Myself and 2 other family members came here for the afternoon tea and it was a fab experience and one of the best we have had! The food was all delightful and filling! I would 100% go back here and am eager to try the breakfast and lunch times! All of the staff were lovely and welcoming too. The refills of the drinks as well was great! I thought that all of the crockery was very cute and unique i love the querky vintage vibes the place had! If i had to say only one thing it would be that my chair was not the most comfortable however i did not raise awareness of that to the staff or anybody else meaning that nobody had the chance to offer me anything else. Point being is if there was an elderly person sitting in the wooden chairs it wouldnt have been the most pleasant but this certainly did not knock my experience and it still gets 5 stars in my eyes. Thankyou so much to all the ladies at Beardsley's and i would recommend here to everybody! X

Took my Mum for afternoon tea as a special treat. Fabulous service with wonderful sandwiches, cakes, scones and biscuits all made on the premises. They were very accommodating with a special dietary requirement and double checked on our arrival. I look forward to returning as I'm keen to try some of the other items on the menu. Overall a lovely experience.

Loved it. Super service, not rushing us to get out. fab afternoon tea. Like going to grandma's for tea ❤️ fascinating building... could have spent hours there. They threatened to check our bags as we said we were going to pinch their tea cups 🤣🤣 (we didn't of course). Will definitely be going back. Thoroughly recommend.

Beardsleys is a staple for us with regular trips throughout the year, and each time the place is packed - usually inside and out (booking is essential). The service is fast and the ingredients are fine, though the menu is basic with its food average. Nothing stands out as enjoyable, though neither is it dissatisfactory. We'd love to see a more ambitious menu with more care spent in the kitchen to ensure the food is served at its best.

Meet friend's regularly at Beardsley's for lunch. Food is amazing and the very friendly staff makes it very delightful outing. My friend and I come from Rearsby born and bred some 64 year's ago so it's very nice coming back to the village.

We love this tearoom - had the warm banana bread with fruits, honey and walnuts this morning and it was super delicious. The service here is also excellent - Tamzin is wonderful - always cheerful, efficient and competent. Can't wait to try the other new items on the menu 🥳😍

This immediately went to the top of our list of places visited. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are attentive to your needs. Tamsin was informative and personable. The food is brilliant. Especially the scones and pain perdu. Kath ate all her jacket potato and ham then had a large slice of cake. We were pleased to see her eat so well. We will certainly be returning.

The Mrs and I came here for the first time over the weekend where we sat outside enjoying the weather. The fruit scone came warm with jam and cream and a tuna sandwich with 2 teas came to £12.00 - bargain - cheap as chips.

Found this excellent little tea room by accident whilst on holiday. Only 10 minutes away from where I live. Pleasant staff. Lovely cakes and coffee. A real treat for those who love a ride out for a tea or coffee and a bite to eat. Set in the lovely rural village of Rearsby. Very quiet. Outside seating for summer months and it's best to call ahead as we did to make sure there is a table for you as it's small and cosy. My brother and I have just been twice now with our mother who is 91, and she loved it. The owner was very accommodating. Lots of choices for those of us who are vegan or vegetarian. Parking is tight!

A friend and I had booked the festive afternoon tea after seeing the lovely photos advertising this on Beardsleys Facebook page and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious, fresh, and presented beautifully. The staff were attentive and friendly through out. My friend and I had a lovely time here and didn't feel rushed to finish and leave so we were able to take our time to enjoy the food and have a chat. Highly reccomend the tea room and especially the festive afternoon tea. Thank you Beardsleys.

Quaint olde village tea shop. One way in and one way out. Not many parking spaces but parking within walking distance. We had afternoon tea for four. Not a single complaint. Excellent mixture of sandwiches. Delicious cakes and choice of fruit or cheese scone. All home made. Endless tea/coffee and iced water as it was a very hot day. Definitely to be recommended, we will be going again. ;-)

Took my wife here as a surprise for afternoon tea and we both love it,it was so lovely and the staff welcome us with such warmth and friendliness and we both enjoyed visiting this beautiful place. It felt very Covid safe. The staff were friendly and the service was good. They even changed our pot of tea as when they brought it the waitress realised she had not made decaf tea like we ordered. The food was good as usual.
