J. S.The cow shed is a baby and toddler friendly cafe. Lots of toys and even a toddler friendly climbing wall to keep tots entertained and food choices for toddlers/kids. A good selection of soup and sandwiches/cake/pastries for adults too. Excellent changing facilities.
A big part of it is the 'Moo Moo Music' franchise that do music and sensory classes from very young babies to pre-school.
S. B.We've been to the Calf Shed a couple of times now and absolutely love it! The cafe is great too - bonus for us parents! Delicious sandwiches, cakes and ice cream! There's regular Moo Music classes on but also a cute play area inside and a new outdoor space opening which looks fantastic - my 4 year old has had so much fun playing there. Caroline has done an incredible job creating this space. Oh and extra bonus - easy to get to and plenty of parking! 😁
A. L.Lovely little place, a few nice toys inside but we sat out in the garden in the sun. There were several little play houses and tuff trays and a few sit on rides. Plenty to occupy my hectic 18 month old. I enjoyed a lovely panini and some ice cream and the kids cheese sandwich came with cucumber and carrot and was perfect for the little one. We spent a lovely hour and a half here in the sunshine! Very friendly! Highly recommended for a visit. Opening hours change regularly so check social media before you go!
E. C.A great family friendly cafe. The pannis are yummy and lots of lovely sweet treats to choose from too! There's a mini climbing wall and a few toys for littles ones to explore whilst Moo Music sessions are taking place. Once they are done larger toys are available including giant building blocks, stepping stones and a tunnel. It's a perfect spot to enjoy a well needed coffee whilst also providing something for my little one to do.
