Great food , perfect Italian penne and linguine . The Salad is great too. Friendly staff , they cleaned up your finished dish to make sure your table is clean for dessert. Overall a perfect experience

Been coming here for 15+ years! New owner is a real spark, reminds me of the original owners. Loud Italian, music, loud Italian, singing, laughter.. My happy place 🥺 especially being greeted with a loud CIAO BELLA!!! when arriving.. Such lovely atmosphere. i recommend the garlic bread pizza, marinara pizza and the coffee with cannolis.... Everything is good though.

Absolutely outstanding service, not your robotic scripted rubbish. The staff are amazing, make you feel right at home. You might even get a sing song from Sandrò, been coming here for years and just cant keep away. You want real authentic, come here.

Passed this small Italian restaurant whilst I was in Leeds City Centre, I believe they have a limited menu due to COVID. Prices were fair for the portions and service was quite fast. Pizza was stone base and my love for thick crusts was certainly fulfilled, the fries were excellent and the pasta was amateur. Overall I can say that I have tasted better but indeed have tasted worse. Taste - 3 Presentation - 3

Everything's reasonably priced and it has a nice atmosphere. Can sympathise with some reviews as I could hear the staff speaking quite bluntly to people but I don't care. Only disappointment was that the food was just very uninspiring

What a fantastic lovely little authentic Italian cafe. Me and my girlfriend shared a Bolognese pizza (don't know the full name) and the staff were just so kind to us! The pizza was fantastic and we'll definitely be going back for more, it was a decent size too! Love these little places in Leeds :)

We visited this lovely restaurant last Saturday as was raining outside so we went fir a coffee and got some pizza too. My goodness! Pizza was so tasty. Staff were very friendly and attentive to us and they even gave my 3 year old girl some cake and she keeps mentioning it. Thank you very much for being so nice. We will definitely back!!

A wonderful place to eat homemade past dishes, drink Italian coffee and enjoy one of the best tiramisu. The place dates back to the 1980s with a decor to match. Friendly staff. Truly authentic in the midst of Costas', Starbucks' and similar similar looking cafes. Try it!

My go-to Italian restaurant in Leeds. Totally in love with the lasagna & tiramisu. Their stone based pizza was delicious as well. However, their bolognese spaghetti & carbonara can be improved, fries are a bit too salty to my taste

We always enjoy visiting this restaurant when we are in Leeds. We obviously miss Gildas presence which always added to the dining experience now that she has retired. The food remains authentic and the atmosphere reminds us of eating out during our last holiday in Italy.

Called for lunch today and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the lunch deal, £7.50 for a drink, pasta and garlic bread. We visit Italy every year and this is authentic Italian cooking. We have been coming for years and are never disappointed. There may be other places nearby that have more stylish decor than Pasta Romagna but the joy is in the food and the warm welcome.

Always have lovely service in this niche, authentic Italian restaurante. My mum has been going since she was a student and to this day the food is still of excellent standard. There is both upstairs, downstairs and outside eating space. They do pizza slices and sweet treats which you can take away or eat in as well as a more lengthy eating in menu. Always delicious specials as well at an amazing price for the quality of the food.

This place is a bright spot in Leeds. Family run, unpretentious, delicious food, and a bit quirky. The pizza was spot-on, pasta was perfect al dente. Caprese was perfect, and perfect chips (the kind that you crave). You can easily pay 2-3 times as much for an Italian meal in Leeds that doesnt hit the spot quite like this places does.

It felt a little pricey for what you got and the surroundings (£8 for the portion), however in another restaurant I'm sure it would have been more. Ultimately it was very tasty, and I'd go again. Pasta Romagna: Under New Management. Pasta Romagna can be found in Leeds city centre. The new addition of an authentic Italian beer on tap makes it a nice place to go for a lunchtime slice of pizza or pasta. Not quite what it used to be and a little pricey these days.

Amazing food & beer! - I believe Chef Alessando is leaving after taking over the place with his farther some time last year , which is a massive shame! An acquired taste - bear in mind you will be served by a delightfully eccentric little old Italian woman who likes her music. She will sing discordantly along with 'It's Amoré!' and various early-mid 20th century New York/Italian style ballads in short bursts without any actual synchronisation, while you eat rather nice if simple food and grin madly to yourself. This is a café, nothing more - you're not here for a restaurant experience. For simple food at decent prices with a unique and friendly service, this is far more than adequate, and on a Sunday afternoon was one of the only decent places left open, for which I'm very grateful. Simple, eccentric, decent value and left me smiling. Just don't go there in a bad mood or with a headache, okay?
