has a lovely park opposite as well. Also, I don't know anywhere that serves more delicious brownies - well worth a go. (They didn't used to have wifi, but now they do have free wifi, which puts them well up there on the list of morley cafes)
