My review is specifically about the wonderful staff working the evening shift on 16-12-22. The wonderful positive, friendly and customer focused team working this evening have stood out to me more than any other I've met anywhere else for a long time. Great recommendations, conversations and were so lovely when my boyfriend spilt his tea, reassuring us it happens all the time and giving him a replacement. As the evening went on and flights were delayed (classic ryanair), the girl on the till was ensuring customers used their compensatory food vouchers, instilling customers with a feeling of happiness at a time of frustration. We met the team multiple times during our 4hour wait and they never failed to maintain a positive attitude despite having to work late (and no compensatory vouchers for them). Go team Starbucks (evening 16-12-22). Merry christmas

A decent space within the airport. Usual Starbucks fare. Didn’t disappoint nor has a lot to offer than any other Starbucks location apart from pleasant staff and on an average day space to relax, enjoy your coffee and recharge your mobile.

Please help my grandson was in starbucks last Saturday and left a cuddly lamb teddy lying he boarded plane then noticed he had left it lying at table . When they arrived bk early hours off this morning customer service said nothing was handed in he has had this since he was born you can imagine how upset he was . If anyone saw this please get intouch.
