Visited Chaiiwala Fosse Park branch today! First appearance of the store is very eye pleasing. Aesthetically well equipped. Got confused with the menu however, Sam helped me out with my selections and few recommendations which I enjoyed very much. Highly recommend if anyone is around in fosse park.

Chaiiwala is always a great choice for pretty much anytime, the Fosse Park branch has great service, short wait times for food and the chai is always bang on. Definitely worth popping in for a break from a mad day shopping, don't sleep on the butter chicken rolls or the desi breakfast!

Visiting Leicester & stopped at Fosse Park. Looking for a place to have some food and selected Chaiwala. Selected the all day breakfast. The parathas were a bit dry and more like rotis. Cardiff Chaiwala parathas have been the best so far. Still, nice staff, tasty breakfast at midday. Nice, clean surroundings. What else can one ask for? If you are looking for more halal food there is also KFC next doors that is halal. Enjoy.

Easily my favourite place to eat in Fosse Park. The cafe itself is clean, the staff are friendly, efficient and polite and the food is delicious. Swift service and pleasure to be there. Nothing to dislike. I recommend their 'Desi breakfast'.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon with the family just before the lunchtime rush. Tables require better attention when being cleaned to ensure no leftover food is left when a customer leaves. Large order taken quickly and efficiently however one of the younger female members of staff needs to work on giving a smile/talking when welcoming customers. Looked like she really didn't want to serve us. Food came out promptly and fresh but same member of staff failed to communicate and just left our items straight onto the table and left. Food was fresh and tasty. Everyone enjoyed their food. Another member of staff came over to clean up the metal plates and really turned things around by conversing with us and even offered to pack my sons leftovers. Overall, food is great, prices a little higher than other outlets but this is expected given the location at Fosse Park. Work on the level of service that other outlets are offering and you'll do better.

The place is cozy and ambience is really good. Taste of tea is really awesome. We ordered tea and summer cooler which was delicious. You can go out with your friends for a long chats or you can bring your laptop for work. Place is really good. Highly recommend....:)

Unbeatable hospitality and customer service. The staff here know their stuff and recommended some excellent choices. They even gave us a couple of sample teas to try before we ordered and the pink tea was phenomenal. Definitely a place to try for foodies. The tikka wrap is great

The rose falooda i had was fantastic but if I'd had more time I would have complained about the member of staff in the grey hoodie who served me. She assumed things about my order and had to correct things with it afterwards, she was blunt and rude - she said 'straws are there' while looking away - she couldn't wait to get back to chatting with her colleague. She thrust the buzzer into my hand and told me to wait - it was really bizarre! I've not experienced customer service this bad in a long, long time. I presume that she was related to or was indeed the owner of this particular franchise - this still isn't an excuse - we eat out in Leicester a lot and even if the restaurant is especially successful we've never encountered such a blasé, indifferent approach to customer service.

This chaiiwala is the best out of all the chaiiwala’s I’ve visited. The decor is nice and sitting in is lovely too. Their masala chips is the best as well their paratha and Karak chai. It’s located in the middle of a shopping park so perfect for a munch stop!

The price is reasonable for what I got - butter chicken in roti flavour was there, the chicken pieces could be bigger - disappointed with masala chip, which tasted like fries tossed in ketchup - chilli paneer lacked chilli for my palate & for me could have done with more onions & peppers - cinnamon tea was absolutely delicious - it's ok for a quick snack.

Stopped off at this branch of chai Walla while shopping in Fosse Park. It is vibey, situated in the food court. There is ample seating place in the store. We didn't order any food, we only had the karak coffee. It is a must-try item on the menu!
