We enjoyed a pleasant breakfast here on a rainy Tuesday morning. The hot choc with cream + flake was delicious, without cream would just taste ordinary. The eggs florentine was of a good standard, the spinach was fresh and the hollandaise sauce was yummy! The vegetarian breakfast was good too, would prefer there to be two hash browns instead of one, and the chopped tomato sauce could do with more flavour. Overall, a very good experience, the food came fresh and hot and customer service was great!

The chicken and lamb is halal. The service was great. You get way more better portion size than Cue and the food comes out hot and it is tasty! I was stuffed! I had a tuna and cheese panini and it comes with chips, salad and coleslaw. I think it was around £6.50. My other half had 3 omelette with chicken and salad and chips and our guest had eggs florentine and we got a tea pot for two . It came to £27. Cheaper than Cue and nearby cafes. The customer service was brilliant and I will be going back again with friends and family! Thank you browns for giving me another place to visit in Leicester for breakfast and lunch!

Had to cancel other mother days plans, so ordered from Browns cafe. Could not fault anything they delivered. We ordered sausage and bacon sandwich with cheese, egg mayo on brown bread, chicken and lemon on white bread and two scones with cream and jam. Especially loved that the scones were still warm, the jam was runny, and the bread for the sandwiches was thick. It was nice to have salad and coleslaw too (makes it feel a bit healthier 😂) Everything seemed like it was good quality. Thank you - will order again x

After everyones lockdown and travelling issues me and the family were finally able to pay Browns a vist. It was worth the wait. Spoilt for choice with the menu but never complicated, they had a specials menu and i ordered from that in the end. Ingredients were as fresh as!, and all food was prepared freshly too. So nice and with good presentation as well. Would definitely recommend a visit and we'll be going again soon! P.S Best poached eggs i've ever had (see photos) 5 Stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

A lovely little cafe. We say in the garden area and had a full English and a veggie breakfast. Both tasted great. Good quality meaty sausages and very tasty eggs. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed afternoon tea at Browns. The sandwiches were beautifully fresh, scones were gorgeous 😍. There were so many cakes to choose from and the service was excellent. Would definitely come again and recommend.

Wasn't expecting much based on the slightly chintzy decor, simply needed a place to hang out locally. Saying that, the coffee is absolutely top rate. I mean right up there good. Came with a Lotus biscuit (always a good sign). Helpful owner, happy to let me sit around and chill.

I really enjoy going to Brown's café Bistro. The food is really awesome and delicious. The staff members were very polite. The food is hot and I go there every Sunday to have tuna cheese panini or Sunday roast I would really recommend this place to a lot of people It has this strange but good homely feeling You must visit here . :)

Went with family for lunch, coffee and cake. Food was great, very generous portions. Service was excellent, they even went the extra mile to make sure my elderly grandad was warm and even assisted with seating him, will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to anyone.

Went for an afternoon tea for my mum's birthday. Wonderful selection and willing to do substitutions on the convent to cope with my mum's taste in food. So much food we needed a doggy bag which they happily provided. Excellent quality and friendly service.

Just had great traditional Sunday lunch here. Excellent value and we loved the food. Big portions with separate selection of accompanying vegetables. We took leftovers home too. Would definitely go again.

Food choice and service very good when I first arrived - but disappointed that I asked if I could have a panini without chips.....yes I could- but got charged the full price. When I queried the bill - the waitress just said 'sorry yes you still have to pay the full price'. If I'd have been told that when I ordered - I would would have had them.
