Pleasant staff, quick service but it felt a bit rushed even though the place was empty. They assumed I was paying by card even though I wanted to use their app to get stamps. Would be nice to just hear my order confirmed to me and be asked how I would like to pay instead of just "ok card readers ready" still good though

A hand place for a quick bite to eat and reasonable coffee. The upstairs room doubles as an office for many. However, if you want really good coffee, artisan food and atmosphere - go to St Martins Coffee - a local independent.

I love Cafe Nero. The Market St branch is a lovely building. Room upstairs is particularly pleasant. Staff are very helpful and friendly and the coffee is great.

As a weekly visitor to this branch of cafe Nero, I've always been more than impressed by the customer service, specifically from the barrister TK. He always greets with a positive attitude and has the most welcoming demeanour, as well as providing excellent service. I would love for TK to get the recognition he deserves.

They do a lovely selection of coffee, however it's pricey but competitive. It's ideal for a work meeting or a quick stop in between shopping.
